| PRESIDENT TRUMP DISPLAYING ONE OF HIS EXECUTIVE ORDERS |
Executive Order 13823
President Trump issued Executive Order [EO] 13823 in January, 2018, followed by EO 13848 in September, 2018.
1) EO 13823
a) created the path to eliminating corrupt and vicious political and foreign agents intent on destroying the US from within.
b) documented evidence and procedures for rounding up and incarcerating the bad guys, while
2) EO 13848 justified those actions and extended the reach of the Judicial system to prosecute, incarcerate, and/or execute seditious and treasonous actors..
Trump's EOs capitalized on the 0bama/Bush eras of high profile anti-terrorism legislation; these Trump EOs, continuing the same verbiage and content as the Bush/Obama EOs, were thus endorsed by the Deep State and Congress - enabling him to legally pursue, arrest, and prosecute the criminal elements in our Government, Military, Judicial System, and Financial System.

Much of Trump's emphasis has been on the international business of Human/Child Trafficking and rampant Pedophilia
Stunning evidence has been revealed of Pedophilia at the highest levels in our governmental agencies [ncluding VP Pence, the Bush family, the Clintons, and 0bama were accused], Military, judicial systems, law enforcement, Hollywood, European Royalty, and, the Media.
Behind the scenes, however, Trump was baiting the trap to gather documented and irrefutable evidence of illegal actions of the Left and of the Deep State -- which his team had anticipated. Many of those illegal actions, most of which could [and can now] be defined as TREASON [according to the EO verbiage], i.e., threatening our National Security [as defined in the "Patriot Act" and these Trump EOs].
Thus, these, and other Trump EOs became the basis for proving the validation of the provisions of 0bama/Bush era EOs, and subsequently, validation of the provisions of Trump's EOs - which Congress had eagerly endorsed.
These two EOs [and others] have been called into play in the past two+ years while Trump orchestrated his "Special Counsel [John Durham], his Military force [US Special Operations Command (SOCOM)] and, his Military Tribunals, all of whom/which have been quite active.

1) John Durham: As Special Counsel, has gathered evidence on thousands of individuals in the US which he provided to Grand Juries in Sealed and Unsealed indictments.
Among the charges were Murder, Torture, Manslaughter, Grand Theft, Money Laundering, Bribery of US officials/judges, kidnapping, exploitation, and the murder and torture of women and children, Human Trafficking, Drug Trafficking, and Treason.

2) SOCOM forces have been active in finding and terminating human/child trafficking operations in the US and globally.
These activities are usually followed via the demolition of the facility, measured as a small earthquake. [If you track the incidences of Level Six earthquakes, they might coincide with the SOCOM "Demolition Derby."]. The facilities are demolished to ensure they are never again to be used for such purposes.

A notable SOCOM operation was the cyber-blocking of the Evergreen container ship [Ever Given] to cause it to ground, blocking the Canal while a combined JSOC/Spetsnaz operation boarded the container ship, opening containers and finding and releasing 1,245 kidnapped victims, young women and children.
They also found the bodies of 1,366 other victims who had died as a result of starvation and torture. Reportedly, this container ship program was owned by Hillary Clinton [and serviced by Walmart?] to accommodate Human Trafficking deliveries worldwide.

Today's human and opiod trafficking operations are merely a continuation, managed by the global elites - most notably: Royalty.
[Check closely and you'll notice an absence of Royalty on a global basis, and Buckingham Palace was shuttered and the Royal Guards with poofy hats were replaced with mere Bobbies; notably, the Queen moved out and announced she would no longer live in the palace, while the newly crowned "King" Charles announced he would not live in the palace - perhaps rent a room at a nearby boarding house?].

But, the trafficking now includes our Military ally - NATO, which has employed its vast logistics system to accommodate the trafficking of children, women, and illicit narcotics.
Notably, as a European Military organization, NATO supersedes local and even regional law enforcement using the guise of "National Security".
Local police are helpless to enforce the law over a military presence - which dismisses police efforts.

In the case of the grounding of Hillary's Evergreen container ship, SpecOps units found Weapons of Mass Destruction [including Nukes] to be delivered via Mossad to "Islamic Terrorists" to create another Israeli False Flag Middle East War.

[Some Military Intelligence [MI] agents believed Pollard to be protected by (US) LTG Sidney Weinstein each time he was identified as a probably spy (Weinstein, a foul-mouthed senior officer of little accomplishment, took personal credit for the achievements of other officers and was declared "Father of Military Intelligence.].
Pollard's defense was that he was only aiding Israel - an Ally of the US.
In reality, Pollard was selling Top Secret Intelligence material [to include the identity of US Intelligence agents] to both the Israelis and to the Soviet KGB [which was not our ally].
Pollard was released - on parole - after 30 years in prison, on condition that he not leave the US; [Mossad agents immediately put him on a jet to Israel, where Pollard was hailed as a National Hero! ]

d) 9/11: Israeli Mossad operatives, posing as students, were filmed [and later arrested by the FBI] placing explosives (Military grade nano-thermite) throughout the Twin Towers.

One example was Trump's coordination of the USN hospital ship arriving in New York City to assist in treating Covid patients - neither Governor Cuomo nor Mayor De Blasio sent any NY patients to the ship, instead isolating them from medical treatment in their living facilities.
Nor did any of those patients arrive at the NYC Jacob Javits center which had been fully prepped as an emergency medical care center.
{However, nearly 1,000 children, imprisoned in cells below Central Park, were rescued and transferred to the Mercy Ship where they were treated for malnutrition, physical injuries, and psychological trauma.}

(a) Section 1. Findings. Consistent with long-standing law of war principles and applicable law, the United States may detain certain persons captured in connection with an armed conflict for the duration of the conflict.

(2) The detention operations at the US Naval Station Guantánamo Bay are legal, safe, humane, and conducted consistent with United States and international law.
(3) Those operations are continuing given that a number of the remaining individuals at the detention facility are being prosecuted in military commissions (TRIBUNALS), while others must be detained to protect against continuing, significant threats to the security of the United States, as determined by periodic reviews.
(4) Given that some of the current detainee population represent the most difficult and dangerous cases from among those historically detained at the facility, there is significant reason for concern regarding their re-engagement in hostilities should they have the opportunity.
(b) Sec. 2. Status of Detention Facilities at US Naval Station Guantánamo Bay. Section 3 of Executive Order 13492 of January 22, 2009 (Review and Disposition of Individuals Detained at the Guantánamo Bay Naval Base and Closure of Detention Facilities), ordering the closure of detention facilities at U.S. Naval Station Guantánamo Bay, is hereby revoked.
(1) Detention operations at US Naval Station Guantánamo Bay shall continue to be conducted consistent with all applicable US and international law, including the Detainee Treatment Act of 2005.
(2) In addition, the United States may transport additional detainees to US Naval Station Guantánamo Bay when lawful and necessary to protect the Nation.
(3) Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Defense shall, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Director of National Intelligence, and the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies as determined by the Secretary of Defense, recommend policies to the President regarding the disposition of individuals captured in connection with an armed conflict, including policies governing transfer of individuals to US Naval Station Guantánamo Bay.
(4) Unless charged in, or subject to a judgment of conviction by a military commission, any detainees transferred to US Naval Station Guantánamo Bay after the date of this order shall be subject to the procedures for periodic review established in Executive Order 13567 of March 7, 2011 (Periodic Review of Individuals Detained at Guantánamo Bay Naval Station Pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force), to determine whether continued law of war detention is necessary to protect against a significant threat to the security of the United States.
(c) Section 3. Rules of Construction.
(1) Nothing in this order shall prevent the Secretary of Defense from transferring any individual away from the US Naval Station Guantánamo Bay when appropriate, including to effectuate an order affecting the disposition of that individual issued by a court or competent tribunal of the United States having lawful jurisdiction.

(2) Nothing in this order shall be construed to affect existing law or authorities relating to the detention of United States citizens, lawful permanent residents of the United States, or any persons who are captured or arrested in the United States.
(3) Nothing in this order shall prevent the Attorney General from, as appropriate, investigating, detaining, and prosecuting a terrorist subject to the criminal laws and jurisdiction of the United States.
(d) Section. 4. General Provisions.
Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(1) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(2) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(e) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(f) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
