Congress is currently an assemblage of corrupt, greedy,
and despicable politicians who have no interest in their constituents,
with many of them practicing pedophilia and banality in its worst form.
It has degenerated into a demonic cabal
Congress was established as a formal group of US Citizens to represent them in the American Republic on issues of privacy, personal wealth, and security, but ultimately, to protect the Rights of the Citizens - and to ensure the abuses the Colonists suffered under the brutal rule of the British Crown were never to be endured again, particularly by their own government.

[To clarify my comments regarding National Security below, I speak from experience as both a Military Intelligence Counter-Intelligence Special Agent, and later as a Special Agent (as a by-product) for the Defense Intelligence Agency as Director of Operations for the DCS. I have also worked at the State Department (INR), the Pentagon as Editor of the "Black Book", served as a Military Attache', engaged in Special Operations in Laos, and commanded several operational Intelligence units. Much of the evidence I gathered was not pursued (but rather blocked) due to political commitments in our US Congress.]
But, that was then!
Today, our forefathers would break out the horse-whips to get our Congress back to honesty and actual representation of their Constituents.
Currently, this is our Congress:
- The United States Congress gets 18 weeks of vacation this year
- They get paid $174,000 a year
- They get paid $1,300 a day
Both Parties have merged to become the UNI-PARTY, blocking President Trump's agenda in order to continue their corruption while pointing their fingers at each other.
To address this corruption in Congress and throughout the US Government, President Trump created this sampling of Trump's Executive Orders since his Inauguration in January:
Executive Order 1415 "Establishing and Implementing the President's Department of Government Efficiency'" [DOGE]
Executive Order 14170, "Reforming the Federal Hiring Process and Restoring Merit to Government Service", Produce a hiring plan in consultation with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) director, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) director, and the DOGE administrator.
Executive Order 14210, "Implementing The President's 'Department of Government Efficiency' Workforce Optimization [DOGE] Initiative", ordered significant reductions in workforce.
Executive Order 14218, "Ending Taxpayer Subsidization of Open Borders", ordered the OMB and the USDS directors to identify funding sources and to enhance eligibility verification systems for undocumented immigrants.
Executive Order 14222, "Implementing the President's 'Department of Government Efficiency' Cost Efficiency Initiative", transform the registration of contracts, grants, and loans.
Executive Order 14270, "Zero-Based Regulatory Budgeting To Unleash American Energy", environment and energy agencies directed to coordinate with DOGE team leads and the OMB director to incorporate a sunset provision into their regulations.
Executive Order 14300, "Ordered the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission", commanding the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to coordinate with OMB and DOGE to plan downsizing and deregulation.

Today, many in Congress or the Senate are not US Citizens, or equally troubling, they have Dual Citizenship, with little or no allegiance to the US. The Constitution requires US citizenship to serve in Congress.

Ilhan has become a radical lightning-rod in Congress, frequently condemning the US; she's routinely come under criticism for misuse of campaign funds, and she's been monitored in clandestine meetings with foreign Intelligence officers (with no FBI response).
Notably, she is a foreign national with no interest in serving the US, but rather, exploiting it!
A foreigner, she was a strident voice in the movement to Impeach President Trump. We're uncertain of her citizenship, although the claim is she became a Citizen in 2000.
Interestingly, she currently runs workshops teaching Illegals how to avoid arrests by ICE.

We find our Congress full of foreigners, or of US citizens whose allegiance is to another country, whether it be Somalia, Ukraine, or Israel.
[While I was in Israel in 1981, I asked an Israeli soldier where he was from since he spoke with a New Jersey accent. He affirmed he was from NJ, so I asked him if he had served in the US Military.]
"Absolutely not, he responded; I'll live and die for Israel,
but I wouldn't consider joining the US Army. Israel is my country!"
I then asked him if he lived in Israel permanently, to which he responded:
"Hell no; there's no work here, and I've got a good job and a nice house in NJ
- but, America sucks!"
This was a sentiment I encountered frequently in Israel; they led comfortable lives in the US, but, their allegiance was/is solely to Israel!

I've found similar pronouncements from other immigrants from different countries, to include Great Britain.
Many condemn America for its "Capitalism" and social frailties, but, when the suggestion is posed that they return to their native or adopted lands, the answer is always that their homeland doesn't offer the same rewards as they have found in the US,

Of course, what becomes obvious after a while is that these folks who sneer at the US all seem to have Dual Citizenship so they can enjoy the largesse of America, but feel no allegiance to America, but only to their preferred/home country.
Commit murder, and fly to Israel to avoid prosecution
[In a relatively recent case, Samuel Sheinbein, son of a Jewish lawyer in Maryland, beat a Latino teenager senseless, then burned him alive in the fireplace of a vacant neighborhood mansion. Arrested, and out on bail, he was whisked out of the US by his dad, on a private jet, to Israel where he was treated like royalty - and immune from US prosecution. His dad was disbarred in the US, and moved to Israel as well. Samuel was later convicted of other crimes, and while in prison, shot and wounded six prison guards with a pistol smuggled in to him, reportedly, he was killed in the exchange of gunfire (more likely, it was a fake death and he's vacationing somewhere outside Israel).]

The Vindman brothers (born in the communist Soviet Union, but somehow entered the US Army) took it upon themselves to accuse President Trump of Treason - while corresponding with Ukrainian officials who invited Vindman to become Ukraine's Minister of Defense.
[Vindman ran for (and won) the US House seat in Virginia's 7th Congressional District (Manassas & Fredricksburg) traditionally a highly Conservative district.

How to Fix This Mess
STEP ONE
One option is to dis-establish the sitting Congress and reboot!
(That will take some time, but it will eventually have to happen)
In the interim, there is a proposal to prosecute the sitting Congress for Treason,
remove the criminals, and start over!
Basically, we need a new Congress, elected and vetted by the people!

CONGRESSIONAL IRRESPONSIBLE SPENDING
Today, our irresponsible Congress has become the embodiment of the British Crown, Taxing and Spending TRILLIONS of dollars, with no controls, and imposing totalitarian controls on the very Citizens it was elected to represent.
Elon Musk's DOGE uncovered hundreds of Billions of "unaccounted for" dollars moving through federal agencies
DOGE announced $135 BILLION in savings from contracts, grants, and leases termination. Their ultimate goal is $2 TRILLION in savings!
Announcements include:
1) A $168,707 contract for an exhibit on Anthony Fauci at the National Institutes of Health's (NIH) Museum. This contract has already been paid in full.
2) A $405,986 contract by the DHS for "resilience, energy, and sustainability management program support services"
3) Three $15 million contracts by the Environmental Protection Agency totaling $45 million.
4) A $2.23 million contract by the Department of Health and Human Services for "Equity Assessments of Existing Program Policies"
5) An $8.2 million contract by the Department of Agriculture for "environmental compliance services for the implementation of pilot projects developed under the partnership for climate smart commodities".
6) An $8 million contract between the Immigration and Customs Enforcement and D&G Support Services for "Equal Employment Opportunity".
7) A lease for the "Allowance to Former Presidents Office" for the Carter Center. The lease's annual cost was $128,233 and by terminating it, they saved $544,991
8) A lease for the Risk Management Agency officelocated in Topeka, Kansas). The lease's annual cost was $121,818; terminating it saved $964,396.
(The building owner said that "...since the pandemic, they had nobody in the office for the last three years. Not one person, and that it's a clear example of the government waste that's going on."

- $70,000 production of a “DEI musical” in Ireland
- $2.5 million for electric vehicles for Vietnam
- $47,000 a “transgender opera” in Colombia

- $2 million for sex changes and “LGBT activism” in Guatemala
- $6 million funding tourism in Egypt
- Hundreds of thousands of dollars for a non-profit linked to designated terrorist organizations — even after an inspector general launched an investigation
- $$Millions to EcoHealth Alliance - involved in Wuhan lab research
- $$Hundreds of thousands for meals for al Qaeda fighters in Syria”
- Funding to print “personalized” contraceptives birth control devices in developing countries
- $$Hundreds of millions of dollars to fund “irrigation canals, farming equipment, and even fertilizer used to support the unprecedented poppy cultivation and heroin production in Afghanistan,” benefiting the Taliban
10) $55 Million: US Institute for Peace: There is not transparency/accountability on how that money was spent, and for what purpose. Investigators, at first barred from entry, found a large store of Military weaponry in the building.

purchasing estates in England, Europe, and the US for tens of millions of dollars.
His wife has spent a small fortune on shopping sprees in Paris and Luxembourg,
and unconfirmed reports have her buying a $4 Million Bugatti
b) I witnessed a Ukrainian soldier wearing an €900 Rolex watch in Luxembourg
indicating Zelenskyy is apparently spreading his wealth with his officers.
Today's US Gross Federal Debt is $33,101,965,802,900.00
In Fiscal Year 2024 the debt was $36.22 TRILLION, or 121.1% GDP.
The previous highest federal debt in US history was 119.0% GDP in post WW2 [1946].
IN FY 2022 the federal Budget deficit was $1.376 Trillion, or 5.5% GDP.
The highest federal deficit in US history was 29.0% of GDP during 1943 in World War II.
IN FY 2024, the US sent more than $200 BILLION to Ukraine!

Or, if your speak out against Congressional corruption, you could be held in
Contempt of Congress - now a Crime [if you're a Conservative].

To speak out in public, and to refuse to obey Congress as a body

faced four months of jail time for "Contempt of Congress" - which is an "implied crime"
-- following the British tradition.
Oddly, former Attorney General {Garland} and the former Director of the FBI [Wray] have both refused to answer questions by Congressional Committee Members, yet neither has been served with a Contempt of Congress citation.
[The Contempt crime derives from British Parliamentary Law;
It originally targeted bribed politicians, but in 1857 (with Southern Congressmen and Senators speaking harshly of corrupt Northerners in Congress), Northerners in Congress made Contempt of Congress a crime!]
[A thorough review of the causes of the Civil War included a major British Propaganda (directed by the Va Company) campaign promoted by Congress and newspapers, raising the issue of "slavery" [which oddly, was a very profitable British enterprise via Boston and NYC Slave Trading Centers].

but, Congress by-passed the US Constitution for its own convenience --

at the Capitol Building; their imprisonment violated their Constitutional Rights.

Ultimately, Congress has become a millionaires' club of two-faced lying, cheating scoundrels who conduct Wall Street Insider Trading and/or accept massive bribes from corporations or foreign governments. As pop 2025, the median net worth of US senators is about $1.7 Million, with some, like Rick Scott, exceeding $549 Million (reportedly from Insider Trading)

- Nancy Pelosi: $267 Million;
- Mark Warner $214 Million]
There are more than 50 Members of Congress now worth more than $10 Million!
Only a few were millionaires before they entered Congress; and most became millionaires
once in Congress!

Keep in mind: Salaries of these politicians are roughly $174,000 per year;
[it's impossible to become a millionaire on a government salary].
(1) By concentrating Congress as a single body in a central location [Washington, DC], Congress insulates itself from its Constituents. Today, if you try to contact your elected politician, the probability is that, at best, you'll get a form letter or email response, which does not address the issue you've raised.
(2) Politicians, gathered together in one location, tend to form internal allegiances based on political alliances and Party allegiances -- but not the interests of Citizens.
(3) Committees rarely result in solutions to evident problems, but almost always lead to some form of legislation which limits citizens' rights, spends considerable money, and create still another perpetual government entity!

(4) Legislation, for whatever reason, inevitably leads to more spending with no visible results (as demonstrated by DOGE), other than to financially benefit certain donors or constituent[s] of one, or a group of politicians in DC.
(5) Congress, as a body, has entered an uncontrollable and unaccountable mode, now spending Trillions of dollars on meaningless programs or to foreign government [e.g., Ukraine] - leading to a greater tax burden on citizens, with comments such as

8) Originally, Members of Congress and Senators served relatively brief terms, then returned to their previous careers managing farms, running businesses, teaching, publishing newspapers, or creating and manufacturing finished goods.
Today, we have professional politicians who have never been otherwise employed in their lives (e.g., neither Chuck Schumer nor Bernie Sanders has ever held a non-political job - and they are both now a millionaires); they have no business experience, yet they make laws governing the conduct of business.

This corruption has endured and escalated since the beginning of our Republic.

Before we continue to the POTUS reformation, we need to clarify some history and the terms used in discussing this scenario.
The Deep State
Congress, in combination with corrupt Presidents, expanded the US government to embody a massive collection of Departments, Agencies, Law Enforcement entities, and an out-of-control Intelligence Community - all of which created rules and regulations with the force of law, to include targeting American Citizens whom Congress depicted as "potential terrorists"

Thus, Congress, beginning with Presidents Lyndon Johnson and Jimmy Carter, and George H.W Bush created the Deep State - consisting of this massive bureaucracy and government contractors -- which now constitutes the Fourth Branch of the US Government -- which has no accountability to the US Citizenry.

So, essentially, Congress declared their most patriotic constituents as The Enemy!.

Most readers presume the Deep State to be the same as the Shadow Government, a term alluded to throughout US history, and many today mistake the Deep State or the CIA as the Shadow Government.

THE COMPANY,
THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT
The Deep State and the CIA evolved long after the Shadow Government and are merely tools, directed behind the scenes, to manipulate the United States Politics and Economy for their own benefit. As such, we've been mere pawns in our history, incapable, until now, of recognizing that the The Company is a component of the Shadow Government.
[Some mistakenly refer to the CIA as The Company, but, the CIA is merely a subsidiary component of The Company; it was designed to carry out coups and manage foreign governments by any means possible (often visibly with Kissinger as its tool.]
The East India Tea Company [aka: The Company] was chartered in London in 1600 to exploit the tea, herbs, spices, and Opium of the Far and Near East, expanding to cotton, textiles, and tobacco from the American Colonies.
The Company grew in the next century to dominate "global" trade by creating complex treaties with England's trade partners - and colonies. Its wealth and power, and its own army, enabled it to become an empire unto itself, dominating all of India and much of the Near and Far East. It also created and managed a massive private Army [(Contract Soldiers, e.g., Hessians)] of nearly 260,000 men, more than double the size of the British Army.
Thus, The Company's enforcement tool became this huge Army, which became an adjunct to the British Empire and Army.
Trade agreements with foreign rulers became the basis for the establishment of British colonies - overseen by the British Army and Diplomats - and The Company, which was managed by the Committee of 300, formalized by the British and international aristocracy, sort of as a large Board of Directors in 1727 (which grew to 300), later known as the Club of Rome (formalized in 1968). Their objective, naturally was/is to control global politics, commerce, and military objectives.
Eventually, this Royal Management process led to financial oppression to ensure the enslavement of the Colonies, both in India and America, with indebtedness and credit issues dominating the legislatures of current and former colonies.
Thus, we come to the indebtedness of the American colonies, [primarily in the subset form of the Virginia Company, evolving into The Company] which carried over to the massive debts of the new Republic incurred in both the War of 1812 and more-so in the US War Between the States [Civil War (aka: War of Northern Aggression)]. Our Civil War was, manipulated by The Company's propaganda mill (touting Slavery via the popular novel "Uncle Tom's Cabin"), which had little basis in reality since its author was simply provided a script, but inflamed Northern newspapers and readers.
[You may have seen references to the theory that the US is merely a [Maritime] Corporation created to settle a debt with the British - and our courts and legal system are based on the British model. (Thus the gold fringe on the US Flag in some settings).]
Some opine that our Revolution was a façade, and that the War of 1812 sealed our indebtedness to Great Britain's East India Tea Company [aka: The Company].
Others say the US was incorporated in 1871 as part of an Act of Congress - creating the "Municipal Government for District of Columbia", subservient to Great Britain].
The Company was part of the Shadow Government, consisting of the British financial community, and later co-owned by the Rothschilds, who, much later, merged with the Rockefeller family and financial moguls to manipulate the affairs [and currency] of America.
[In all, there are more than 300 families making decisions about the future of all the countries in the world.
[All that skidded to a halt when the US Military promoted Donald Trump as the savior or America - and the Free World.]

The foregoing is the complex background you'll need to understand the
proposed solution to the totally corrupt US governmental system.
This corruption evolved and endured from the beginning of our Republic,
but we've merely highlighted the existence of the Deep State in recent years.
What's the Solution ?
The American Deep State is an un-elected component [referred to as the Fourth Branch of the American Government]. It creates regulations enforceable by law, and manipulates Congress to create legislation establishing the power of the Deep State as a ruling entity -- a subordinate element of the Shadow Government.

refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt cliques
which compose the Invisible Government."

We can rebuild our Republic:
1) Eliminate CAREER-PROFESSIONAL POLITICIANS
2) Neutralize Political Parties!
3) Eliminate the Deep State
4) Dissolve the current structure of Congress, and
5) Replace both Houses with the original concept of Congress:
i.e., To be elected by, and to become the voice of the citizens.
Thus, Congress must be restructured and the Deep State [aka: Invisible Government] must be eliminated to rebuild a representative American government.
Fourth Branch agencies such as EPA, HUD, Agriculture, Education, DOD Departments, Commerce, Energy, DHS, Interior, Labor, Justice, Transportation, and HHS - et al, must be shrunk, or eliminated - to be replaced by efficiently sized individual State agencies.
[Today, there are more than 9.1 MILLION federal employees!
Additionally,
there are 5.3 MILLION contract and grant employees]
Our federal Law Enforcement Community [a massive bureaucracy] and huge budgets can be reduced by eliminating such corrupt agencies as the FBI, now politically weaponized.
State police agencies can manage their internal law enforcement requirements, while a federal US Treasury and Marshals Service and Coast Guard/Border Patrol can conduct enforcement of federal issues [e.g., counterfeiting, interstate drug and human trafficking, and national border security.]
[DHS alone has an estimated 240,000 employees, with a
budget of close to $60 Billion!]
Do we need a national security force of nearly a quarter million employees?
Not really!
The States can manage their own police and security needs with existing manpower and budgets. A national police force investigating everything from plant and animal health to checking air traffic passengers' shoes for bombs is not really a national priority.
A small, special unit of federal law enforcement officers can be created to address federal issues - not unlike The Untouchables [an actual (covert) Treasury unit which existed until dis-established by Obama].
But, we don't need an agency with 240,000 people; a few hundred perhaps, but not a quarter of a million!
a) A federal law enforcement agency is necessary to combat international criminal elements which will exploit any weakness or vulnerability in our national security system. Thus, a coordinating agency to monitor and prevent interstate crime is necessary and can be created, using existing assets, with intense oversight.
b) A single agency must be created to monitor and protect our national utility grids
[e.g., Electric, Water, Sewage, etc.] on an interstate levels. States will monitor these
functions within their borders, while federal oversight can coordinate this function as our borders are crossed - a situation endangering national security.
[0bama attempted to seize control of the entire US Infrastructure Grid which would have enabled him to destroy the national infreastructure]
c) Most of the functions of the existing law enforcement agencies can revert to individual States, without the massive federal bureaucracies and budgets that currently exist. A central office can be established - like the Directorate of National Intelligence which would coordinate programs and overlapping operations (as was the Intent of the DNI)
But, now we come to the Intelligence Community [IC] - a necessary evil.
[But, there are nearly 1 MILLION Intelligence Community employees]
Disclaimer:
I speak from first hand experience in the IC:
Both operational and administrative assignments with
CIA, DIA, State Department (INR), NSA and Military Intelligence
(Creator/Director of Operations of the Defense Clandestine Service and
Editor of the Black Book at the Pentagon) ]
1) CIA: The CIA "Special Activities" clandestine functions are obsolete;
will be replaced by:
a) Defense Clandestine Service [DCS] for national security espionage requirements
b) Operational support to DCS and Counter-Intelligence requirements to counter
foreign espionage and subversion can be conducted by Military Intelligence units
-- subordinate to State/Commonwealth Intelligence Reserve unit forces.
c) DIA would coordinate interstate or international Intelligence operations.
d) CIA's function (as the subsidiary of The Company) in the subversion
and overthrow of foreign governments would end.
2) DIA:
a) Analytical capabilities are sufficient to replace CIA analysis
b) Operational support to National SOCOM (SpecOps) elements ..........with deployed CI agents and field analysts to augment Reserve Intelligence units.
c) Replaces INSCOM (Intelligence & Security Command),
which has become a Retirement Home for senior Military Intelligence personnel
and is completely ineffective.
d) Replaces/incorporates DOE Intelligence to identify threats to our
national Energy systems (e.g., nuclear power, hydro-electric plants on interstate
waterways, etc.].
3) NSA: A necessary evil, but required to counter dangerous efforts by foreign entities
(However, instances of abuse by NSA executives targeting US citizens
would be punishable by imprisonment for life, without parole). Immediate action would ..................be the termination of the Five Eyes (the members of which are learning towards
communism
4) NRO: {National Reconnaissance Office} is necessary to monitor extraterrestrial
threats [identified and documented since 1930].
5) US Space Force: A necessary federal military function to protect US and
Earth vulnerabilities from extraterrestrial threats [it's been in existence
since 1960].
[NASA functions would be absorbed into the Space Force.]
In restructuring the governing process,
we must restrict Political Parties and limit their power.
(1) Congressional Representatives and Senators will continue to be elected by popular vote,
but will not be allowed a Political Party affiliation;
they will be elected solely on previous accomplishment and proven delivery on promises made; professional politicians will
not be allowed to run for federal office unless they have served in executive state or corporate positions
[e.g., Business, Military, or local or state senior positions] with demonstrated management abilities.
(2) Term Limits of 12 years for all politicians
[Six 2-year terms for Representatives; two 6-year terms for Senators]
[the era of lifetime politicians is now eliminated]
(3) All elected politicians [including staffs and family] will be subject to an annual audit.
(4) Representatives and Senators would be restricted to their
home district offices;
all communication with other politicians or "lobbyists" would become an
immediate matter of record. They will be required to be accessible to their
constituents on a full-time basis. Staffs will be severely limited in size!
(5) National meetings will be limited to three (3) per year; not in DC, but in a neutral,
centralized city [e.g., Omaha) - after which the Politicians return to their districts
to report to their constituents with full documentation of any/all discussions and
formal and informal agreements.
(6) All proposed legislation will be provided, in writing, to constituents three
(3) months prior to any vote [such legislation must be submitted to a vote
by the Representative's constituency, after which the Representative
carries that vote to the General Assembly.]
(7) Any Bill which includes spending will require a complete addendum
with line-items fully explained as to amount and content. No Bill will be voted on
until its contents are published in an Internet Portal for review by all Citizens.
(8) All politicians would be required to publish a complete report on their activities
for the previous year, to include accomplishments, failures, all spending, all meetings
with other politicians, meetings with contractors and foreign entities of any sort.
(9) Politicians' salaries would be no higher than that of a State level politician.
(10) Expenses would be covered for travel to the three [per year] legislative meetings;
[Detailed expense reports will be required and subject to public audit].
(11) There would be no paid speaking engagements; all travel expense
reimbursements would be itemized, documented, and publicized.
(12) Elections would be final (all ballots to be counted by midnight of the voting day;
newly elected Senators and Representatives would take office within 30 days;
defeated incumbents would not propose or vote on new or proposed legislation,
nor spend any additional funds not previously approved
during their "lame duck" period in office.

Restructure the Presidency

[My exposure to US Presidents includes having a social linkage to the Kennedy family in 1962 - 64, being privy to LBJ's White House Staff devious discussions of corruption in 1965, periodically briefing Carter's staff in 1979-80 and monitoring his illegal actions regarding Iran, briefing Reagan's Secretaries of State and his Ambassador at Large, briefing GHW Bush as Vice President and then as POTUS, monitoring Clinton's history as a recruited KGB asset, and, and closely monitoring 0bama's connections to Islamic terrorists and communist operatives in the US.]
Problem:
Presidents, who are too often only professional politicians with no real experience
other than glad-handing, have become mere tools of Political Parties
which have selected candidates representing both Parties since 1960.
When the will of the people by-passed the Deep State Party choice
[as with JFK, Reagan and Trump],
the Deep State/The Company simply arranged to assassinate
the People's choice and installed their own selected candidate.
[Most notable in this process was the dismissal of Biden as the functioning
POTUS, elevating VP Harris (and 0bama acolytes) to Acting President
signing Executive Orders and Legislation with the AutoPen, and then
eliminating Biden as the Presidential Candidate - by-passing the Party convention,
and selecting a VP candidate without consulting the political Party.]
(a) This election pattern was established when the Kennedy family
out-maneuvered the The Company and secured enough labor union votes
to win the election.
[Notably The Senate/Deep State/The Company arranged President Lincoln's
assassination when it was clear he intended to rebuild the South with the
existing Southern leaders.]
(b) The Shadow Government directed the Deep State and CIA to assassinate JFK,
installing Lyndon B Johnson to follow its orders;
[JFK had selected LBJ as VP to remove him from his powerful role as the Senate
Majority Leader - a formidable Congressional adversary - much the same as
FDR selected Harry Truman as his VP to remove him from his powerful Senate
position!
[Waste and corruption in the construction of Army posts in preparation for
World War 2 led him to propose and then to chair the

compete against the mentally challenged Gerald Ford,
who was a constant embarrassment; Ford was earlier rewarded
with the POTUS position due to his authenticating
the Warren Commission Report -- which included
CIA Director Allen Dulles (assumed to be the actual
chief coup plotter), and Senator Russel
(LBJ's mentor);
Ford's management of the JFK Assassination
investigation, amounting to nearly 900 pages of bland,
ineffective analysis was designed to obscure LBJ's, CIA,
Mossad, and Secret Service participation.
[Ford was the only un-elected POTUS -
appointed by The Deep State.]
(4) Carter easily defeated Ford, but, he too was an embarrassment;
Carter's successor was to be GHW Bush, whom the The Deep State had
groomied since WW2 as a "war hero" [a blatant lie since his fellow pilots
stated he had coerced his crew to bail out over Japanese territories (resulting
in their capture), to lighten his load and return (alone) safely to his ship. His
crew all died from the tortures they endured].
Bush had:
(i) managed the Colombian drug Cartel successful resistance to Colombian
government counter-drug operations
(ii) successfully managed the assassination of JFK in Dallas,
(iii) coordinated the flow of narcotics from the Cartels to Burma and on to
Vietnam via the "Golden Triangle" to create the US Opiod Epidemic (addicting
3.4 million GIs with heriun mixed with Marijuana,
(iv) was appointed as the Director of Central Intelligence,
(v) and would be rewarded with the Presidency.
[Bush's POTUS appointment by the Shadow Government collapsed
when Reagan dynamically took charge of the Primary debate process,
impressing the American voters who ushered Reagan
into the White House with an overwhelming voting majority.
[BUT, Reagan was pressured to install Bush as Vice President.]
(5) Bush, Weinberger, Carlucci and the Deep State presumed they could easily
assassinate Reagan with the same sloppy Secret Service management which
accommodated the assassination of JFK (and employed this year in Butler, PA);
Haig stepped in and prevented WW3 by staging the announcement
that he was in charge at the White House until the Vice President arrived -
[Haig's announcement derailed the USSR's Military ramp-up to attack
the US during its momentary lack of leadership; they feared Haig as he
had previously commanded NATO! ]
(The Cabal did its best to discredit Haig, and removed him as Chief of Staff)
The Secret Service coordinated the assassination scheme with Bush's oversight
mentally-ill son as the designated assassin "Fall Guy" (innocent by "insanity").
This scheme was spoiled by the Secret Service limo driver who
disobeyed the SAIC's
orders and drove the wounded Reagan to the closest hospital
- where he recovered]; the plan was for the Secret Service Agent in Charge to
complete the muirder in the back seat of the limo!
(6) During Reagan's tenure, VP Bush attempted to
generate a war in Central America employing the
from the 82d Airborne Division to El Salvador, and
to gain control of the regional drug trade from
Colombia through Mexico, and as Drug Czar, to
disrupt US operations to eliminate Colombian Drug
Cartel operations, in fact, [Bush was the Cartel Mole in
Clancy's novel: Clear and Present Danger].
(7) GHW Bush failed to initiate a war in El Salvador or Nicaragua as VP, but,
as soon as he was "elected" as POTUS, Bush immediately launched an
(8) Shortly thereafter, Bush decided to invade Iraq to re-capture Kuwait's oil
rigs which Saddam had been lured to seize following US Ambassador's
[Those meaningless (but highly profitable) "wars" continued with W's subsequent
invasions of Iraq, and Afghanistan.]
(9) The CIA, in 1992, selected Bill Clinton to lose to GHW Bush;
but, Bush's "Wimp Factor" lacking a personality or leadership capability, converted
an easy win into a stunning loss, bringing Clinton, his old drug running partner into
the White House!
[The Shadow Government's techniques almost always offer two candidates
so the voters can select the lesser of two evils (e.g., McCain vs 0bama)]
But, The Shadow Government was still victorious since it installed Clinton, the Central
narcotics trafficking network from Colombia into Arkansas via USAF cargo planes.
However, Clinton [Rockefeller's illegitimate son] was unable to control his
sex drive [dating back to his rape of an Oxford University coed while he was
a "Rhodes Scholar"], forced a series of embarrassingly obvious murders
(Clinticides), generating impeachment charges and illuminating the
Shadow Government's's now visible hand of The Company/Deep State.

Treasury and finance China with a behind the scenes $16 Trillion gift
[delivered by then-NY Fed president (Tim Geithner)], engineered, with
Mossad, a False Flag attack on the World Trade Center.

(11) And then, we were blessed with [Barry Soetero]

political advisors to Stalin -
with full endorsement by the US News Media!
Solution:
Restructuring the Presidency requires agreement by the Leadership of the States;
that includes the elected Legislatures and Governors to propose Candidates of merit.
Ideally, it would be Governors who had proven themselves capable of managing
the complexities of their states and working with their legislatures.
It is highly recommended, but not obligatory these candidates would have Military Service.
To ensure some semblance of independence, Political Parties and donors of large independent or combined sums would be restricted, or completely outlawed.
[This will require some deep thought on the part of planners,
and I solicit suggestions]
A leader such as Trump is rare, so it would require a successful individual of independent wealth with no linkage to financial or multi-national corporations or organizations.
So, the spawn of financial institutions such as BlackRock or Bridgewater, or similar organizations would be ineligible.
[Perhaps Musk? - but Musk is not eligible since he is a naturalizedUS Citizen!]

There would be no specific White House, although a representational office in a building fit for a national leader of Presidential status would be necessary, including facilities for staff officers with expertise to address major issues on which they can provide advice to the POTUS.

In a perfect world, the POTUS would have no term limit, assuming he did not become a dictator; in such a case, the POTUS would have to be reaffirmed periodically. George Washington declined to be crowned King, but opted for a combined two terms totaling eight years as elected POTUS - establishing a precedent, until FDR.
However,
A six or eight year term would be suitable, with no second terms allowed. The idea would be that the POTUS would be the equivalent of the Chairman of the Board of a large, international corporation, while the Board members would be the Governors of States, reaffirming the POTUS periodically with a vote of confidence, or NO CONFIDENCE.
Presidential candidates could be drawn from the ranks of the Governors who would have their own six year terms during which they could prove their mettle. Presidential Candidates would be selected by In-State primaries, and then be selected by regional popular vote, narrowing the field to just a few finalists.
Thus, the national elections might have as many as five or six candidates competing for the national vote, and the position of POTUS. Ultimately, there would be a run-off election among the top three, or between the top two to achieve a winner with a clear majority. The deciding factor would remain the decsion of the Electoral College.
There will be a period of overlap between Presidential terms to afford the newly elected POTUS to "Read In" to the existing situations in which the Incumbent is engaged.

TO THE READER:
Although I've covered three previous blogposts to convey my ideas, what you see is
merely a thumbnail sketch of the complex topics I'm attempting to address.
So, I seek your input to improve on my ideas and concepts.
Keep in mind, the American government was created
with a number of the most brilliant minds in history,
so I'm not going to create an instantaneous
solution to the restructuring of
our national government.
My experience in such organizational activities derives from
a) forming and managing several technical companies,
b) conceiving and creating complex Military organizations
[the first being national, the latter being global],
c) working in a variety of positions from the ground up in the Military and Intelligence
communities from small organizations to the hierarchy of the CIA, DIA,the State
Department, the Pentagon, and the White House.
d) designing, and helping to create, with (Former US Attorney General) Ed Meese,
the Directorate of National Intelligence [DNI] in 2002.
Each had its own operational structure, as well as its own internal and external political dynamics, which are found in all organizations whether civilian corporations or Military/Government structures.
Of late, I advise failing companies on reorganizing to institute efficiencies and profitabilities; (the most recent improvement sold for $1.02 Billion).
My guidelines for leadership:
(I have encountered and worked for all of these types)
"I distinguish four types.
There are Clever, Hardworking, Stupid, and Lazy Officers.
Usually two characteristics are combined:
- Some are Clever and Hardworking; their place is the General Staff.
- The next ones are Stupid and Lazy;
they make up 90 percent of every Army and are suited to routine duties.
- Anyone who is both Clever and Lazy is qualified for the highest leadership duties,
because he possesses the mental clarity and strength of nerve necessary for difficult
decisions.
BUT:
- One must beware of anyone who is both Stupid and Hardworking;
he must not be entrusted with any responsibility
because he will always only cause damage.
