More news on the bogus Tax Bill process.

The RepubliCrats are seeking a way to kill it before they take their Christmas Recess, so, having succeeded with the GOP/DNC collusion to give Sessions' seat to a Democrat, the end-game now continues.

As Stalin noted:

"It is enough that the people know there was an election.  The people who cast the votes decide nothing.  The people who count the votes decide everything."

The Senate margin is now razor-thin, but, surprise -- McCain has suddenly taken ill and has taken up residence in Walter Reed Military Hospital and will be "unable" to vote on the Tax bill; that "brain cancer" thing is a terrible burden.  

We salute the good senator since most people enduring brain cancer  deteriore quickly and have long since passed away, but, he seems spry as a new rooster.  

Is it cancer, or just a deformed brain.

So, essentially, the Bill will now take one of two paths:

1) It will fail to pass because the GOP now has no clear majority

2) In order to pass, the Bill will have to undergo considerable compromise with the Democrats, and the newly unacceptable Tax Bill will be sent over to Trump for signature.

-- Either way, we lose!

Pass or not, both Parties will walk away with plenty of pork, and the tax breaks we anticipated will now be corrupted so that deductions and credits will be replaced with new scales and add-ons.  It looks as if the AMT [Adjusted Minimum Tax] has already crept back into the Bill, and we're certain many of the tax hikes buried in ObamaCare will be revived.

The end result will be that both Parties will then attack Trump for HIS inability to get the Tax Bill through as promised in his campaign.

This will annoy the voters, and distract the voters from the current scandals implicating Schumer for his involvement in sex scandals, and the overwhelming evidence being presented indicating the absolute corruption of Deep State politicians now resigning in noticeable numbers.

Note to Congress and the Senate:

2018 is an election year, 

and we'll identify and evict you bastards who sabotaged this tax bill!

Congressman Ken Buck [CO-4th District] was interviewed and disclosed all the dirty tricks on Capitol Hill, and how it is that Congresspersons and Senators start off by pinching pennies but end their careers as multi-millionaires.  

A former federal prosecutor, Buck has been in Congress less than three years. He says his education from Washington DC’s school of hard knocks began right after his election during his orientation trip to the Capitol.

The game here is not to take a tough vote.
Nobody wants to take a tough vote, Democrats and Republicans, there’s a quiet conspiracy going on that
‘If you don’t make me take a tough vote I won’t make you take a tough vote.’

He says a “tough vote” means anything that cuts spending or programs that benefit political and corporate interests, and the result is that the ability to cut federal programs or to reduce spending in other ways, or to get our tax structure under control- simplify the tax structure is very, very difficult. And that results in higher spending.  He says it’s why Congress consistently spends wildly more money than it receives from taxpayers: $600 billion last year alone.

And, why the federal debt has been allowed to balloon to record levels:
the US owes about $20 trillion dollars it doesn’t have on hand.

Sharyl Attkisson [Interviewer]:
Is there an element of that Democrats and Republicans may appear to disagree with things in public and yet privately agree because sometimes they cater to the same interests?

Buck:
Sure, I think Democrats and Republicans disagree on some social issues and make a big deal out of that, and disagree on some other major issues. But for the most part, there’s agreement behind-the-scenes not to make waves and to get things done quietly. Not good things, but things that involve spending more money. If I scratch your back you’ll scratch my back.

Sharyl: 
Is what you describe what some Americans might call ‘The Establishment’?

Buck:
Absolutely. The Establishment consists of the Republican leadership and the Democrat leadership getting along and pretending not to. But clearly getting along!

And that’s when a lot of the rules were explained to us about the dues to the NRCC other requirements.[
[Buck said he was stunned to find the NRCC [National Republican Congressional Committee] just like its counterpart for Democrats,; it requires hefty party dues, especially if members hope to aspire to meaningful committee positions.

Talk about a record $30.1 million right here in this room.

Buck:
It’s mildly offensive to think that to serve on a committee in Congress you need to pay a private political organization dues, and that’s what they were asking for.

Sharyl:
Did you have any idea before you were elected that that was the case?

Rep. Buck:
I did not know that there were mandatory dues here, no.

Sharyl:
How did they tell you?

Buck: 
Ah, well it’s not a big secret. They have a big chart in the National Republican Congressional Committee offices, and you can see everybody’s name and the dues that they owe and how much they’ve paid.

Sharyl:
What was going through your mind when you started to hear this news?

Buck:
Well, as Freshmen we have to raise $200,000 and that’s a lot of money. You know I just finished campaigning and raising money, and now I had to go back to donors and ask them for money again.  Rep. He says to meet fundraising quotas, members of Congress spend hour upon hour of public work time asking for money from the very interests they’re supposed to oversee, ending up beholden to them instead of the public at large.

Sharyl: 
For people who really have no idea how things work up here, can you tell us how the special interests and corporate interests, for example, actually influence members? How does that happen? R

Buck:

Rags to Riches by election to Congress

It starts with committee assignments.

If you’re on the transportation and infrastructure committee, the transportation bill will come before your committee and all over town there will be receptions and the members on the Transportation Committee will be invited to those receptions, expected to attend those receptions and receive donations as a result of that.

They know the easy money, the low-hanging fruit, is gonna be at receptions that are given right before a major piece of legislation goes to committee.

Everything is called ‘across the street’ because at the Capitol behind me, you can’t accept money there. You can’t give money there, but once you walk across the street, then the bags open up.

Sharyl Attkisson: 
Restaurants around here?

Buck:
Restaurants: the Republicans, the Capitol Hill Club has a lot of different receptions and dinners. Industries paying for those receptions and dinners include tobacco, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, TV broadcasting, beer and wine, defense and Hollywood.

Democrats have their own fundraising hangout nearby: The National Democratic Club.

I’ve attended receptions where I’ve had 10, 12 corporations represented and they have made their case to me on why they need me to vote a certain way on a piece of legislation. And I know that if I accommodate them, I will have a reception later on where they will support me.

Sharyl Attkisson: 
You’re describing an entire system where almost every consideration that ought to be for constituents is instead about special interests and corporate interests and donations.

Buck: 
It surprised me when I got here and I’ve been involved in politics since I was a teenager, and getting to this place is really shocking to see the influence that money has in politics.

[Early on, Buck challenged GOP leadership on a vote he felt would give President Obama too much power on trade issues.  Republican leaders retaliated by trying to oust him as president of his freshman class. But he went on a public offensive and survived. He says he’s watched colleagues get punished for doing what they think is right instead of what party bosses demand; booted from committee positions and even denied dining room privileges.] 

Buck: 
The incentive structure right now is to vote for more money.
You never vote for less money, because someone’s gonna get mad if you vote for less money. And so as long as the American public doesn’t stand up and demand that members of Congress are accountable, Congress will continue acting the way it does.

Sharyl: 
Do you think a lot of people come to Washington really hoping it will be different and planning to work for their constituents and just find out it can’t be done?

Buck: 
I absolutely think most members come here with the best intentions. And I think within a year or two they realize that there is no hope of changing this place. And a lot of them leave fairly early on. Others become disillusion
ned and some others just settle into the swamp and enjoy it.

Sharyl Attkisson: 
I’ve not heard another sitting member of Congress talk about these things.
What happens to you now because of this?

Buck:
 You know I didn’t come here with any friends, Sharyl, and I’m not leaving with any friends and I’m okay with that. I didn’t come here to make friends. And so, if I’m gone in a couple of years, I did what I came here to do and that’s hopefully make Americans aware that this place is broken.

Buck says solutions include requiring a balanced budget meaning Congress wouldn't be able to spend more money than it has and they'd be forced to make the tough choices they now avoid and term limits to restrict the number of years people can serve in Congress.

Obama's Illegals Army

We'll be Obama's Army and we'll blow your white asses away!

We began this blog post back [2016] during the 0bama Administration 

when it first appeared he would use Illegals to fill out his "Private Army".  

At that time, the volume of Illegal border crossers was relatively few 

[compared to today's massive flow], so we neglected to pursue the issue, 

particularly sincee Trump was successfully building his Wall.

However, in viewing the hundreds of thousands of Illegals now 

swarming across our border, the majority of whom seem to be 

young men of Military age, we'll venture a guess that these men 

are being relocated to abandoned US Military bases where they 

are being outfitted as soldiers in  0bama's Army! 

President Obama's program, with GOP [RINO] complicity, was to allow illegal aliens to enter the US Military under a provision which creates "backdoor amnesty" to DACA [Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals].  

Translated, that means DOD enlisting the "children" [mostly of Military age] we've seen streaming into the US under the auspices of DHS bus transportation to "FEMA Camps" guarded by US Marshals and credentialed and paid via after-hours Social Security office visits.

Now, normally, we'd think our Conservatives in Congress and the Senate would block such a huge gap in Military security, which would give illegals access to not only military weaponry and equipment, but also fully authorized uniformed status and rank which would enable them to direct Military action [e.g., firing upon] against US citizens the Government deems "... pose a potential threat" to the country.  

Notably, in that status, they would be privy to the intelligence on US citizenry gathered by NSA -- stored and accessible now to DHS, and also to local law enforcement as well as the military.

Vets Had guns in Combat!

You'll recall that DHS has already declared our combat Vets "potential terrorists", and it's certainly not a stretch to recall the litmus test a while back for the selection of general officers which included their agreement to
"... fire on US citizens, if ordered".

Illegals in uniform most certainly would not hesitate to fire on US citizens, if ordered, since many of them have already engaged in violent assaults on, and murder of US citizens.  

Give them an Army uniform and an M-16, and full authority, and they'll be more than happy to round up civilians and execute them.

Sound extreme?

For those of you who have browsed the history of Socialist and Communist countries [e.g., Cambodia, China, Soviet Union, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, etc.] there are ample examples of precisely that type of government abuse.

So, how is this happening?

1)  We're electing corrupt Left Wing politicians to office without regard to their credentials; these include both Democrats AND Republicans [RINOs (Republican In Name Only).

2)  We are not questioning the actions of these turn-coats, or holding them accountable for their unconstitutional behavior [notably, House Speaker Ryan (who retired to join the democrat Party)

1)  Under the language of the NDAA [National Defense Authorization Act], a comprehensive Defense budget scheme funding everything from bullets to the transfers of weapons and equipment to DHS and local sheriffs, there is a provision now which authorizes the integration of illegal aliens into the US Military via the DACA.

2)  Representative Paul Gosar [R-AZ] initiated an Amendment which would have blocked illegal aliens from enlisting in the US Military, and would have allowed only aliens LAWFULLY in the US, who had entered LEGALLY, to enlist, and whose "enlistment would serve the National Interest".

     a)  In 2015, the House Armed Services Committee approved a provision requiring the Pentagon to review the enlistment DACA illegals in the US Military.

     b)  Representative Mo Brooks [R-AL] won approval in the House to eliminate that provision.

So I cut your pay and benefits;

3) Gosar's Amendment this year was removed in "mark-up" [editing] by Speaker Paul Ryan and replaced by a "compromise" Amendment by Representatives Mac Thornberry [R-TX] and Ruben Gallego [D-AZ] that ENCOURAGES the Secretary of Defense to enlist DACA recipients into the Military.

4)  Speaker Ryan then placed the Thornberry-Gallego Amendment up for a VOICE VOTE, and was approved.

5) Reportedly, Ryan's House Rules Committee killed the Gosar Amendment;

Gosar commented:

"It's time that we stop playing politics with the Defense Authorization

and ensure that a provision meant to allow military readiness isn't 

hijackedin order to provide backdoor amnesty to DACA aliens. 

"Sadly, open border advocates have once again put politics ahead

 of the needs of our men and women in uniform in attempting

 to enact President Obama's lawless immigration agenda." 

"There is no labor shortage and we are in the midst of eliminating 

160,000 uniformed personnel positions over a nine-year stretch.  

Given this fact, it is wrong for the Obama Administration to prioritize 

enlisting illegal immigrants over Americans and legal immigrants 

that want to serve our nation."

There is something inherently wrong with this picture.
We could rationalize all this if the culprits were Godless Democrats leading us to perdition.

But, these are REPUBLICANS, damn it!
Republicans we voted into office to counteract Obama's destruction of our Military, of our Constitution, of our NATION!

Who ARE these people!
We don't recognize them as Republicans, Democrats or any type of representation.
These politicians don't represent us; they are protecting The Establishment which seems intent on the destruction of the United States of America.

We cannot fathom why!

Replace them at the polls this November!

What I See Happening In a Trump Presidency

They will kill him before they let him be president.

It could be a Republican or a Democrat that instigates the
shutting up of Trump.  Don't be surprised if Trump has an accident.

Some people are getting very nervous: Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton and Jon Corzine, to name just a few.It's about the unholy dynamics between big government, big business, and big media. They all benefit by the billions of dollars from this partnership, and it's in all of their interests to protect one another.

It's one for all and all for one. It's a heck of a filthy relationship that makes everyone filthy rich, everyone except the American people. We get ripped off. We're the patsies.

But for once, the powerful socialist cabal and the corrupt crony capitalists are scared. The over-the-top reaction to Trump by politicians of both parties, the media, and the biggest corporations of America has been so swift and insanely angry that it suggests they are all threatened and frightened.

Donald Trump can self-fund. No matter how much they say to the contrary, the media, business, and political elite understand that Trump is no joke. He could actually win and upset their nice cozy apple cart. It's no coincidence that everyone has gotten together to destroy The Donald.

It's because most of the other politicians are part of the a good old boys club. They talk big, but they won't change a thing. They are all beholden to big-money donors. They are all owned by lobbyists, unions, lawyers, gigantic environmental organizations, and multinational corporations - like Big Pharmacy or Big Oil.

Or they are owned lock, stock, and barrel by foreigners like George Soros owns Obama, or foreign governments own Hillary and their Clinton Foundation donations. These run-of-the-mill establishment politicians are all puppets owned by big money. But there's one man who isn't beholden to anyone

There's one man who doesn't need foreigners, or foreign governments, or George Soros, or the United Auto Workers, or the teacher's union, or the Service Employees International Union, or the Bar Association to fund his campaign.

Billionaire tycoon and maverick Donald Trump doesn't need anyone's help. That means he doesn't care what the media says. He doesn't care what the corporate elites think. That makes him very dangerous to the entrenched interests. That makes Trump a huge threat to those people. Trump can ruin everything for the bribed politicians and their spoiled slave masters.

Don't you ever wonder why the GOP has never tried to impeach Obama? Don't you wonder why John Boehner and Mitch McConnell talk a big game, but never actually tried to stop Obama? Don't you wonder why Congress holds the purse strings, yet has never tried to defund Obamacare or Obama's clearly illegal executive action on amnesty for illegal aliens?

Bizarre, right? It defies logic, right?

First, I'd guess many key Republicans are being bribed.

Second, I believe many key Republicans are being blackmailed.
Whether they are having affairs, or secretly gay, or stealing taxpayer money, the National Security Agency knows everything. Ask former House Speaker Dennis Hastert about that. The government even knew he was withdrawing large sums of his own money from his own bank account.

The NSA, the SEC, the IRS, and all the other three-letter government agencies are watching every Republican political leader. They survey everything.

Third, many Republicans are petrified of being called racists, so they are scared to ever criticize Obama or call out his crimes, let alone demand his impeachment.

Fourth , why rock the boat?
After defeat or retirement, if you're a good old boy, you've got a $5 million-per-year lobbying job waiting. The big-money interests have the system gamed. Win or lose, they win.

But Trump doesn't play by any of these rules. Trump breaks up this nice, cozy relationship between big government, big media, and big business. All the rules are out the window if Trump wins the Presidency. The other politicians will protect Obama and his aides but not Trump.

Remember:
Trump is the guy who publicly questioned Obama's birth certificate. He questioned Obama's college records and how a mediocre student got into an Ivy League university.

Now, he's doing something no Republican has the chutzpah to do.

He's questioning our relationship with Mexico; he's questioning why the border is wide open; he's questioning why no wall has been built across the border; he's questioning if allowing millions of illegal aliens into America is in our best interests; he's questioning why so many illegal aliens commit violent crimes, yet are not deported; and he's questioning why our trade deals with Mexico, Russia and China are so bad.



Trump has the audacity to ask out loud why American workers always get the short end of the stick.

Good question! I'm certain Trump will question what happened to the almost billion dollars given in a rigged no-bid contract to college friends of Michelle Obama at foreign companies to build the defective Obamacare website. By the way, that tab is now up to $5 billion.

Trump will ask if Obamacare's architects can be charged with fraud for selling it by lying. Trump will investigate Obama's widespread IRS conspiracy, not to mention Obama's college records. Trump will prosecute Clinton and Obama for fraud committed to cover up Benghazi before the election. How about the fraud committed by employees of the Labor Department when they made up dramatic job numbers in the last jobs report before the 2012 election?

 Obama, the multinational corporations and the media need to stop Trump. They recognize this could get out of control. If left unchecked, telling the raw truth and asking questions everyone else is afraid to ask, Trump could wake a sleeping giant. Trump's election would be a nightmare.

Obama has committed many crimes. No one else but Trump would dare to prosecute. He will not hesitate. Once Trump gets in and gets a look at the cooked books and Obama's records, the game is over. The jig is up. The goose is cooked.

Holder could wind up in prison. Jarrett could wind up in prison.
Obama bundler Corzine could wind up in prison for losing $1.5 billion of customer money.
Clinton could wind up in jail for deleting 32,000 emails or for accepting bribes from foreign governments while Secretary of State, or for misplacing $6 billion as the head of the State Department, or for lying about Benghazi. The entire upper level management of the IRS could wind up in prison. Obamacare will be de-funded and dismantled. Obama himself could wind up ruined, his legacy in tatters.

Trump will investigate. Trump will prosecute. Trump will go after everyone involved. That's why the dogs of hell have been unleashed on Donald Trump.

[Editorial Note:  We are reminded of Reagan's election in spite of the GOP's desperate measures to prevent his nomination and then his election over the GOP's "Chosen One" [George HW Bush] - as unelectable as Jeb Bush is today.  Americans saw hope and recovery with Reagan, while the political Parties saw him as endangering the Good Ol Boy Network.  Within a few months of his election, there was a bewildering assassination attempt on Reagan, in which the Secret Service violated every security tenet of Presidential protection.  

In essence, they had him walk, in the open, from the entrance of the Hilton hotel to the street, where, inexplicably, a "mentally deranged" young man, armed with a .22 caliber pistol -- loaded with armor piercing rounds, just happened to be standing in wait - with no notice having been taken of him by Secret Service agents.  

Officially, he fired a series of shots at Reagan -- who was wearing a bullet-proof vest --with one round penetrating under Reagan's left arm -- reportedly a "ricochet" off the door of the Limo [reminiscent of the "magic bullet" that wounded Kennedy's companions in his limo.  Oddly, a pistol appeared near the head of the wounded James Brady.   

Some believe that a Secret Service agent fired the shot that wounded the President, and that Hinkley was merely a patsy, like Oswald in JFK's assassination.  

Even more oddly, the bullet purportedly recovered from Reagan was not an armor-piercing round, but a damaged lead slug [it made for great showmanship though].

Hmmmmm. 

The political game of feints and jabs on the Hill just took a new turn.

The buzz has been over why McCarthy dropped out of contention for the Speakers position, and of course, there's been enough finger pointing to put a few eyes out.

But, the New York Post now reports that allegations of McCarthy's affair with Renee Elmers [R-NC] were the real cause. [Both have denied the allegation.] Normally, we would not repeat such tawdry accusations, but, in this case, due to the circumstances, we'll make an exception.

Now, this would be standard political subterfuge, normally expected among political foes. But, in this case, it turns out the allegations were posted on Wikipedia, by, ummm, 
-- none other than the Department of Homeland Security, which has had more than its share of scandal in recent years.

Seems the perp was unaware that posting to Wikipedia tracks back to the Internet [IP] address of the person/organization posting. In this case, the poster was located in the DHS office in Springfield, Va.  

Oops! Call in the Hatch Act police.

This Kabuki drama now takes a decidedly new twist, which will very likely result in an inquiry/investigation/inquisition by both Parties in Congress as to why DHS is slandering politicians via the Media.

It's annoying enough that NSA is eavesdropping on Congress, and that CIA has been spying on Congress, but, heaven forbid, we certainly can't have DHS joining in the political fray of slander, back-stabbing, and innuendo.

These nasty situations inevitably result in a uniting of the political Parties against a common foe -- in this case, the Administration, which may have used a national security organization to slander [expose?] a Congressman.  

It's not that Congresspersons or Senators [or Presidents] do not have affairs [we would be surprised if they weren't having affairs; it's what they do!]; but, by golly, they don't want such news leaking back to their constituents who expect their political representatives to exercise at least a modicum of marital fidelity, or sobriety while representing their constituents.
Now, the search begins for the perp, and who put him/her up to this mischief.
The last iteration of such political engagement by a national security organization resulted in the Church and Pike Committees gutting the Intelligence Community.  Will Congress go after DHS with the same zeal?

Congress rebels against Boehner

Would Christ take the whip to GOP Leadership?

In our series of guest posts, today, we feature Congressman Tom Massie's [R-KY] co-sponsorship of Representative Mark Meadow's resolution to replace the Speaker of the House, John Boehner [R-OH].

Massie is a Libertarian Republican, with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and an accomplished inventor with 24 patents, and is endorsed by FreedomWorks, Club for Growth, Gun Owners of America, and Young Americans for Liberty.


The dissatisfaction we Conservatives have experienced in recent times over Mr Boehner's obeisance to President 0bama has, of late, turned to outrage as we watch Boehner and Senate Majority Leader McConnell [R-KY] ram through legislation antithetical to all things Conservative, and Mr McConnell's latest demonstration of power in which he has threatened, coerced, and blackmailed every Conservative senator into supporting his condemnation of Senator Cruz's criticisms of the GOP leadership.

We're not sure today what the GOP stands for.  Pretty much, we're certain it has nothing to do with Conservative values.

We cite, for example, the 2010 election in Nevada in which Harry Reid [D-Nevada], [then Senate Majority Leader] struggled to keep his Senate seat in the face of overwhelming voter disgust with him.

 The Conservative candidate was Assemblywoman Sharron Angle, a fiery reformer who had defeated the Republican governor's unconstitutional legislation to raise personal taxes -- using her personal funds to win in a final Supreme Court decision.

Come the election, she garnered popular support through more than 20 Conservative organizations, to include the Tea Party Express, who endorsed her advocacy for the common citizen.  The GOP labeled her a crazy extremist -- perhaps because she successfully challenged the corruption of both political parties in Nevada.

In the Primary, she trounced the other Conservative candidates [one hand-picked by the RNC] with a 40% margin.

In the election, Harry Reid trailed by 11 points -- until the GOP stepped in to defeat her, using the Mayor of Reno, the widow of the GOP Governor, and both the Republican State and US Senators to ENDORSE Harry Reid and CONDEMN the winning Conservative candidate, Sharron Angle.

We'll repeat that in case you think it's a misprint:
In the election, Harry Reid trailed by 11 points -- until the GOP stepped in to defeat her, using the Mayor of Reno, the widow of the GOP Governor, and both the Republican State and US Senators to ENDORSE Harry Reid and CONDEMN the winning Conservative candidate, Sharron Angle.

Bottom Line:  The GOP defeated the Republican Senate candidate in order re-elect Harry Reid, the arch-enemy of the Conservatives, rather than allow an independent-minded Conservative into the Senate.  They REJECTED the potential of a GOP Senate Majority in order to defeat Angle and other Conservative candidates they worried they could not control!

[Interestingly, Nevada voters tossed out state senator Raggio [R] following his endorsement of Reid and condemnation of Angle.  Even they were disgusted!]

Watching Boehner and McConnell in action in recent weeks, passing legislation in secret, in which the content remains "secret" for five [5] years, removes the concept of the Balance of Power in which Congress supposedly challenges the Executive Branch through open debate and open voting on the House and Senate floor -- so citizens are properly represented.

Our independent thinking Members of Congress and a few senators have the guts to challenge Boehner and McConnell, and the GOP leadership with House Resolution 385, which declares the office of Speaker of the House "vacant"; we've quoted it below:

RESOLUTION:

Declaring the office of Speaker of the House of Representatives vacant.

Whereas the Speaker of the House of Representatives for the 114th Congress has endeavored to consolidate power and centralize decision-making, bypassing the majority of the 435 Members of Congress and the people they represent;

Whereas the Speaker has, through inaction, caused the power of Congress to atrophy, thereby making Congress subservient to the executive and judicial branches, diminishing the voice of the American people;

Whereas the Speaker uses the power of the office to punish Members who vote according to their conscience instead of the will of the Speaker;

Whereas the Speaker has intentionally provided for voice votes on consequential and controversial legislation to be taken without notice and with few Members present;

Whereas the Speaker uses the legislative calendar to create crises for the American people, in order to compel Members to vote for legislation;

Whereas the Speaker does not comply with the spirit of the rules of the House of Representatives, which provide that Members shall have three days to review legislation before voting;

Whereas the Speaker continues to direct the Rules Committee to limit meaningful amendments, to limit debate on the House floor, and to subvert a straightforward legislative process; and

What is a resolution?
