I've been informed by residents of Asheville and Western NC that the devastated areas are appear now to being prepped for strip mining. Remaining forests are being cleared, and there are restrictions on Citizen travel in these areas.
This is labeled RECOVERY!

I'm publishing this Post, based partially on relevant issues raised by@WallStreetApes on X [they routinely reveal information (about corruption) worth disseminating.
I'm including elements of their comments along with my own observations and references to alert readers to key issues relating to Hurricane Helene [and Milton] indicating that our government [Pentagon?] might have weaponized the weather [as far back as the 1950s], as well as blocking rescue and recovery efforts - and possible collusion with major companies to exploit [via Eminent Domain] valuable resources in the land left, and recoverable, after a hurricane.

Here's an interesting discovery:
The companies which are doing the home inspections for victims of the North Carolina Hurricane Helene are owned by Vanguard and BlackRock (partially owned by Temasak which invests heavily in "semi-conductors" [scandals included the collapse of the Thailand Government of PM Thaksin Shinawatra).
BlackRock also has significant holdings in Pilbara Minerals, Sigma Lithium Corp, Lithium Americas Argentina Corp, and Cosmoam&T, ltd] - so it stands to control the a major percentage of the LITHIUM mining - world-wide.
So which companies are likely to profit if the destroyed personal property is claimed by the government via Eminent Domain?

-- Albermarle is the world's largest producer of LITHIUM [Albemarle, Sociedad Química y Minera, and FMC Corporation collectively produce just over half of the world's lithium and lithium storage products, while just under half is produced by China.

But, an unidentified FEMA worker casually stated that the casualty figures in the 100s were UNDERSTATED! and that the reports should actually add three zeroes after the figures (i.e.tens of thousands).
1) questioning the origin of these hurricanes, and
2) demanding to know why the US Military was not called in with its helicopters and Engineering units, to help in the Rescue and Recovery efforts.

The $90 Million granted by the US Department of Defense came only weeks before a Category 5 hurricane magically appeared in the Gulf of Mexico as a Tropical Depression with maximum winds of only 38 mph; and then it quickly morphed into a Category 5 hurricane [140 mph winds].
And then, Helene progressed over 1,000 miles
from sea level at Cancun, Mexico,
over the Gulf,
then over dry land,
through Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky, and vertically more than 2,000 feet into Asheville,
and, still another 1,000 feet above that into the Blue Ridge Mountains, all in only five days!

And then, Duke Energy opened its hydro-electric dam flood gates in the mountains, which some believe was the actual cause of the massive and destructive flooding!
[Interestingly, most of the on-line references to DUKE DAMS FLOODING are now BLANK!]

But, we've digressed.
Let's look at Hurricane Helene a bit more closely:
According to NOAA, hurricanes lose half their strength once they hit land; but oddly, Hurricane Helene defied the rules of hurricane development and, in fact GAINED Strength as it moved inland as a Tropical Storm passing from Florida to Georgia, and into the Carolinas.
With no tropical warm waters to feed it, Helene not only moved rapidly inland, it also climbed to the upper levels of the Blue Ridge mountains - miraculously into the areas containing LITHIUM, the source of Albemarle's wealth, which only two years earlier, had seen its stock sink to very low levels of value.
How could that be possible?

Let's take another look at who stood to gain financially with Hurricane Helene:
Here's a brief look at Albemarle's financial status prior to getting that DOD grant - and it became a major investment by Institutional Investors - normally too small to notice.

Hmm, and 92.87% of Albemarle stock was owned by institutional investors/ hedge funds.
Here's a list of "small" Institutional Investors capitalizing on the Opportunity Bandwagon which most investigators might overlook:
Did they get word that Albermarle was sitting on a big pile of Lithium that DOD wanted to exploit, i.e., land to be cleared and become available after a hurricane might just strike Asheville after the normal hurricane season ended. Wow! what incredible foresight!
1) WFA Asset Management Corp acquired a new [$25,000] position in Albemarle during the 1st quarter.
2) First Community Trust NA acquired a new position [$25,000] in the second quarter.
3) CVA Family Office LLC increased its Albemarle shares [by 610.0%] in the second quarter.
4) First Financial Corp IN acquired a new stake [$32,000] in Albemarle during the first quarter.
5) Quarry LP bought a new [$33,000] position in Albemarle during the fourth quarter.
AND, ON 12 SEPTEMBER 2024, Albemarle was acquired by BLACKROCK!
So the same company [BlackRock] that owns the majority of the LITHIUM mine in the Asheville area will now be paid to inspect the victims' properties which BlackRock might want - BECAUSE those owners are sitting on all that LITHIUM.
What are the odds!
Just for grins, let's examine which Congressional politicians and Military officers invested in the Albemarle stock before Helene. Did the North Carolina Governor invest in Albemarle? How about FEMA executives?
They don't want you to pay attention to who is going to inspect the homes that are damaged or destroyed in North Carolina mountain area [where the Lithium mines will be]. If you go to the FEMA contract page, you will notice, under home inspections, that two companies appear. One is Vanguard and the other one is WSP, a small Canadian company that is mainly owned by the Canadian pension board (which endured a bit of corruption in years past). But, now ownership of WSP is by two companies: Vanguard and BlackRock - which, between them, manage $17-TRILLION in total assets, worldwide. [that's what politicians call: INFLUENCE!] They represent over 3 million shares in that WSP Who will be doing the Home inspections for FEMA in devastated areas?
