In the last few years, we've been overwhelmed with events in which mild-mannered, polite folks one day pick up one or more firearms and walk into a crowded venue, and start shooting, usually followed by their suicide[s] -- or death[s] by a SWAT unit.
Rarely do we get a good picture of the shooter, although it is rather amazing that within minutes of the shooting, an unidentified law enforcement official is on hand to provide a full personal history of the shooter, complete with stories of the shooter's bizarre past and violent nature. This, of course, contradicts the observations of friends of the shooter, who are completely bewildered that the person with whom they have been close friends for quite some time would suddenly go out on a shooting spree.
Let's look at one of these folks:

| Holmes The Shooter |
James E Holmes, Aurora Theater Mass Shooter: killed 12 people
Mensa-level intellect, played soccer, ran cross-country track,
regular Lutheran churchgoer; friendly, outgoing.
-- Intern at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in 2006
-- UC-Riverside Grad Phi Beta Kappa,
"a very effective group leader"
-- PhD student in neuroscience at the
University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus
-- Turned down a full fellowship and a stipend of $22,600
-- Volunteered for psychiatric experiments
-- Inexplicably dropped out of his school program of psychiatric studies.
-- After the shooting, his shrink advised that she considered him dangerous
-- Left voice-mail described as ".. bizarre, freaky, guttural, incoherent and rambling"
-- Police produced records that he had purchased guns and booby-trapped his apartment
-- He had no experience with guns or explosives
-- The shooting consisted of a well-planned, sophisticated assault on the theater audience by
a skilled tactical soldier, experienced in urban assault operations -- not a PhD research student!
As a former Intelligence Analyst, I surmised this was a staged shooting, with an accomplice
opening the exit door, allowing the shooter[s] to enter anddispense smoke and tear gas grenades
and opening fire with these weapons:
(1) tactical shotgun with a drum magazine
(2) S&W M&P 15 semi-automatic rifle
(3) Glock 22 40 Caliber handgun
(4) Police found more firearms in his car
-- One victim in the audience stated that an official in the lobby told the audience to remain
in their seats for "safety"
Photos of Holmes as a student contradict the facial structure of the shooter, so we're not sure if the fellow who was arrested was actually Holmes.
Seung-Hui Cho, Virginia Tech Mass shooter, shot and killed 32 students and wounded 17 others - before committing suicide.

[Was the shooter a programmed "Fall Guy"?
Police arrested him while he stood next to his car in a daze, behind the theater. Not what you would expect from an active shooter!]

Seung-Hui Cho, Virginia Tech Mass shooter, shot and killed 32 students and wounded 17 others - before committing suicide.
[In the Eighth Grade, he was diagnosed with Selective Mutism, a social anxiety disorder, and was treated ",,, through medication and therapy
[not further defined].]
An exceptional, gifted student, Seung-Hui finished a three year elementary program in a year and a half. He was remarkable for his skill in Mathematics and English.
He was described by fellow students as "... a boy of knowledge", "a good dresser who gets along with the girls".
Having been in the Intelligence system (DCI Exceptional Analyst Award), and in the Military (Editor: Pentagon Black Book), I'm familiar with a variety of psychological engineering programs which were designed to create such behavior.
------------------------------------------
One, which Time describes in the referenced story, was Project MK-ULTRA, which modified the behavior of subjects using drugs such as LSD and barbiturates, was created under the auspices of CIA's Scientific Intelligence Division and the Special Operations Division of the Army's Chemical Corps at Fort Detrick, Maryland. [You may wish to research Project MKCHICKWIT and MKSEARCH]
The program consisted of about 150 sub-projects contracted out to at least 80 universities, research foundations, and similar institutions using roughly 185 private researchers. Methodologies included

"the surreptitious administration of drugs [e.g., LSD] and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, and various forms of torture."
Project Artichoke was a mind control program which included hypnosis, forced morphine addiction and forced withdrawal and the use of chemicals and other methods to produce amnesia and other vulnerable states in subjects.

Project Artichoke was a mind control program which included hypnosis, forced morphine addiction and forced withdrawal and the use of chemicals and other methods to produce amnesia and other vulnerable states in subjects.
The goal of Project Artichoke was to
".... get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against the fundamental laws of nature....".
[Ed Note: A popular Netflix series (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stranger_Things) accurately portrays this type of psychological programming for exceptionally gifted children, turning them into professional killers, or, remote viewing, or, psychics.]

Interestingly, similar programs were extensions of the records captured after World War II from the Nazis and the Japanese [Unit 731] who conducted extensive experiments in concentration and prisoner of war camps. At the end of WWII, there was a great race between the US and Soviet armies to liberate those camps for the sole reason of capturing these medical experimentation files. The US collected most of the files which were then shipped to Fort Detrick.
Are you having a hard time buying into all these revelations?
Could our beloved CIA be behind the mass shootings as the basis for "Gun Control"?
Nah!
But wait!
How about this true life story:
You may remember Ted Kaczynski, also known as the serial killer/domestic terrorist Unabomber, who killed three and injured 23. Ted was one of the original domestic terrorists, the guy who sent explosive packages to scientists to bring public attention to his Manifesto "Industrial Society and Its Future".
How did this guy, a child prodigy, who was accepted into Harvard University at age 16, earned his PhD from Michigan University in Mathematics, and became an assistant professor at Berkeley at 25, turn into a mass murderer?
Ted was one of those students recruited by Professor Henry Murray for CIA's "psychological experiments" in which the students were told they would be debating personal philosophy with a fellow student as part of a psych research program.
Instead, Ted's program, measured his "reactions under extreme stress" using "vehement, sweeping and personally abusive" attacks, assaulting his ego, his cherished ideas and beliefs, leading to high levels of stress and distress.
a. His pre-program evaluation records reflect that he was "emotionally stable" before the
program; later, in psychological assessments during his court trial, his "emotional instability"
was attributed to a "dislike of mind control" due to "his participation in the Harvard program.
b. He later abruptly resigned his position as an assistant professor and became a recluse and
survivalist.
c. His bombing terror campaign was accompanied by unique statements, which his brother
recognized; his brother then reported him to the FBI.
d. The Net: The Unabomber, LSD and the Internet, is an independent film which describes the
development of the Unabomber and his subsequent targeting.
d. The Atlantic Monthly, in a June 2000 article by Alston Chase, describes Kaczinski's abusive
mental ordeal as an undergraduate volunteer in a Harvard psychology program, essentially
attributes that mental manipulation as the basis for Kaczynski's mass murder activities.
Hmm. What are the chances that James Holmes, our Aurora shooter, and Seung-Hui Cho went through a similar program. All were geniuses, all were mild-mannered students with no previous violent tendencies, all were involved in government funded psychological research or "therapy" programs, and all ended up committing terrorist acts.
So, how many of these government programmed killers will be unleashed on society today as mass shooters -- with the objective of creating public demand for Gun Control.

What are some of the selection criteria for these psych subjects turned mass shooters.
Did you take a barrage of tests late in high school or in your freshman year in college, or when you joined the Military?
You may have been a potential subject yourself as a result of taking one or more of these tests.
Would you have qualified as a subject for manipulation as a mass shooter?
Think about it.
TAT: The Thematic Apperception Test evaluates subjects according to their underlying motives, conscious or unconscious, in identifying and evaluating pictures or scenes. The subject interprets a given scene by describing:
a. What has led up to the event shown
b. What is happening at the moment
c. What the characters are feeling and thinking
d. What the outcome of the story was
