I am republishing this blogpost (September 2022) since it was announced that this arrogant immigrant is now running for Congress in Prince William County, Virginia.  We don't need another  Manchurian Candidate in Congress!

The Vindmans are a nice family of Russian Jews whose emigration to the US was sponsored by US Intelligence; and, it appears Vindman was ushered into the US Military and enjoyed premium assignments, regular promotions, and lots of medals, and inexplicably, was placed in the White House National Security circle.  But, which faction in the government or Military sponsored them; or can we assume Israel played a rol?.

A little history on Yevgeny Vindman's Military career, from Vindman's Commanding Officer [2013] in Grafenwohr, Germany 

[comments by Lieutenant Colonel Jim Hickman, US Army (Military Intelligence - Retired (Vindman's Commander).  

LTC Hickman said that he "Verbally Reprimanded" Vindman after he heard Vindman's derisive remarks about the US in conversations Vindman carried on, in public, with Russian officers.

Hickman wrote: 

“Do not let the uniform fool you; he is a political activist in uniform!”

Hickman said that Vindman, a naturalized US citizen born in (communist) Ukraine, made fun [to Russian Military and Diplomats] of the United States to the point that it made other US soldiers “uncomfortable.”  

Hickman told American Greatness that he overheard Vindman refer to Americans as “rednecks”—a word that needed to be translated for the Russians. He said they [Vindman and the Russians] all had a big laugh at America’s expense.

He explained that Vindman, [a major in 2013], sat in on the US-Russian exercises that were conducted in “Virtual Battle Simulations 2 (VBS2) classroom simulation.”  [Why was Vindman, a JAG officer, a part of this exercise?]

Lt Colonel Hickman’s comments:

    Vindman [born in Communist Ukraine] was apologetic to Russians of American culture, laughed about Americans being uneducated or unworldly, and really talked up Obama and Globalism to the point of making US officers uncomfortable.

        "He would speak with the Russian soldiers and laugh at the US personnel.  It was so uncomfortable  and unprofessional that one of the US Civil Service officers told me everything above.  I walked over and sat within earshot of Vindman and confirmed Vindman's {negative} comments.   

"One comment truly struck me as odd, and it was with respect to American’s falsely thinking they’re exceptional, when he said,  'He [Obama] is working on that now!' And he said it with a snide ‘I know a secret’ look on his face. I honestly don’t know what it meant, it just sounded like an odd thing to say.

"After hearing him bash America a few times in front of subordinates, Russians, and General Staff [GS] employees, as well as, hearing an earful about globalization, Obama’s plan, etc., I’d had enough. I tapped him on the shoulder and asked him to step outside. At that point I verbally reprimanded him for his actions, and I’ll leave it at that, so as not to be unprofessional myself.

"The bottom-line is LTC Vindman was a partisan Democrat at least as far back as [2013]. So much so, junior officers and soldiers felt uncomfortable around him. This is not your professional, field-grade officer, who has the character and integrity to do the right thing. Do not let the uniform fool you…he is a political activist in uniform. I pray our nation will drop this hate, vitriol and division, and unite as our Founding Fathers intended!"

Editorial Note:  

In my era, Vindman would have been brought up on UCMJ charges, to include "Conduct Unbecoming an Officer" and "Treason", and possible security violations, prosecuted, and reduced in rank to Private E-1, and/or removed from the Military with a Dishonorable Discharge.  

Instead, he has now been promoted and is a Judge Advocate. 

Then again, that was the 0bama era, and, it would appear from LTC Hickman's quotes [above]  that Vindman had apparently been groomed as a Left Wing infiltrator (Manchurian Candidate) for his entire career.  [Perhaps a protege of LTG Sidney T Weinstein - who protected Jonathon Pollard?]

Having been a Counter-Intelligence Special Agent, and Intelligence Detachment commander training Counter-Intelligence agents (and other HUMINT specialties), I can say with authority that Vindman would never have been cleared to join the US Army, much less to have been granted the security clearances (and Special Intelligence Access authority) to serve on the National Security Council (NSC).]  

Zelenskyy: "Congress gave me $100 Billion!"

Yevgeny Vindman's brother, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, was on the Trump's (25 July)  call [as a translator] to Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and went to Yevgeny Vindman with his "concerns". 

Yevgeny Vindman then flagged those concerns to his superior (NSC Senior Director for European Affairs, Tim Morrison) in July and August of 2019.  

Morrison dismissed Vindman's concerns, advising that there was nothing questionable or illegal in Trump's conversation with Zelenskyy.

Morrison would later testify that Ukrainian officials were not even aware that certain military funding had been delayed by the Trump administration until late August 2019, more than a month after the Trump-Zelensky call, casting doubt on allegations that Trump somehow conveyed an illegal quid pro quo demand during the July 25 call.

[Congressman Adam Schiff [D], [whose heritage is strongly linked to communism] accused President Trump of a treasonous security leak during the Trump-Zelensky call.] 

But, Morrison testified that the transcript of the phone call that was declassified and released to the public by Trump in late September “accurately and completely reflects the substance of the call.” 

During Trump's first impeachment trial, Alexander Vindman was one of the key witnesses, telling lawmakers the Trump-Zelensky call was "inappropriate" and that he knew "without hesitation" that he had to report it. 

Yevgeny Vindman also raised concerns about potential "sexist conduct" from former NSC officials Robert O'Brien and Alexander Gray, perhaps as a distraction from his own questionable conduct.

Editorial Note:  

It's interesting that a Ukrainian [Vindman], an emigre from the communist Soviet Union and from a continuing communist family heritage, an advocate of 0bama, would, as a foreign-born junior officer, inexplicably assigned to the NSC, accuse the sitting President of the US of having an "inappropriate" conversation with the Ukraine President. 

(At best, Vindman's role would have been as "interpreter/translator" - nothing more].  

It was not Vindman's role to do anything more than translate; it was certainly not in his purview to  critique the President's conversation since Vindman's status was slightly above that of a janitor!)

Since the Vindman brothers inexplicably felt duty and honor-bound to accuse Trump of being a TRAITOR, the question arises on how two brothers, spawned from a Soviet Union [communist] family, managed to survive the required SBI [Special Background Investigation] by hard-core Military Intelligence Special agents.  

Normally, these MI Special Agents would have conducted full research on the Vindman extended family history in the USSR, who then emigrated to Brighton Beach [aka: Little Odessa] in New York, which was also the targeted resettlement point for Russian espionage agents within the Soviet Jewish Refugee community.

In that era, even a vague linkage to any family connection in Europe required a deep, background investigation.  Linkage to a Soviet Union connection, with active extended family remaining in the USSR, routinely included an automatic dismissal of the candidate[s] during the adjudication process - even though the Vindman brothers joined the US Military after the collapse of the USSR [although the KGB transitioned into the FSB (Federal Security Service) - continuing the penetration activities by their intelligence operatives]

Somehow, he was allowed to enroll in Army ROTC in college, oddly achieving a commission as a US Army officer, and then was granted a security clearance. 

Vindman was not only commissioned as a US Army officer, he passed at least one more SBI [Special Background Investigation] when he was appointed to the White House National Security staff! [by Obama, or Axelrod?]

Prior to being assigned to the National Security Staff, Vindman served in the Infantry, with a single short tour in Iraq.  Interestingly, in a period of 12 years in Service, he received 13 medals, unparalleled by most officers [so, who was arranging these awards for him since it averages out to more than one per year of Service?].  

None of these were Combat awards, even though he served in Iraq.

1)  3 x Army Achievement Medals, 

2)  3 x Army Commendation Medals, 

3)  1 x Joint Service Commendation Medal 

4)  6 x Meritorious Service Medals

Now, during that period, Vindman managed to attend Graduate School, spending an estimated three [3] years in residency, and achieving 

1)  Master of Science in "General Administration" from Central Michigan University [2 years]

2) Juris Doctor (JD) from University of Georgia School of Law (2006) 

     [requires 88 semester hours, or more than two years resident work]

3) Master of Legal Matters [LLM] from the Judge Advocate General Legal Center & School

    in Charlottesville, Va [requiring one year of resident study ]

Vindman's other Military schools included 27 months in schools [which don't award performance medals]

1) Infantry Career Course [9 Months],

2) Foreign Area Officer FAO) [6 Months] 

3) Command and General Staff College [12 months]

[Vindman's brother, Alexander - the Whistleblower] was reportedly voted out by his peers while at Ranger School (as a lieutenant colonel) for stealing food from another Ranger Trainee.  Although "peered-out" by his fellow Ranger Trainees, Vindman "graduated", to the disgust of his fellow trainees and the Ranger school staff].

    

The total time that Yevgeny Vindman spent in school was more than seven [7] years - during which it appears he received 13 medals?  [Normally, officers might be awarded a medal for superior performance at the end of a two-or-three year tour; but not one (or two) every year for serving on Active Duty!]

Since students are not awarded medals while in school [Military or Civilian], if our math serves us, it appears that Vindman was awarded 13 medals during only ten years of Service [that's virtually impossible, unless Vindman was being groomed and protected by an invisible mentor].  

Interestingly, he was originally assigned to the Pentagon staff in positions requiring a security clearance not higher than SECRET.

I had 20+ years of counter-intelligence experience (and other specialties), which included conducting numerous SBIs on candidates for service as foreign born officers in the US Military, and, on candidates for security clearances at SECRET and TOP SECRET/SCI,  I wonder how Yevgeny and his brother were granted commissions, much less SCI clearances given the family history with Soviet communist linkage.  

That used to be a non-starter [i.e., any candidate related in any manner to a foreign person - particularly one residing in a communist country was automatically denied a security clearance] - yet this son of a Soviet [Communist] Russia (Ukraine) family slipped through US Military ranks to be integrated into the most sensitive offices of US Intelligence; who sponsored them (or Jonathon Pollard)?

Could we be dealing with Manchurian Candidates?

         a) Could the Vindman brothers qualify as Russian/Ukrainian spies? 

         b) Were Yevgeny Vindman and his twin brother inserted into the 

              National Security Council staff to create chaos by accusing Trump 

              of making treasonous calls to Ukraine?  

         c) Notably, Vindman's boss, the Security Council's legal director

             [John Eisenberg], ordered Vindman to drop his allegations as he 

             found them to be baseless since Trump asked the Ukraine President 

             to look into the illicit dealings of Hunter and Joe Biden [now validated]

        d)  All of Trump's concerns about Biden have since been proven to be accurate. 

             [Hunter used his father's position for years to win "contracts" worth hundreds 

             of millions of dollars with Ukraine.]

        e)  But, the Vindmans pursued the issue, and "Just Like That" it became public! The partisan 

             Media was poised and ready to pounce on a juicy story, no matter how trivial or inaccurate, 

             to escalate it to a national scandal.

The family was based in Long Island, in Brighton Beach  "Little Odessa", traditionally a direct connection from a New Jersey point of entry for Soviet Intelligence personnel, aka: ILLEGALS (Sleepers).

[Disclaimer: I managed a SAP which moved Soviet Jewish scientists through the European Underground exit system; the purpose was to relocate them in the US in exchange for their scientific knowledge of Soviet R&D programs.  The US Jews in Brooklyn then would routinely spirit those refugees out and relocated them to Israel before our teams could debrief these refugees. After several warnings, I canceled the program and told the Jewish handlers they would have to manage on their own.  Given the curious [some would say traitorous] actions by the Vindmans, it is my opinion that these are Manchurian Candidates, i.e., Sleeper agents.]

But, completing the web is a third brother who is integrated into the top tiers of the US financial system at the Tungsten Capital Advisors.

[To be clear, we're certainly not accusing the Vindman family members of being spies - but, we are curious about their astonishing rise to Military status,  fame, and fortune from being impoverished Soviet emigres.]

What more could a NWO advocate ask for than having two Soviet Ukrainian brothers on the National Security Counsel with Top Secret/SCI Clearance, plus access to TS Compartmented [Special Access Program] information on international financial and political data.  

        a) Given the European presence in Tungsten Capital Advisors, 

             should we ask what the relationship with Ukraine is/was? 

             After all, Yevgeny was a Foreign Area Officer specializing 

             in Russian and Ukraine - so he would have access to all classified 

             data collected on both countries, 

           -- an extraordinary resource for a financial investment firm.

(at age 36) of a "drug-overdose".  

Meanwhile, Anna was reportedly having  an 

affair with Michel Bittan, an Israeli [Mossad?].  

            She was arrested on charges of Espionage and deported to 

            Russia,in 2010, 

            where she was appointed as Director of the

            Young Guard of United Russia 

             [a youth espionage organization] 

           d) Interestingly, since 2010, a large number of former Soviet 

                [Ukrainian] diplomats, KGB operatives and NOCs were 

                assassinated in the US; could their operational support linkage

                to "Illegals" have been viewed as a risk by the new Russian regime?

The American Constitution For the United States

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union

This is a three-part series in which we dissect America's decent into perfidy by

[We would put it all into one blog post but recognized our readership's 

time limitations; three segments will give you time to digest the material.]

The United States was formed in stages, evolving from colonial assemblies which governed the individual colonies for England as proxies to interface with the British Crown. 

Within that context, Americans formed Militias to protect their farms and towns from marauding Indians, directed by the French against the British colonies.  

As the hostilities between England and France increased in Europe, the cost of that warfare there was imposed as a burden on the Colonists upon whom the British government levied a series of heavy taxes  - to include the "Stamp Tax" which required a tax be paid on all printed documents (e.g., Bills of Sale from a bags of beans to real estate properties). 

[Although the British Stamp Tax was eventually repealed, it remains in existence today in a US form, imposed by local, state, and federal governments which place a tax on every transaction, from groceries to real estate.  Essentially, once a tax is created in America by Congress, or by local governments, it becomes a permanent burden.]

As the rift between England and the Colonies grew, based on a broadening array of increasingly burdensome taxes, and without representation of the Colonists in governance; there was no benefit to the Colonists derived from these taxes - and worse, the Crown created a legal system by which assets or property could be seized from those who fell behind in their taxes. 

Exacerbating this tension was an increasing number of abusive laws, regulations, and mandates over which Colonists had no control.  Gradually, the totalitarian measures increased, to include the quartering of British soldiers in the homes of Colonists, random arrests, and even summary executions of Colonists who spoke against or resisted the Crown.    

As the Colonists had supported the British in the French and Indian War, Colonial Militias had been established with the Militiamen armed with their personal weapons which they retained to defend against marauding Indians and roaming criminals.  When the British authorities decided to control the Colonists by forcing them to register gun ownership, followed by attempts to force Colonists to surrender their weapons, they met with considerable resistance and angry responses.

[In today's Media, current Militias are tagged as "terrorists" or crazed extremists, rather than the fail-safe Military mechanism secure from federal oversight or control.]

Hostile Colonial reactions grew from subtle protests, to newspaper editorials against the Crown, to outright uprisings and battles.  Colonial leadership followed resistance movements in Europe which they wished to emulate - although, eventually, they decided to create their own government, i.e., a Republic which would provide Popular Sovereignty, a concept rooted in the Peace of Westphalia of 1648

• First Amendment [Religion, Speech, Press, Assembly, Petition]

• Fourth Amendment [Search and Seizure] 
• Fifth Amendment [Grand Jury, Double Jeopardy, Self-Incrimination, Due Process] 
• [No one shall be "deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law."
• [No person shall be held to answer for a crime, unless on indictment of a Grand Jury]
• Sixth Amendment [In Criminal Prosecutions: ] 
• Seventh Amendment [Common Law Suits - Jury Trial] 
• Eighth Amendment [No Excess Bail or Fines, Cruel and Unusual Punishment] 
• Ninth Amendment [Non-Enumerated Rights]

[If you've followed the arrests of the 6-January Protestors, browse through the Bill of Rights to see how many of their Rights were violated by the Mayor of Washington, DC, and then

-- ask yourself why our Congress did absolutely NOTHING to protect the Rights of US Citizens 

and, in fact, participated in this incredible charade characterizing a Citizen Protest as a Riot 

(albeit led by FBI agents and Soros-sponsored Antifa fake demonstrators)].  

Notably, the January 6, 2021 Assembly of Citizens outside the Capitol building to protest an unlawful election was categorized as a "riot" by Congress and the FBI, and therefore, an Unlawful Assembly.!

Participants were rounded up and jailed, without legal counsel, without warrants, without the Right to Confront their Accusers, without Trial by Jury, and incarcerated with excessive bail and fines, and lengthy imprisonment without Due Process. Several citizens died while incarcerated.  

Worse, FBI agents were documented as infiltrating the demonstrators to incite violence and create an ENTRAPMENT mechanism by which to arrest and incarcerate the protestors who turned out for the demonstration.

And Congress DID NOTHING!

Think back on our Colonial history; the Colonists challenged the British Government in much the same way as American Citizens are now challenging the over-reach of the elected US federal government, which has grown from simple representation to a mammoth and abusive bureaucratic leviathan, levying increasingly large direct and indirect taxes, and establishing "Law Enforcement" and "Intelligence Agencies" as curmudgeons to bully and destroy the Rights of Citizens.  

This oppressive federal bureaucracy has now become the Deep State 

- the Fourth Branch of Government.

Sad to say, the original Bill of Rights has been systematically eroded through authoritarian legislation to eliminate these Rights [it's been a gradual process, but 9/11 pushed us over the edge when Bush and company created the Patriot Act to shred the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to "protect" us from faux terrorists [created by the Bush cabal to Uniate a perpetual war in the MidEast - and to capitalize on the narcotics operations there]

[And 20+ years later, we confirmed that the Bush family engineered 9/11 with Mossad to demolish the WTC [no planes, neutering NORAD, faking the plane hijacking, and launching a Cruise Missile into the Pentagon]

But, we've digressed.

The abuses by the British Government on the American Colonists were abhorrent, causing the Colonists to rebel, with many who sacrificed wealth, family, and even their lives to replace rule by the Crown with the government they created with the Constitution.  The Colonists had to fight not only the British Red Coats, but also their fellow Colonists who remained loyal to the Crown, spying on their neighbors, and eventually slinking across the border to become Canadian citizens.

Battle of Lexington

The Battle of Lexington consisted of 700 British soldiers firing upon only 70 Minutemen; casualties were few, but the impact then was the equivalent of the arrest of the 6-January Protestors, and is expected to create Citizen Rage when the Deep State democrats attempt to arrest President Trump.

Technically, the first shots of the American Revolution were fired at Lexington but the Shot Heard Round the World was fired in Concord.

[About 2,000 British infantry soldiers arrived in Charlestown village and found themselves under sniper fire from the village. In an attempt to clear out the snipers, British troops set fire to the town and burned it to the ground. 

 

Although the British won the Battle of Bunker Hill, it was pyrrhic victory. Their heavy losses during the battle bolstered the Colonist’s confidence and actually encouraged them to continue fighting the war. The British were still trapped inside the city but were eventually forced to leave Boston the following year in March of 1776. 

Over the ensuing years, via many battles and backroom negotiations, the Colonies emerged as an independent Republic, unhampered by the British.  

Or, did we?

It seems the Redcoats remained on our soil until at least 1793 - somewhat beyond the formation of our new nation.  A good deal of debt was incurred in the process of establishing our Nation - and much of that debt was in British hands.

As luck would have it, the Brits took one more poke at the American Eagle and found itself in the War of 1812, learning that the Colonial guerrilla fighters were even more deadly than Washington's Army.  It seems the Brits felt entitled to interfere with American international commerce, as well as seizing US commercial and military ships and forcing the US sailors to serve aboard British ships.

The British troops fell prey to the decisive attacks and maneuvers of General Andrew Jackson, who led the Tennessee Militia in the Battle of New Orleans in January, 1815, ending the war - but not before they torched Washington.

The fact that the British government was also fully engaged with Napoleon's army was, of course, a major factor, causing them to withdraw troops from America to fight Napoleon.  

But, the war of 1812 established the status of the States' Militia as a formidable base for the US Military composed of armed Patriots ready, willing and able to mobilize instantly to challenge an invading force. .  

And, this war also set the stage for the Civil War only 38 years later, the basis of which was the economy of the Southern States [i.e., States' Rights], which were gradually gaining international commercial status in direct competition with the Northern Industrial States.   

[To the consternation of Liberal historians, the Civil War had little to do with slavery and almost everything to do with the South's emerging commercial growth and economic power.  Thus, Southern States rebelled against onerous commercial regulations imposed by politically powerful Northern States.] 

Notably, after the Civil War and  the Emancipation Proclamation, most of the freed slaves remained on the plantations as Sharecroppers and Tenant Farmers.  

The South's commercial growth was not limited solely to agriculture, but extended to manufacturing and direct international exporting based on an extensive and sophisticated railroad network connected with numerous large seaports connecting with all the Southern States.  This economy was draining revenue from the North, which feared the South might secede, becoming a separate country and a formidable commercial competitor.  The objective of the Civil War was not freeing slaves, but rather, to destroy the South's commercial and industrial growth - thus the systematic destruction of railroads, ports, and urban centers by the Union Army.

 

I'll start building The Swamp in the South

Following the Civil War, the Southern economy was further  ravaged by "Carpet-Baggers" who swarmed into the South, taking control of political positions at all levels, looting the treasuries, and lynching former slaves who insisted on staying on the plantations of their former "masters".    

Liberal historians refer to these Carpet-Baggers as "Radical Republicans"; but, to be precise, these were to become the Southern Democrats - leading to The Swamp as they gradually gained control of Congress.

As we've learned in recent years, by studying economic and financial history, it would appear that the Deep State is managed by heavily cloaked British financiers who have technically owned the US since before the Civil War debt bankrupted America.

As we debate the issue of ownership of our American Republic, whether it be the British Crown or, by the American People, we can proceed with reforming the mess we call the US government/DEEP-STATE, drain THE SWAMP, and restart our country
