Based on the egregious conduct of the acting POTUS and the Congressional
support of his actions to weaken and destroy the United States,
and the January 6 hoax perpetrated by the Speaker of the House,
and the contrived January 6 Congressional Hearings, plus
the Biden family blatant maneuvering to engage the US in
a war with Russia following Russia's demand to Ukraine
to remove the Bio-Weapon labs near the Russian border,
we expect that in the foreseeable future,
our current form of government will be replaced
with a proposed new structure, as follows below

As we start over, here are suggested changes:
1) Revamp the existing form of the US Government.
a) Return the city of Washington to Maryland [Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties]
b) Vacate all federal buildings and return those vacated properties to States/Counties ownership
[federal buildings in the city of Washington would be transferred to Maryland which
can convert these properties to private or city ownership for disposal in sales, or
conversion for public use, or demolition.
Federal properties, to include all CIA facilities in Virginia would
be transferred to Virginia.]
c) The US Government would become the
"Republic of the United States for America" [RUSA]
d) Convert the new-federal District of Columbia to a Federal National Park District;
the focus being on the "history of the US as it became corrupted by political
parties and the center of child trafficking by our Deep State politicians".

{This section is somewhat longer than the others since so few of today's readers can grasp the enormity of WW2 - which created the postwar structure which we are now planning to reconfigure}
According to actual historians in the 1940s and 1950s,
(as opposed to today's Revisionist Historians],
the Pentagon was created and configured as a massive hospital,
with large ward-rooms and surgery centers to accommodate
the MILLION+ of expected US and Allied Military casualties
in the Pacific War against Japan.
[You'll find very little coverage of the WW2 battles in the Pacific]
because, now Japan is our "friend" - until it's not.

Oddly, you have to search extensively to find the accurate casualty figures for the Pacific war.
At best, you have to research it, battle by battle, and tally the totals into a separate figure. Even then, not all of the battle statistics were listed since the American public would have been outraged at the negligence and incompetence of General MacArthur.
Here's the breakout of US Casualties by Battle Areas:
(a) Okinawa: Total American casualties were 49,451.
Kamikaze attacks sank 36 ships, damaged 368 more, and killed 4,900 US sailors
(b) Philippine Theater: 130,000 US and Philippine troops killed
[350 US Soldiers were executed after surrendering]
[The Bataan Death March: Japanese forcible transfer of
75,000 American and Filipino POWs.
(c) New Guinea Campaign: 202,100 Allied troops killed [wounded: N/A]
Estimated total combat US/Allied recorded deaths in the Pacific War theater: 400,000
Estimates of predicted combat deaths had the atom bombs not been dropped: 1-Million+
Estimates of the total number of civilian women, children,
and non-combatant men killed were approximately: 10 Million!
[I will point out here that trying to access actual documentation of the Pacific combat casualties was extremely difficult, appearing to have been "scrubbed" by censors!]
CHINA:
In the Japanese RAPE OF NANKING alone
(No Japanese leaders were convicted of War Crimes):
300,000 Chinese were EXECUTED
80,000 WOMEN AND CHILDREN RAPED/EXECUTED

The absence of certain groups and crimes [in the Tokyo indictments] was striking.
No officers/heads of the dreaded Kempeitai (the military police) were indicted;
No leaders of ultra-nationalistic secret societies were prosecuted;
No industrialists who profited from aggression
and who had been ultimately involved in paving “the road to war.”
The forced mobilization of Korean and Formosan colonial subjects was not prosecuted as a crime against humanity, nor was the rounding up of many tens of thousands of young non-Japanese/Korean women who were forced to serve as “comfort women” providing sexual services to the Japanese imperial forces. (Briefly covered by our News Media a few years ago)
[As an aside, while I visited Tokyo in 1981, I dined at an upscale restaurant in which attractive US young women were hostesses. One slipped me a note with my drink begging for help saying that she and the other women answered ads in US newspapers, luring them to Japan with high wages; when they arrived, their Japanese employers confiscated their passports and forced them to become prostitutes. I met with US Ambassador (former Senator) Mike Mansfield [1977-88] and he advised he would do nothing since he had no sympathy for the women who "should have known better!"]
The Americans [i.e., MacArthur/Rockefeller appointees] who controlled the prosecution granted blanket secret immunity to Japanese leaders whose atrocious crimes were beyond comprehension,
[i.e., the officers and scientific researchers in Unit 731 in Manchuria who conducted lethal experiments/torture on thousands of Allied/US prisoners] (the "researchers" were exempted from prosecution in exchange for sharing the results of their research with the American doctors).
[Much the same occurred at the Nazi concentration camps where US Medical personnel rushed in to to capture and preserve the Nazi documentation of psychological and and physicical torture experiments on prisoners; those records are maintained in the "Medical Intelligence Classified Library at Walter Reed Military Hospital"]
The prosecutors (at MacArthur's direction) chose not to pursue evidence concerning the Japanese use of chemical warfare in China [perhaps as a future weapon for the US].
But, I've digressed
[MacArthur was appointed "Governor General" in Japan where he became Rockefeller's intermediary giving him ownership of ALL Japanese industry. The MITI headquarters [Ministry of International Trade and Industry] was officially known (until recently) as
ROCKEFELLER CENTER!
So, follow the money:
All your Japanese companies are part of the Rockefeller empire.
[e.g., SONY has no Latin origin for "sound" (as advertised by SONY), but is an abbreviation for Standard Oil of NY!)
[Note: I was [as a NSC scholar] a guest MITI in 1981 - so I was privy to this secret part of history]FDR's death put Vice President Truman (a former WW1 artillery commander and a post-Military businessman ) into the White House.
Truman viewed MacArthur's estimates and judged him to be an incompetent buffoon (created as a puppet of the Rockefeller's Shadow Government - similar to General Westmoreland in Vietnam).
Truman regarded the projected US casualties to be unacceptable, and, was appalled at the brutality of the Japanese military; he ordered the atom bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki - ending the war rather abruptly!
[Truman's comment (which you won't find recorded in our History books), on learning of the Japanese atrocities was:
"Drop the bomb; kill those bastards!
(thus saving the lives of an estimated one million US soldiers!)]
[Subsequently, the Pentagon, originally designed as a hospital for the anticipated massive number of Pacific casualties) became the US Military headquarters, and injured US Military then became wards of the State via the newly formed Veterans Administration, albeit protected by the their individual States and the GI Bill.
Over time, US Veterans were ignored, wIth many suffering unaddressed illnesses, resulting in a massive SUICIDE RATE!] CONVERSION OF THE PENTAGON INTO A HUGE HOSPITAL AND LIVING QUARTERS FOR OUR HOMELESS AND CHRONICALLY ILL VETS WILL RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND HONOR OUR VETS! THE RESTRUCTURING OF OUR MILITARY WILL OVVIATE THE NEED FOR THE PENTAGON BUILDING AS A MILITARY HQ.

(5) Library of Congress will become the "American National Library"
It was created to serve Congress for their reference and reading pleasure, and for the American people to visit "by appointment"; the Library reportedly has copies of all printed material in America, available to libraries throughout the US. It is tied to the CopyRight office, and issues registrations for all new "books" in any form.
It's an extraordinary repository, with underground dungeons filled with priceless books, magazines, posters, and priceless works of art,
[which are routinely plundered by full-time and temporary employees, and Congressional staffers!
Little known to the American Public is the Congressional Research Service, home to hundreds of well-educated scholars and researchers who can be tasked only by Congressional staffs.

with photographs and detailed descriptions of dates and locations

and with restricted patents to be fully explored by scientists and engineers for
citizen utilization.
(7) All monuments and museums will be maintained via the
Budget of the RUSA [Republic of the USA]
Federal National Park District.
(8) A contracted security force will be hired to safeguard the District properties.
a) Capitol Hill Police [CHP] force will be eliminated [complete with prosecutions for their J6 activities]
b) Restructure federal Law Enforcement Community [LEC] agencies
(1) Retain the Border Patrol Police
(2) Assign federal Marshals as RUSA Treasury Agents with National Jurisdiction
(3) Eliminate most other agencies and transfer those responsibilities to the States
(9) The Federal Reserve Bank [FRB]
Federal Reserve Bank (aka: The FED) is not part of the American government;
[it never has been!]

(a) FRB (a private bank) owns the land on which it is located;
(b) it will be fenced off as a foreign element, much like a foreign embassy;
(c) it will have no further interactions with the Treasury of the RUSA
(d) the Federal Reserve Note will no longer be accepted as
RUSA currency;
(e) FRB will be barred from contact with any of the American States
or banks there-in, or any RUSA government official.
(f) [President Trump quietly moved the FRB directly under the Treasury Department,
so this phase has already begun].

(10) The American Republic Treasury will resume control
of printing/engraving/dispensing US Treasury Certificates
of the RUSA Currency - backed by gold and/or silver.

(11) Terminate all US agencies/departments except those authorized in the 1789 Constitution, and rebuild, as necessary.
(12) Restructure the Department of Defense and the current US Military.
The issue of the Military was fundamental to the question of State versus Federal sovereignty as it had a direct impact on citizens and their civil liberties. The crux of the problem, as envisioned by the the Delegates to the Congress, was to properly apportion the power of the Central Government with that of the States and the People.
The Constitution states:
“The Congress shall have Power To '…raise and support Armies,
but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for
a longer Term than two Years'….”
Alexander Hamilton argued,
“These powers
[of the federal government to provide for the common defense]
ought to exist without limitation.”
Problem:
The American anti-federalists feared a standing Army would dominate the new nation, but agreed that one was necessary to protect against foreign intruders. Militias were scattered, and generally untrained.

AUTHORIZED MG Wesley Clark (Commander of the 1st Cavalry Division) to attack the religious community in Waco, Texas, on the false premise of "protecting" the community children;
Clark's Military Attack resulted in 126 men, women and children shot or burned to death by US Army forces - in spite of the fact that the religious leader [David Koresh], had invited the local sheriff and the senior FBI agent in to inspect the compound].
-- Subsequent analysis reflected that Koresh had committed no crimes and the children were not being harmed. [I was told by my Military associates that Clark was distrusted and hated by his subordinates, his peers, and his commanders, all of whom recommended against his promotions; [having had an encounter with Clark when he was Captain of Cadets at West Point, I would agree with my associates]. Some believe him to be, like Bill Clinton, to be the illegitimate son of of Governor Rockefeller and a roadside diner waitress; thus he had the full early backing of the governor, and later, Bill and Hillary. His run for the POTUS nomination in 2004 was derailed by the combined efforts of those whom he had antagonized over his career.]
Currently, our federal Military budget is massive: $850 Billion!

Sadly, our Military Establishment, since the Vietnam War, has become an elitist/Academy club of be-medalled prancing popinjays who wear the uniform as a mockery to the heroes who actually sacrificed life and limb to protect the freedoms of the US.
Solution:
Maintain a small federal Military Command Force [i.e., SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND] organized to act as a unifying structure with the National Guard and Reserve units of each State.
Manpower can, as needed, be drawn from the States.
Every federal combat soldier is backed by 10 non-combat Soldiers, plus contractors for support. The ratio for National Guard and Reserves is significantly less. (Follow the Swiss Military version?)
Weaponry has advanced sufficiently to obviate the need for massive manpower requirements, and future wars will likely be fought on a technological basis, including Drones, Neuro-Weapons, Directed Energy Weapons (DEW), and Robotics.

Since most National Guard units were deployed for combat duty in the Middle East, they are, for the most part, as, or more proficient than the Active Duty forces - which have became WOKE. Further, the National Guard are now fully trained to easily integrate with Active Duty and other Reserve and National Guard units.
The federal Military Force [e.g., Joint Forces Command] would be severely limited in size and provide specialized training, and would structure a central Table of Organization and Equipment [TOE] with National Guard and Reserve units designated for integration into the Federal Force in time of a National Threat.
Maintain a relatively small federal Military Command Force [i.e., SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND] organized to act as a unifying structure with the National Guard and Reserve State units.

command element which would assume
responsibility for administration and finance
for the integration of all Military units into a
single command in times of national crisis.

(a) The Special Operations Command
[SOCOM], Army, Navy, Marines, and
Coast Guard units would remain under the
command of the POTUS/Commander in Chief
and oversee the integration of National Guard
units [TOE] in times of national crisis.
(b) National Guard units would be funded by the individual States; the Federal Military Force would be under the command of the POTUS, funded by the national budget.
(c) In time of war, overall command of the combined Military forces would revert to the POTUS as Commander in Chief.
(d) A Navy and Marine Corps would be components of the a federal force since land-locked States would not need a Naval force.
(e) The existing Coast Guard would be required to guard
the national external borders, rivers, the Great Lakes,
canals and waterways.
(f) Readiness Exercises [Field Training (FTX) and
Command Post (CPX] would be conducted on a regular
[TBD] basis to ensure all components are fully integrated
to respond to a National Threat.
(g) Withdraw from, and cut financial/military support for NATO [and the UN]
[NATO is now a financial parasite on the US, serving no legitimate purpose,
and is also recognized as a conduit for Drug and Human Trafficking].
(h) Disclaimer: I speak from first-hand experience;
(i) I created and commanded a FORCES COMMAND mobile training Detachment {FITD] which trained nearly
1,000 National Guard, Reserve, and Active Duty units
in all components of tactical Intelligence, via both
Command Post [CPX) and Field Training Exercises [FTX].
(ii) I served as the C/J2 on two NATO [Able Archer 76/83]
Exercises; as an expert specialist in Soviet operations,
(I alerted the Able Archer 83 command element [Gen Perroots]
that the Soviets had interpreted the NATO exercise
as a prelude to an actual NATO attack and prepared for WW3
- evidenced by the Soviet activation of the Command Train
[activated only with the threat of actual war]. iii. I worked closely with the Joint SpecOps Support Command
(JSOSE) predecessor of SOCOM while I was the Special Intelligence Officer at the US Southern Command (SouthCom) in 1983-84.

How to restructure the Government
Restructure Congress
a) Problem:
Congress was established as a formal group of US Citizens to represent them in the American Republic on issues of privacy, personal wealth, and security, but ultimately, to protect the Rights of the Citizens - and to ensure the abuses the Colonists suffered under the brutal rule
of the British Crown were never to be endured again, particularly by their own government.
There can be no divided allegiance here
Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all.
We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language.
And we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.

[Today, many in Congress or the Senate are not US Citizens, or equally troubling, they have Dual Citizenship, with little or no allegiance to the US. The Constitution requires US citizenship to serve in Congress.

To speak out in public, and to refuse to obey Congress as a body [e.g., Steve Bannon (Breithart News)] faced four months of jail time for "Contempt of Congress" - an "implied crime"-- following British tradition.
[The Contempt crime derives from British Parliamentary Law; it originally targeted bribed politicians, but in 1857 (with Southern Congressmen and Senators speaking harshly of Congress), the North's component made Contempt of Congress a federal crime!]
[This was a primary element leading to the creation of, and secession by the Southern Confederacy - leading to the Civil War.]
Essentially, the Contempt of Congress Law, Amended the Constitution - but, Congress by-passed the Constitution for its own convenience -- to ensure Citizens were not allowed to challenge Congressional actions.
[There are more than 100 US (J6) citizens still in a DC jail and federal prisons because they exercised their Constitutional Right to demonstrate at the Capitol Building.]
[Currently, the majority of Conservative Americans hold Congress in Contempt.]
Ultimately, Congress has become a Millionaires'Club of two-faced lying, cheating scoundrels who conduct Wall Street Insider Trading and/or accept massive bribes from corporations or foreign governments [or laundered money from the $250 Billion sent to Ukraine!)

b) Rep. Nancy Pelosi: Net worth: $202 million (salary: $174,000)
c) Sen. Mitch McConnell: Net Worth $95 million (Salary: $174,000)
d) Sen. Chuck Schumer: Now Worth: $75 million (Salary: $193,400)
e) Sen. Elizabeth Warren Net Worth $67 million (salary is $174,000)
Keep in mind: Salaries of these politicians are roughly $200,000 per year
It's impossible to become a millionaire on a government salary None of these politicians had real jobs before they entered politics.

Congress, in combination with corrupt Presidents, has expanded the US government to
embody a massive collection of Departments, Agencies, Law Enforcement entities, and an
out-of-control Intelligence Community - all of which create rules and regulations with the force of law, to include targeting American Citizens whom Congress has depicted as "potential terrorists"
[Senator Feinstein declared Military Combat Veterans "potential terrorists].
Not acknowledged by much of the American public, Congress has created the Deep State - consisting of a massive bureaucracy and government contractors which now constitutes the
Fourth Branch of the US Government -- which has no accountability to the US Citizenry.
(1) By concentrating Congress as a single body in a central location [Washington, DC], Congress
insulates itself from its Constituents and invites bribery and secret meetings with lobbyists
(US and foreign). Today, if you try to contact your elected politician, the probability is that,
at best, you'll get a form letter or email, which does not address the issue you've raised. If you
wish to meet with your Politician, you may have to wait for weeks, or even months.
[Your Politician is actually your EMPLOYEE, BUT TREATS YOU LIKE DIRT!)
(2) Politicians, gathered together in one location, tend to form internal allegiances based on political alliances and Party allegiances -- but not the interests of Citizens.
(3) Committees rarely result in solutions to evident problems, but almost always lead to some form of legislation which limits citizens' rights, spends considerable money, and creates still another perpetual government entity!

(4) Legislation, for what-ever reason, inevitably leads to more spending with no visible results,
other than to financially benefit the constituent[s] of one, or a group of politicians in DC.
(5) Congress, as a body, has entered an uncontrollable and unaccountable mode, now spending
Trillions of dollars on meaningless programs - leading to a greater tax burden on citizens,
with comments such as Pelosi's statement
"You can read it [the legislation] after we pass it!]
(6) There is a federal and local tax on virtually every aspect of citizens' lives and assets, draining the independence of citizens of its Citizens, since to avoid a tax can bring criminal charges.

8) Originally, Members of Congress and Senators served relatively brief terms, and then returned to their previous careers.
Today, we have professional politicians who have never been otherwise employed in their lives
(Bernie Sanders has never held a non-political job - and is now a multi-millionaire);
they have no business experience, yet they make laws governing the conduct of business.
(a) House of Representatives:
115 Members of Congress served between 36 - 59 years
John Dingell (D-Mich) spent 59 years in the House
(b) Senate:
25 Senators served between 35 - 51 years in office.
Robert Byrd (D-W.Va.) spent 51 years in the Senate.
Solution:
Eliminate CAREER-PROFESSIONAL POLITICIANS, and neutralize Political Parties!
Eliminate the Deep State and dissolve the current structure of Congress,
Replace both Houses with the original concept of Congress:
i.e., To be elected by, and to become the voice of the citizens.
The foregoing is the background you'll need to understand the
proposed solution to the totally corrupt US governmental system.
This corruption has endured since the beginning of our Republic,
but we've merely highlighted the existence of the Deep State in recent years.
The Deep State:
This un-elected component [called the Fourth Branch of Government] composed of "agencies" and commissions creates regulations enforceable by law, and manipulates Congress to create legislation establishing the power of the Deep State as a ruling entity -- more powerful than the British Crown of the Colonial Period.
These international bankers and Rockefeller Standard Oil interests
control the majority of newspapers and the columns of these papers
to club into submission or drive out of public office officials who
refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt cliques
which compose the invisible government.

Thus, Congress must be restructured and the Deep State [aka: Invisible Government] must be eliminated to rebuild a representative American government.
Fourth Branch agencies such as FBI, CIA, EPA, HUD, Agriculture, Education, DOD Departments, Commerce, Energy, DHS, Interior, Labor, Justice, Transportation, and HHS - et al, must be shrunk, or eliminated. [If they were not created in the original Constitution, they need to be eliminated.
[There are more than 3 MILLION federal employees!
Additionally,
there are 3.7 MILLION contract and grant employees]
Our federal Law Enforcement Community [a massive bureaucracy] and huge budgets can be reduced by eliminating such politicized agencies as the FBI, now politically weaponized. State police agencies can manage their internal law enforcement requirements, while a federal US Treasury Marshals Service and Border Patrols could conduct enforcement of federal issues [e.g., counterfeiting, interstate drug and human trafficking].
DHS alone has an estimated 240,000 employees, with a proposed budget of close to $60 Billion.
Do we need a national security force of nearly a quarter million employees?
Not really;
The States can manage their own police and security needs with existing manpower and budgets. A national police force investigating everything from plant and animal health to checking air traffic passengers' shoes for bombs is not really a priority. [particularly since only US Citizens are subject to those requirements - while three million Illegal border crossers have no scrutiny.
A small, special unit of federal law enforcement officers/Marshals can be created to address federal issues - not unlike The Untouchables. ICE operations would fall unde the is group.]
[This was an actual Treasury unit which existed until disestablished by Obama].
But, we don't need an agency with 240,000 people; a few hundred perhaps, but not a quarter of a million!
a) A federal law enforcement agency is necessary to combat international criminal elements
which will exploit any weakness or vulnerability in our national security system.
Thus, a coordinating agency to monitor and prevent interstate crime is necessary
and can be created with intense oversight.
b) A single agency must be created to monitor and protect our national utility grids
[e.g., Electric, Water, Sewage, etc.,] on an interstate levels. States will monitor these
functions within their borders, federal oversight can coordinate this function as borders
are crossed. [Obama attempted to seize control of the ENTIRE US Infrastructure Grid]
c) Most of the functions of the existing law enforcement agencies can revert to individual States, without the massive federal bureaucracies and budgets that currently exist in each agency.
But, now we come to the Intelligence Community - a necessary evil.
[Disclaimer: I speak from first-hand experience: [My career:]
a) Operational and administrative assignments with CIA, DIA, NSA and
Military Intelligence CIA, DIA, NSA and Military Intelligence,
managing combat guerrilla operations and
directing a successful guerrilla and counter-insurgency program.
b) I later formed, and was the Director of Operations of the
Defense Clandestine Service (equivalent of CIA' Special Activities Division.
[CIA traditionally used Military personnel for their covert
Special Operations,
[all such operation would now be assigned DIRECTLY to SOCOM]
c) Administratively, I
(1) Received the DCI Exceptional Intelligence Analyst Award
(2) Was Editor of the Black Book at the Pentagon
(3) Was Special Assistant to Ambassador at Large Vernon Walters
(4) Developed NSC Economic Stability assessments on
developing countries
New structure for the Intelligence Community:
1) CIA: The functions of the CIA Special Activities Division (aka: Espionage) TO BE replaced by
a) Defense Clandestine Service [DCS] for espionage requirements
b) Operational support to DCS and Counter-Intelligence requirements to counter
foreign espionage and subversion can be conducted by Military Intelligence units
-- subordinate to State/Commonwealth Intelligence Reserve unit forces.
c) DIA [Defense Intelligence Agency] would coordinate interstate or international operations.
2) DIA:
a) Analytical capabilities are sufficient to replace CIA analysis
b) Operational support to National SOCOM elements with deployed
Counter-Intelligence agents and field analysts to augment Reserve Intelligence units.
c) Replaces INSCOM, which has become a Retirement Home for. senior
Military Intelligence personnel and is completely ineffective.
d) Replaces DOE Intelligence to identify threats to our national Energy systems
(e.g., nuclear power, hydro-electric plants on interstate waterways, etc.].
3) NSA: A necessary evil, but required to counter dangerous efforts by foreign governments
(However, instances of abuse by NSA executives targeting US citizens would be
punishable by imprisonment for life, without parole)
4) NRO: {National Reconnaissance Office} is necessary to monitor extraterrestrial threats. [as identified since 1930].
5) US Space Force: A necessary federal military function to protect US and Earth vulnerabilities from extraterrestrial threats [it's been in existence since 1958].
6) [NASA would be eliminated; its functions would be integrated into the Space Force.]
In restructuring the governing process,
We must restrict Political Parties and limit their power.
(1) Congressional Representatives and Senators will continue to be elected by popular vote, but will not be allowed a Political Party affiliation; they will be elected solely on previous accomplishment and proven delivery on promises made; professional politicians will not be allowed to run for federal office unless they have served in executive positions Business, Military, or local or state senior positions with demonstrated management abilities.
(2) Term Limits of 12 years for all politicians [the era of lifetime politicianss now eliminated]
a) Three 2-year terms for Representatives
b) One 6-year term for Senators
(3) All elected politicians [including staffs and family] will be subject to an annual audit.
(4) Representatives and Senators would be restricted to their home district offices; all communication with other politicians or "lobbyists" would become an immediate matter of record. They will be required to be accessible to their constituents on a full time basis. Staffs will be severely limited in size.
(5) National meetings will be limited to three per year; not in DC, but in a neutral, centralized city [e.g., Omaha) - after which the Politicians return to their districts to report to their constituents with full documentation of any/all discussions andformal and informal agreements.
(6) All proposed legislation will be provided, in writing, to constituents three months
prior to any vote [such legislation must be submitted to a vote by the
Representative's constituency, after which the Representative carries that vote to the general assembly.]
(7) Any Bill which includes spending will require a complete addendum
with line-items fully explained as to amount and content.
(8) All politicians would be required to publish a complete report on their activities for
the previous year, to include accomplishments, failures, all spending, and all meetings with other politicians, meetings with contractors and foreign entities of any sort.
(9) Politicians's salaries would be no higher than that of a State level politician.
(10) Expenses would be covered for travel to the three [per year] legislative meetings;
[Detailed expense reports will be required].
(11) There would be no paid speaking engagements; travel expense reimbursements would be documented.
(12) Elections would be final; newly elected Senators and Representatives would take office within 30 days; defeated incumbents would neither propose nor vote
on new or proposed legislation during their "lame duck" period in office.
Restructure the Presidency
Problem:
Presidents, are too often only professional politicians with no real experience
other than glad-handing, and have become mere tools of Political Parties
which have selected candidates representing both Parties since 1960.
When the will of the people by-passed the Deep State Party choice
[as with Reagan and Trump],
the Deep State simply arranged to assassinate
the People's choice and installed their own selected candidate.
(1) This pattern was established when the Kennedy family out-maneuvered the Deep State and secured enough labor union votes to win the election.
[Notably The Senate/Deep State arranged the Lincoln assassination when it was clear he intended to rebuild the South with existing Southern leaders.]
(2) The Deep State/CIA/Shadow Government assassinated JFK, installing LBJ
[JFK selected LBJ as VP to remove him from his powerful role in the Senate -
much the same as FDR selected Harry Truman as his VP to remove him
from his powerful Senate position!]
(3) The Deep State/Shadow Government selected Jimmy Carter to compete against the mentally-challenged Gerald Ford, who was a constant embarrassment; Ford was rewarded With the POTUS position due to his "authentication" of the bogus Warren Commission Report -- which included CIA Director Allen Dulles (assumed to be the chief coup plotter), Senator Russell (LBJ's mentor).
Ford's management of the JFK Assassination investigation [along with Allen Dulles who had engineered the JFK assassination], amounting to nearly 900 pages of bland, ineffective analysis designed to obscure LBJ's and CIA participation met the requirements of the Deep State and the Shadow Government.
[Ford was the only un-elected POTUS]
(4) Carter easily defeated Ford, but he too was an embarrassment; Carter's successor was to be GHW Bush, whom the Shadow Government had been grooming since WW2 as a "war hero" Bush had
(a) successfully managed the assassination of JFK in Dallas,
(b) coordinated the flow of narcotics in Vietnam to create the US Opium Epidemic via 3.4 million heroin addicted GIs, was
(d) appointed as the Director of Central Intelligence,
and was to be rewarded with the Presidency.
[That appointment collapsed when Reagan dynamically took charge of the
Primary debate process, impressing the American voters who ushered Reagan
into the White House with an overwhelming voting majority.
Reagan was persuaded [pressured by the RNC] to install Bush as Vice President.]
(5) Bush, Weinberger, Carlucci and the Deep State presumed they could easily assassinate Reagan with the same sloppy Secret Service management which accommodated the assassination of JFK; Haig stepped in and prevented WW3 by staging the announcement that he was in charge at the White House until the Vice President arrived.
The Secret Service coordinated the assassination scheme with Bush's oversight and employment of Bush's campaign donor [John W Hinkley] who provided his mentally ill son as the designated assassin "Fall Guy".
This scheme was spoiled by the Secret Service limo driver who disobeyed the SAIC's orders and drove the wounded Reagan to the closest hospital - where Reagan recovered].
(6) During Reagan's tenure, VP Bush attempted to generate a war in Central America employing the inflammatory Iran-Contra Affair, to deploy US troops from the 82d Airborne Division to El Salvador, and to gain control of the regional drug trade from Colombia through Mexico, and as Drug Czar, he could disrupt US operations to eliminate Colombian Drug Cartel operations from being disrupted by US counter-drug operations.
(7) Failing to initiate a war as VP, as soon as Bush was later "elected" as POTUS, he immediately launched an invasion of Panama with the objective of gaining
control of Noriega's global trafficking network of 325 front companies
[Bush was successful].
(8) Shortly thereafter, Bush decided to invade Iraq to recapture Kuwait's oil rigs which Saddam had been lured to seize following US Ambassador's [April Glaspie] statement that the US would not interfere in Iraq's recapture of territory lost to Kuwan - anhistorical territorial dispute since1938.
[Those "wars" continued with W's subsequent invasions of Iraq, and Afghanistan.
(9) The Deep State/Shadow Government, in 1992, selected Bill Clinton to lose to GHW Bush, but, Bush lacking a personality or leadership capability, converted an easy win into a stunning loss, - bringing Clinton, his old drug running partner into the White House.
[Deep State techniques almost always offer two candidates so the voters can select the lesser of two evils (e.g., McCain vs 0bama)]
But, the Deep State was still victorious since it had installed Carter, the Central
American drug lord [via Barry Seal] to maintain the Colombian-Mexican narcotics
trafficking network from Colombia into the US via USAF cargo planes.
However, Clinton [Winthrop Rockefeller's illegitimate son] was unable to control his sex drive [dating back to his rape of an Oxford University coed while he was a "Rhodes Scholar"], forced a series of embarrassingly obvious murders charges and illuminating the Deep State's now visible hand.
As a distraction, Clinton engaged America in a series of meaningless conflicts in Somalia, Bosnia, Croatia, Haiti, Kosovo, and extended the Iraq occupation].
(10) But, then, the Bush family returned with W's multi-level scheme to loot the Treasury and
(a) finance China with a behind-the-scenes $16 Trillion gift [delivered by NY Fed president Tim Geithner
(b) engineer, with Mossad, a False Flag attack on the Pentagon and the World Trade Center
(c) The objective was to spirit out the US Gold-bullion while a USAF B2A bomber launched a missile (GBU-28 cruise missile Bunker Buster) into the Pentagon, pretending it
was a commercial airliner, hijacked by Muslims, and.
(d) Then pin it on a Saudi associate of Bush, and start a global man-hunt for Osama bin-Laden to create another Middle East decades long war, and
(e) Create a "TERRORIST THREAT" to rationalize a highly restrictive Police eliminate the Bill of Rights via Emergency Legislation [e.g., The Patriot Act and TSA], all to "protect America" from a Mossad-created False Flag Islamic Terrorist Threat.
The ACLU comments on the restrictive and invasive legislation passed, to include the super secret National Security Letters
Of the 192,499 National Security Letters issued by the FBI,
None [ZERO] related to Terrorism!
Thus, we were protected by the "Patriot Act" and related legislation which stripped Americans of the protection of the Bill of Rights. [to protect us from "terrorists"];
Much of this legislation is still in place
(11) And then, we were blessed with [Barry Soetero] 0bama - Deep State candidate of color,
albeit an Indonesian/Kenyan Muslim whose campaigns were managed by a
communist cabal reportedly headed by the descendant [David Axelrod] of political advisors to Stalin.
Solution:
Restructuring the Presidency requires agreement by the Leadership of the States; that includes the elected Legislatures and Governors to propose Candidates of merit. Ideally, it would be Governors who had proven themselves capable of governance of the complexities of their states and working with their legislatures. It is highly recommended these candidates would have Military Service.
To ensure some semblance of independence, Political Parties and donors of large independent or combined sums would be restricted, or completely outlawed.
This will require some deep thought on the part of planners,
and I solicit suggestions.
A leader such as Trump is rare, so it would require a successful individual of independent wealth with no linkage to financial or multi-national corporations or organizations. So, spawn of financial institutions such as BlackRock or Bridgewater, or similar organizations would be ineligible.
[Perhaps Musk? - but he was not a Natural Born Citizen]]
There would be no specific White House, although a representational office in a building fit for a national leader of Presidential status would be necessary, including facilities for staff officers with expertise to address major issues on which they can provide advice to the POTUS.
A six year term would be suitable, although a popular and accomplished President might be acceptable. The idea would be that the POTUS would be the equivalent of the Chairman of the Board of a large, international corporation, while the Board members would be the Governors of States.
Presidential candidates could be drawn from the ranks of the Governors who would have their own six year terms during which they could prove their mettle. Presidential Candidates would be selected by in-State primaries, and then be selected by regional popular vote, narrowing the field to just a few finalists - as our Electoral College is currently conceived. In essence, it would be an elections by the governors, each with a number of votes representing the number of voters in his/her state.
Thus, the national elections might have as many as five or six candidates competing for the national vote, for the position of POTUS. Ultimately, there would be a run-off election among the top three, or between the top two to achieve a winner with a clear majority.
There will be a period of overlap between Presidential terms to afford the newly elected POTUS to "Read In" to the existing situations in which the Incumbent is engaged.

TO THE READER:
Although we've covered three blogposts to convey our ideas, what you see is
merely a thumbnail sketch of the complex topics we're attempting to address.
So, I welcome your recommendations to improve on my ideas and concepts.
Keep in mind, the American government was created with a
number of the most brilliant minds in history, so
we're not going to create an instantaneous solution
to the restructuring of our national government.
My experience in such organizational activities derives from
a) forming and managing several technical companies,
b) conceiving and creating complex Military organizations [the first being national, the latter being global], and lastly,
c) working in a variety of positions from the ground up in the Military and Intelligence communities from small organizations to the hierarchy of the CIA, DIA, the Pentagon, and the White House.
Each organization had its own operational structure, as well as its own internal and external political dynamics which are found in all organizations whether civilian corporations or Military/Government structures.
