This is another of our Guest Posts. This one is from Bill Pittman, a retired nuclear engineer and a classmate at Oxford University many, many years ago. This is his observation which may serve as an unexpected outgrowth of the nonsense we've experienced with the Scamdemic and the scandalous behavior of our federal and local governments as they inflict totalitarian control over urban citizenry.

| Millions of Uninhabited Acres |
With near 95 percent of our great country open and undeveloped, why don’t we limit the building of record tall structures,
ERGO,
This would force overpopulated areas to grow horizontally rather than vertically .
Various infrastructures, i.e. water , power, roadways etc would be expanded and refreshed, replacing antiquated often unsafe conditions that exist in most major cities.
A recent example is the collapse of the residential structures in Florida - that predictably, succumbed to gravity.

Now, adding an additional rat to the group once a week, without any adjustment to the space they occupy, the initial harmony inevitably devolves into discontent, strife, and eventually, they begin to kill one another.

When this scenario is exacerbated by introducing a different species, the mayhem dramatically accelerates .

| Welcome to Los Angeles |
New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles are all prime examples analogous to having too many rats, with too many species in too small a space .
