FEMA Director Richardson
The new Director is David Richardson:
A no-nonsense kind of guy who does not tolerate insubordination or incompetence.
"Don't get in my way!"
Richardson is a former Marine commander, used to getting the job done. He also understands the employment of Military resources for fast reactions and successful response to new conditions.
I think America will be safe in his responsiveness this hurricane season, and other situations such as volcano eruptions, flooding, or other disasters. I suspect he will also look into the Asheville disaster which some believe to be designed to give Blackrock access to exploit the LITHIUM DEPOSITS of Western North Carolina.

FEMA claims now to be broke because it burned up all its funds on Illegals
I normally avoid criticizing too many federal agencies, but, I am rapidly becoming a severe critic of FEMA, of which a myriad of nasty stories have now emerged regarding their hurricane "assistance and interference." [
Not reported on the News were videos of small ships cruising into the tropical storm billowing large clouds of "steam" (which professional observers referred to as ship-produced Chemtrails).
Overnight, this minor tropical storm morphed into a Category 5 hurricane with wind gusts of 125 mph and storm surges exceeding 26 feet, tossing ships into the levees which had traditionally held back the waters of Lakes Ponthcartrain and Borgne.
The programmed News Media declared the levee system a failed barrier.
In fact, the levee system had been created in the 18th Century, and upgraded routinely by the US Army Engineers into the mid-1980s to an average height of 24 feet, with some levees reaching a height of 50 feet, withstanding hundreds of years of violent storms.
The system was extended until by the mid-1980s it included more than 3,500 miles of levees having an average height of about 24 feet, with some levees reaching 50 feet (15 m) in height.
Katrina Victim [ING 4727] ended up inland on a school bus
Notably, the levees were not designed to withstand the impact of a 200 foot barge with a steel hull, and a beam of 35 feet. Fully loaded with cargo, it weighed nearly 2,000 tons.
The storm hurled this behemoth (ING 4727) through the levee as if the levees were made of cardboard.
The levee system had been extended, until by the 1980s, it included it 3,500 miles of levees averaging 24 feet high, with some levees 50 feet high.
A few years ago, we had Hurricane Irma, and earlier this year, we had Hurricane Beryl, Both of which created massive damage and inflicted large numbers of casualties.
Now we're expecting Hurricane Milton.
We need to address several issues
a) Why have these tropical storms become so devastating? Are they modern products of Operation Popeye? Has DOD Weather Management become Weather Weaponization, for profit and federal Eminent Domain?
b) Why is FEMA a hindrance instead of assisting?
c) Why do we need months of FEMA bureaucratic meeddling when the US Military can efficiently manage these disasters in a matter of days - rather than months. The US Military should have been the manager of this disaster recovery process from the outset.
d) Why are so many federal (FEMA, FAA, DHS, etc.,) and local agencies interfering with Civilian Rescue Efforts - routinely resulting in hundreds (or thousands) of unnecessary deaths?
My solution
Since I have some experience in managing "staging areas" for Military Combat Operations, and my detachment at Ft Bragg trained over 1,000 Military (Active, Reserve, and National Guard units throughout the US, I've laid out how I would have managed this Rescue and Recover Operation in Asheville [and the other disaster regions]. We could have created an effective Search, Rescue, and Recovery operation in a few days. Instead, FEMA has barely made a dent in the problem, and threatens civilian rescue and aid personnel with arrest!
101st Helicopter Assets
At Fort Bragg [aka: Liberty), we have the 18th Airborne Corps HQ, with subordinate units a) 82d Airborne Division Paratroopers (parachute into areas degraded by the hurricane). [Hundreds of Helicopters for Search and Rescue] Coordination of units to rebuild severely damaged areas 1. Road Clearing and Rebuilding 2. Rebuilding and reinforcing Bridges 3. Create airstrips in remote areas for search and rescue operations 4. Demolition of buildings and facilities in danger of collapse 5. Reconstruction of Infrastructure [Electical, Sewage, Lighting, Temporary Shelter] Communications support in the absence of Cell Phone Service
1. Screening, Categorizing, Records, Triage of displaced/injured personnel 2. Imagery Interpretation of overhead photography of remotely stranded personnel 3. Debriefing survivors on possible locations of injured or lost survivors 4. Creating detailed maps of remote and inaccessible areas. [C-130 Cargo Planes can land in grass fields to deliver supplies and evacuate stranded civilians]
Quick Deployments can be in stages. (Stage 1)
A) Deploy 101st Division helicopters for search and rescue B) Deploy equipment/personnel to target areas (e.g., Asheville)) C) C-130 cargo planes with food and water supplies with troops to manage distribution D) Deliver generators aboard C-130s , plus electric circuitry E) MI/Medical and Intelligence personnel positioned to greet and sort arriving displaced persons and operate as Triage teams for those needing medical attentionF) Deliver fuel bladders (up to 200,000 gallons) to refuel helicopters light observation planes, generators (Stage 2)
Ferry in support crews to manage arrival of supplies and equipment A) Deploy Search and Rescue helicopters B) Deliver transport vehicles and generators w fuel bladders for to support electric circuitry C) Deliver/erect field kitchens, showers, toilets D) Deliver and erect large housing tents and cots E) Position imagery interpreters (II) [525 MI Brigade] to translate overhead photography to identify/locate stranded people and identify areas requiring Engineer clearing and rebuilding operations F) Establish satellite communications centers to coordinate operations G) Mortuary Affairs Center: Collect, identify, and prepare the deceased for removal (Stage 3) A) C-130s arrive to deliver light vehicles and heavy equipment (e.g., bulldozers); and remove the bodies of the deceased casualties. B) Insert 82d and 101st Abn Div troops to retrieve flood survivors identified by Imagery Interpreters from overhead surveillance mechanisms C) Evacuate civilian casualties D) Engineers (1) begin clearing roads and areas covered with dangerous debris (2) construct corduroy roads across muddy areas to access isolated areas (3) create temporary bridging using Bailey bridges to cross rivers or Pontoon bridges to straddle large streams in hours
The above represents two days of on-the-ground preparation operations with Stage 3 initiating action; the Military can do this! Once the base is in place, you can build a large “refugee center” in less than a week. Requirement: Do not allow FEMA personnel to be involved in any capacity. Had this methodology been used initially, most of the heavy preparation work would be complete and Asheville residents would have been rescued and cared for ------------------------------------ Ed Note: Having been part of/ and managed similar operations, I know the speed and efficiency involved in the Military process. 1) As a trained Army Engineer, I’ve built temporary buildings, culverts, corduroy roads, temporary bridges, Bailey bridges, Pontoon bridges, large Timber Trestle bridges over large gaps capable of supporting heavy vehicles, and lots of other stuff. 2) I’m also fully trained as a demolitions specialist, so I’m conversant with destroying river log jams or dangerously damaged buildings (or bridges), or blowing up miscellaneous stuff. ------------------------------------------------- To date, the federal and local politicians and officials have erected barriers to Civilians attempting to assist those in need -- so that only "authorized contractors" with government contracts could carry out these missions. This barrier ties directly to state and federal politicians So, what else is going on? "Follow the Money!" |
"The Kings Mountain pragmatite belt in NC may contain 750 Million metric tons of ore, which contain as much as 5 MILLION TONS of LITHIUM METAL
"THE KINGS MOUNTAIN Mine is one of the largest LITHIUM mines in the United States. The Mine island located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, about 30 miles west of Charlotte.
"The KINGS MOUNTAIN DEPOSIT is part of the Carolina TIN-SPODUMENE BELT, known for its LITHIUM deposits, like this at KINGS MOUNTAIN, and are more cost-effective to mine than the salt flats or brine pools.
"That Mine was closed in the 1980s, but is being reopened with a $90 Million agreement to purchase LITHIUM from Albemarle, a Charlotte-based chemical company. The Mine is expected to provide enough material to manufacture 1.2 MILLION Electric vehicles annually."
Who bought stock in these enterprises since 2022?
a) Doug Emfoff, KamalToe's husband has a major stake in this enterprise!
b) 31 August 31, 2024: BlackRock Inc. expanded its investment portfolio by acquiring an additional 2,220,059 shares of Albemarle Corp, increasing BlackRock's holdings to 12,183,614 shares of Albemarle, a key player in the lithium industry.
The shares were purchased at $90.25 each, a strategic addition to BlackRock's diverse investment portfolio.
c) Albemarle Corp has a market capitalization of $10.5 billion, with a current stock price of $89.30, with a GF Value of $249.68 (The stock's price to GF Value ratio stands at 0.36, indicating the stock is significantly undervalued, which could represent a buying opportunity!
d) Piedmont Lithium planned to invest in a $1.8 billion mine in Gaston County, North Carolina, but cancelled its application with the US Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office
e) Spruce Pines, NC, site of the world's highest quality quartz deposits (an essential ingredient for microchips and solar panels) is also a target of Piedmont, but has been challenged by residents.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY EXPANSION AND INVESTMENT PRIORITIZATION $90 MILLION AGREEMENT WITH ALBEMARLE [Director: Anthony Di Stasio]
Albemarle's strategy dates back to 2022; how long has this hurricane been in the making?
How much profit will BlackRock and Piedmont earn on their purchase?
Di Stazio
How many shares does Director Anthony Di Stazio own {directly or in a trust)
How many Pentagon/Government employees have been cashing in on these "opportunities"?
There have been discussions at the Pentagon and Department of Interior regarding the federal seizure of ownership of all the flooded areas under the legal process of Eminent Domain.
At best, current owners might receive cash value of their property from five years ago; however, the federal government can simply seize the land and pay nothing - allowing the mining companies to extract the ore for profit at the government's convenience.
I suggest DOJ and the DOD Inspector General investigate all the purchasers of the Albermarle and Piedmont stock since 2022, and what their relationship is to the DOD "Weather Management Directorate"
