In the three year period following the murders of JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald,
18 witnesses interviewed by Dallas Police, the FBI, or the Warren Commission died:
6 by Gunfire
3 in motor "Accidents"
2 by "Suicide"
1 from a Cut Throat
1 from a Blow to the Neck
3 from Heart Attacks
2 from "Natural Causes"
(An Actuary calculated the odds against these witnesses all
dying by February 1967 were One-Quadrillion to ONE)
Parsing the various assassination videos into multiple stills, plus input from other credible published sources, the assassination plot, as described by Bill Cooper, was quite accurate - though incomplete.
1) The Deep State's proxy [CIA] was in charge of the assassination
a) GHW Bush - then chairman of the Harris County (TX) Republican Party
was in Dallas to manage the assassination (but "officially", he was in Tyler, TX).
Following his Navy service, Bush created a series of unprofitable oil exploration companies, ultimately selling only a dry well for $1Million!

Bush had been recruited by CIA's Domestic Operations Division in 1962 as liaison with
the Colombia Drug Cartels, a secret relationship he maintained during his entire political career
and during his terms in the White House as Vice President and as President.
(Bill Colby advised that Bush was the "White House Mole" described in Clancy's CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER)
(If JFK had decided on another of a number of other cities,
assassination teams were on hand to kill him in each city of his itinerary!)
b) M0SSAD provided funding and coordination of covert assets, recruiting four Italian assassins.
(Israel needed to eliminate JFK since he was blocking development of Israel's nuclear
weapons program)
c) The Florida Mob issued a $1 Million contract to kill JFK and RFK to eliminate them as a threat.

| Bush at Depository After JFK's Assassination |
a) CIA In that era, all Intelligence covert operations were coordinated via the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI), then headed by John McCone, an outsider from the Steel industry. and unaware of the operational activities of his Deputy Director:
Richard Helms (an old OSS hand and manager of the MK-Ultra program), he likely engineered the Dallas assassination operation.
[GHW Bush (CIA's on-site coordinator in Dallas],
appeared in a photo at the Book Depository shortly
after JFK was shot.
Official records state he was in Dallas the
"day before he was to speak in Tyler, TX on November 23".Bush was rewarded by the CIA with engineered political appointments and elections.
Bush lost his 1964 Senate race, but was "elected" to the
US (TX 7th District) House of Representatives in 1966,
beginning a series of political appointments including an
Ambassadorship, and political appointments in the
Nixon and Ford Administrations, and, in 1976.
"President" Ford would later appoint GHW Bush as Director of CIA.
(Interestingly, the CIA headquarters was subsequently named for
Bush - although he had no formal Intelligence experience other than
coordinating with the Colombia Drug Cartels and arranging the
assassination of JFK.)
(CIA officers were bewildered at having their headquarters named after Bush
given that his tenure was a bit underwhelming.)
Coincidentally, "Congressman Gerald Ford" had been appointed to the Warren Commission
investigating JFK'S assassination - as FBI liaison.
Ford's performance with the Warren Commission cover-up led to his appointment as Nixon's VP
after Vice President Agnew was forced to resign based on bogus charges of "tax evasion"
while he was Maryland governor.
(Agnew's career reputation was that he was the most honest politician in Maryland history.)
Not long after that, the Watergate fiasco forced Nixon out of office, completing the coup process,
and elevating Ford to POTUS, where his abysmal performance resulted in the election of the easily
manipulated peanut farmer, Jimmy Carter, whose bumbling administration ensured
Ronald Reagan's election as the new POTUS, forcing the Deep State and Secret Service
to plan a new, albeit unsuccessful coup to kill Reagan.
b) SECRET SERVICE [SS] the most complicit?
(1) SAIC [Special Agent In Charge] (Roy Kellerman) ordered his agents OFF the
POTUS limo [they were visible as they vehemently argued with Kellerman
when he gave the orders].

[When Governor Connally turned to assist after JFK was hit in the throat by a sniper's bullet (fired from the Grassy Knoll), Kellerman shot Connally in the back since he was
blocking Greer's aim); the after action report declared Oswald's "magic bullet" had
passed through JFK and hit Connaly. Connally shouted to his wife:
"My God, they're going to kill us all!"
(Was Connally part of the plot to shoot JFK?)]
(2) The Limo Driver (William Robert Greer) stopped the vehicle briefly, turned to face JFK,
gripped the steering wheel with his right hand, turned to the rear and
using his left hand, fired his weapon at JFK (The bullet was an exploding round).
(Greer was Left Handed; shooting with his left hand would have ensured his accurate aim.)
(3) Oddly, there was no Warren Report interview with Greer's front seat passenger (Kellerman), who supervised and participated in the assassination.)
c) Navy Intelligence (ONI) Clandestine Service furnished
(1) Intel Operative Lee H. Oswald, already in place, in Dallas;
Oswald was on the CIA payroll as an Agent Handler.
He "targeted"and recruited Jack Ruby (aka: Jacob Rubinstein), already a M0SSAD asset,
to "infiltrate and report on communist activities in Dallas/Mexico".
Oswald (a CIA asset), doubled as a KGB recruit, made multiple trips back to the Soviet Union
and to Cuba and Mexico, where he made contact with KGB operatives.
(Naval Intelligence coordinated Oswald's operation with CIA targeting the KGB}
Oswald, as an ONI operative, was officially placed to report on communist activities in Texas
and Mexico, and directly with the KGB in Mexico.
From an Intelligence operational review, Oswald was a successful US Intelligence operative with developing linkages to the KGB in Mexico His trips to Cuba and Miami indicate he was monitoring, or reporting on Cuban "freedom fighters", as a ONI/CIA operative
dating back to the 1940s.
Oswald targeted Ruby, identified as a gun runner to Cuban ex-patriots;
thus Oswald used Ruby to make introductions to the Cubans while he was also targeting the KGB.
But, Oswald would become CIA's designated Fall Guy after JFK was assassinated.

Oswald contacted his ONI handler (Case Officer in Dallas), and his EMERGENCY CONTACT in NC on the Dallas Police phone the night before he was shot
(he was confirming that he would be spirited away the following morning in a
"police transport" process, to relocate him in a new cover status).
(There was an administrative police witness to this documented conversation.)
Oswald's "Case Officer" at ONI is likely identified in ONI operational records.)
Oswald assumed he was on his way to be released [according to Intelligence protocol]
when Ruby shot him point blank, in the Police station
- thus the surprised look on Oswald's face when he saw Ruby, in the police station,
aiming a pistol at him! Oswald's ONI handler was likely in the crowd at the police station monitoring the execution of Oswald.
Oswald, a Controlled ONI Operative, would have provided regular Contact Reports to ONI
on his activities and meetings with Ruby, ancillary sources, and with KGB intermediaries in the Naval Intelligence KGB penetration operation.
Ruby was the interface between the Mob and the KGB.
Oswald was performing an authorized CIA/ONI operation in Dallas, targeting the KGB,
while also gathering intelligence on the Mob's activities and its linkage to the M0SSAD.
(Oswald would have filed operational Contact Reports, still on digitized files at the ONI
(Office of Naval Intelligence).
(If not recoverable, there should be records of their destruction)]
ONI and CIA worked closely together to orchestrate Oswald's contacts with the KGB
operatives in Mexico and Dallas as a means to "penetrate the KGB."

ONI controlled the movement of JFK's corpse (and Officer Tippet's) aboard Air Force One
to the Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland where a cover
story was already in place, and all autopsy material was "cleansed".
(d) Secret Service provided the bogus Murder Weapon

The model Oswald reportedly used was known for its inaccuracy
(Hornady Handbook of Cartridge Reloading 10th Edition ( pp. 291–294)
i) Firing three rounds meant:
(a) lifting the rifle off his shoulder to re-chamber the next round,
(b) re-settling the rifle onto his shoulder,
(c) attempting to re-focus the scope onto the moving target (JFK), and
(d) firingthe next round.
ii) Total time for three rounds would have been a minimum of 20+ seconds
[not the reported three seconds]
iii) Oswald was not a trained sniper in the Marines, and barely qualified as a Sharpshooter;
(He was a radar analyst in a Top Secret ONI/CIA program, coordinating U2 spy flights;
he likely never fired a weapon other than an M-14 in Boot Camp.)
iv) The actual Book Repository sniper was Roscoe A. White, a former US Marine sniper,
recruited by ONI/CIA as a Radar technician at the same TS ONI/CIA facility in Japan
as Oswald. He had joined the Dallas Police force a shortly before Nov 22, 1963.
(White shot Officer Tippet; Oswald did not shoot Tippet.)
(3) Ruby was a communist directly linked to both the Mossad and the KGB, and also a key link
to the Mob in the US; and, rounding out his connections, to communist operatives in Mexico.
The communist network was broad, with roots in Europe; their objective in the US was
to support Fidel Castro and communist elements in Mexico.
(Ruby was also linked to the Florida Mob family which had put out a
$Million contract to assassinate both JFK and RFK.)
Oswald's ONI mission was to befriend Ruby, exploiting his connections with other
US communist operatives in the US, as well as with Mob connections in Dallas.

ISSUES:
a) The body of Officer Tippett, reportedly shot by Oswald, and a
a look-alike for JFK was contained in the second coffin loaded onto
the Air Force One in Dallas; the second coffin was never identified or
adequately explained.
b) An Army Intelligence Colonel documented the assassination from his
position heading Army CounterIntelligence security. His input to the
Warren Committee was ignored.
(1) [Army CounterIntelligence special agents routinely augmented Secret Service details]
(2) Later, in 1967, the Military Intelligence Branch was created by General Bill Yarborough
to ensure independence from CIA and FBI and blocking further involvement in coups.
JFK had met with Yarborough and officially blessed the wearing of the Green Berets.
c) There were eight shooters (Oswald was not one of them)
(1) The Military sniper team were in multiple buildings at a similar range as the Book Depository, as well as on the "Grassy Knoll"
(2) The "Umbrella Man" was on the side of the road on JFK's route.
His role was to serve as the pivotal Range Finder for the snipers.
The limo driver would use the Umbrella Man as his marker to stop.
The Umbrella Man would open his umbrella as the signal
that the target (JFK) was at that moment, a stationary, ready for sniper shots!
(3) The sniper on the Grassy Knoll was an Army sergeant recruited from the
82d Airborne division, based on his profile as a Smoke Jumper in Montana, and
his excellent shooting skills. His bullet was likely the one that hit JFK's wrist as
he clutched his throat.
(5) The role of the third (tall) man on the Grassy Knoll was to serve as a distractor once the kill shot had been fired. If/when observers rushed the Grassy Knoll. The "Third Man" flashed an FBI badge and informed
witnesses that he was FBI and had things under control. (He was
transferred to Thailand in a decades long "liaison" role.
(6) All sniper teams coordinated with the "Umbrella Man"on the
side of the road to gauge the precise range and timing for their shots.
When the limo briefly stopped near the Umbrella Man, he opened the
black umbrella, alerting the snipers of exact timing and the target's
stationary stop.)
(7) The Book Depository Sniper [Roscoe A. White (CIA Code name Mandarin),
fired a Mauser, which likely penetrated JFK's throat causing him to convulse,
attracting Jackie's attention and her attempt to assist him.
(The Mauser was taken as evidence, but the "evidence was not presented
since the Manlicher-Carcaroe attributed to Oswald had already been announced
as the murder weapon"
(8) Mafia (linked to the New Orleans Italian crime family, arranged for an
Italian assassination team shooting from a roadside drain (they missed)
(9) Mossad was in charge of importing the Italian snipers and then killing them after the event.
(10) The Secret Service Limo driver (William Greer) stopped/slowed the limo,
turned to face JFK, and holding the steering wheel with his right hand;
he used a special pistol to shoot JFK in the face, point blank, with an exploding bullet.
This is quite clear in the Zapruder un-doctored video showing Greer shooting JFK.
(The fact that Greer was Left-Handed would explain his shooting with his left hand).

(The original Zapruder film was doctored to remove the frames showing
Greer turning and shooting JFK in the face with an exploding bullet,
causing the back of JFK's head to blow off.)
If Oswald had shot JFK from the Book repository, the bullet(s) would have entered from the back of JFK's head. His rifle rounds were standard issue and non-explosive.
(Of note was the fact that Greer was an Irish Protestant immigrant
who was affiliated with the Ulster Orange Order, a virulent anti-Catholic sect.
JFK's family originated in the Catholic County Cork.
Greer was known to be violently anti-Catholic and despised JFK.
The fact that the Secret Service selected Greer as JFK's driver
was a clear violation of protocol).
(11) The SS Agent in Charge (Roy Kellerman) was displayed, on a separate film,
ordering his agents off the Limo and relocating them a distance from the limo
instead of standing on the limo's platforms.
The front platform agent can be seen waving his arms and arguing with the Kellerman!
d) News Media was programmed to release the details of the assassination immediately after the event;
(1) Oddly, Oswald's full life bio and doctored Military Service History (absent his final tour in the TopSecret radar facility in Japan, plus his family details, complete with a doctored historical family photo, plus a photo of him posing with a rifle, was released to the US press within an
hour of the shooting.
(2) More oddly, the full details of the assassination, to include Oswald as the shooter,
were released on schedule, at the appointed hour -
but in Asia,
the NEWS release was 12 hours BEFORE the event,
The story being scheduled for release shortly after the shooting
but not calibrating that the Orient
was a day ahead of the US due to the International Date Line.
Thus, the news release of the assassination was programed for release in Bangkok hours
before the assassination - complete with details of Oswald as the shooter, a description
of the rifle Oswald reportedly used, his shooting position in the Book Repository, and his
capture by police.
e) Literary references include
(1) "Executive Action" printed in 1967, accurately described and identified three US snipers as Smoke Jumpers from Montana;
(but, the original book was pulled off the shelves and reprinted,
with identities of the shooters edited out, plus a new 1973 copyright date]
(2) "Admitted Assassin", printed in 2024, was based on Roscoe White's confession as being one of JFK's snipers; his documentation includes his Marine history as both a Radar Technician assigned at the same Japanesed facility as Oswald, and later as a trained sniper.,
f) The independent investigation by New Orleans District Attorney [Jim Garrison]
was diverted countless times, and the evidence he accumulated challenging the official story
was destroyed, countless times. Nonetheless, he subpoenaed the Zapruder film and published
it. Garrison learned of Clay Shaw, a Louisiana businessman and CIA asset recruited via
the CIA's Domestic Contact Service. Shaw was reportedly the contact/handler whom Oswald called
from the Dallas jail, assuming he would be safely evacuated prior to trial. Oswald's documented call records reveal he made two additional calls to North Carolina, the location of his emergency
CIA contact
g) According to testimony documented in the Warren Commission,
CIA records reveal that Oswald was a CIA/ONI asset.
(1) According to the records of the Warren Commission, Oswald was recruited by the CIA
while he worked in the Tokyo joint (CIA-Military Asia Operating Hub) Atsugi Naval Air
Station was an Aviation Electronics operator with a SECRET security clearance.
He monitored the classified radar frequencies, height-finding equipment, and
radar evading capabilities of U2 planes to aid them in trajectory coordination.
(2) It is believed he left active duty to become a CIA mole to "defect" to the Soviet KGB.
To establish his credibility, he disclosed the U2 Spy-Plane vulnerabilities, after which
Gary Powers' U2 was shot down by the Soviets.
(3) According to State Department files,
"upon arriving at the US Embassy in Moscow, in
October 1959, Oswald openly told American diplomats Richard Snyder and
John McVickar that he had voluntarily offered to give Soviet officials
all information he had acquired as a Marine radar operator."
(4) Declassified CIA files and National Archives Document 931,
explicitly titled "Oswald's Access to Information about the U-2
(5) Six months after Oswald defected, he took up residence in a Soviet radar factory
in Minsk, Francis Gary Powers' U-2 spy plane was successfully shot down over
the USSR by a Soviet surface-to-air missile.
(6) In 1978, the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA)
took sworn testimony from James Wilcott Jr., a former CIA finance officer.
- Wilcott testified that while stationed at the Tokyo CIA station in the early 1960s, it was a matter of open knowledge among select agency staff that Oswald was a CIA asset recruited out of the Atsugi base in Japan
- Wilcott claimed he personally handled disbursed funds for a cryptonym/covert project that went directly toward "the Oswtald case".
- Roscoe A White, was a Radar Technician with a Top Secret Clearance
k) Those credentials would authenticate Oswald's defector status for the KGB to accept his validity as a
recruited asset. With those credentials. Oswald would have become a valued double agent,
trusted by the KGB. Oswald's operational expenses were paid by CIA financial officer,
James Wilcott, Jr, who later retracted his testimony after coming under pressure from CIA.
l) The question arises "Why was Oswald not prosecuted as a spy.
The Counter-Intelligence View: Oswald wasn't prosecuted because he was a participant in a
highly classified, deniable inter-agency "Fake Defector Program" run by
Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) or CIA CounterIntelligence Chief James Angleton.
Prosecuting Oswald in an open federal court would have triggered discovery laws,
forcing the government to expose its own covert networks, clearance mechanisms,
and double-agent operations inside the USSR.
Oddly, when the Warren Commission demanded Oswald's Military files,
the Military Intelligence Command advised that it had shredded
Oswald's "Intelligence Dossier"
during a routine "clearing house operation"
A few months after JFK's assassination, Jackie Kennedy, not satisfied that the official story of
the assassination was accurate, hired a team of detectives to find out the actual story.
After 19 months, the detectives provided Jackie their report, which included the names of
the snipers and the conspirators.
She sent the report to former Vice President Lyndon Johnson, now the new President.
The next day, she received an anonymous phone call advising her that if she published
the report, her life, and the lives of her children would be at risk.
She locked the report away, under armed guards; we assume it will be released in the
foreseeable future.
