| In the Middle of His Second Term? |
Following a series of documented assassination attempts on him,
President Trump invoked the Insurrection Act.
On the morning of 9 January 2021.
[During his Presidency, there were multiple attempts on his life,
to include one by Congressional leadership to poison him
during his State of the Union address.]
Congressional Members, as well as Senators [of both Parties]
discussing how they would "react" and take control
after Trump succumbed to the poison.
Trump managed to gain access to the planning for these coup attempts,
and devised a strategy to protect the integrity of the US government
and to ensure that neither this, nor any subsequent coup attempt
would ever succeed in destroying the American Republic.
conferring special emergency powers on the POTUS in order to
"... quell rebellions and acts which could harm America's sovereignty" as described in the
Insurrection Act
originally approved by Congress and ratified in 1807 by President Jefferson.
[Even in the early days of the Republic, our Forefathers presumed there would need to be a measure necessary to protect the Republic from traitors within and outside the federal government]
President Trump:
“I have invoked the Insurrection Act of 1807 (Section 10 U.S. Code 13 251-255) to address the treasonous rebellion conducted by Democrat and Republican lawmakers, CCP Agents (Chinese Communist Party), FBI, Department of Justice, CIA and others to dismantle the United States of America and its Constitution; these entities pose a direct threat to national security.
"I will remain President indefinitely until all domestic enemies are arrested.”
gives the President the right to take military action within a state when “any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection."
[e.g., the security of citizens' votes in a federal election].
With the irrefutable evidence that several state governments and federal agencies, to include the USPS (US Postal Service) had participated in the "harvesting of bogus ballots", it was clear that
the rights of voting citizens had been obstructed and denied,
thus violating the 14th Amendment:
"The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it—
(1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection;
or
(2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.
In any situation covered by clause (1),
the State shall be considered to have denied the
equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.

Subsequently, these provisions were inserted into the “Posse Comitatus Act” of 1878 which addresses matters of national defense from external threats, stating that there is no requirement for the standard procedures to trigger the Insurrection Act.
[Notably, Italy was found to be deeply involved in the processing of fake ballots/voting in the Election of 2020. That action alone was a premise for invoking the Insurrection Act; but there were other issues as well with Italy functioning as the Internet relay point for transmission of bogus ballot count data.
According to juridical interpretations, in this case, the President was not bound to inform the Congress of his decision and/or to make an official proclamation of the Act. If the security of the country is at risk by threats that can overthrow the President and the Constitution, then the POTUS, as Commander in Chief can sign the Act without making any official announcement.
By signing the Act, President Trump
1) gained an extension of two months of his Presidential powers;
2) after the first extension, the Military gave Trump an extension which expired on May 20.
3) Given the demonstrated incompetence of Biden, coupled with the presence of the Chinese PLA troops poised on the US borders with Canada and Mexico, a third and continuing [indefinite] extension was authorized to retain control by Trump as the Commander-in-Chief to direct a Military response to an external attack by a foreign power [China, Russia, Italy, and/or Ukraine], or other country.
Thus, the Military became the de facto US government, in accordance with the Insurrection Act.
In emergency situations, the President can also assume other extraordinary powers authorized by the Constitution and federal laws, as employed by previous Presidents.

There are also “Presidential Emergency Action Documents” [PEAD] created in the Eisenhower Administration in the early 1950s. These PEADs were specifically conceived to face emergency situations to guarantee the “continuity of government” during the Cold War; the objective was to ensure the continuity of the basic functions of government in case of a nuclear conflict.
PEAD’s powers were subsequently extended to include other potential crisis scenarios.
However, these acts have a peculiar characteristic.
As the Brennan Center for Justice notes, they are “secret” and “they are not subject to congressional oversight”.
Thus, Congress might not have known when the President resorted to PEAD to deal with an emergency situation [i.e., the fraudulent election, and, oh yes,
the audio-visual recording of the plot by both Houses of Congress to assassinate the POTUS.
Only a very few top ranks of the military would be informed of their activation, which implies that the Commander in Chief has extraordinary powers to cope with an exceptional crisis;
Presidents Washington, Jackson, and Roosevelt established precedents for such actions during several crises which threatened the stability of the new nation. Trump employed these tools to outmaneuver the Deep State's orchestrated coup d’état to overthrow the POTUS.
The last piece of this Chess maneuver by Trump was his
which cited much of what appears above, plus justifying, with no resistance from Congress or the Supreme Court, his seizing control of the government and dispatching Military Special Operations troops to round up all the perps [US and foreign] involved in this attempted coup maneuver.
Many, to include Bush and McCain, have already met their fate in Guantanamo.
But, let's add some detail to the rationale for citing the above measures imposed by Trump:
Recall here the months of upheaval following the bizarre events on the election night of November 3, when the biggest Election Fraud of all time took place [as later documented in the video "2000 Mules", until Biden's faux inauguration on January 20, 2021.
The election fraud was blatantly obvious since it has been documented that
1) Voter signatures were forged,
2) Votes were counted multiple times,
3) Many ballots were counterfeit, [lacking legitimate ballot watermarks and another invisible mark]
4) US Post Office employees were videoed dumping truckloads of ballots in garbage dumpsters,
5) "Mules" were videoed dumping multiple ballots in multiple receptacles,
6) Military ballots were not counted [Many US Military personnel were denied ballots]
7) Reportedly, all mail-in votes were assigned to Joe Biden
8) The vote counting at polls shut down at 10:00 PM, but, after midnight, trucks arrived at the polls
delivering thousands of "uncounted" [fraudulent] votes.
[sort of like elections in Chicago for the last 100 years].
In Detroit, for example, thousands of Biden votes were recorded in a factory District in which there were no registered voters - and 100% of those ballots were marked for Biden.

| HILLARY The fraudulent techniques were clear and anticipated since Hillary's minions had used the same methodology in the major cities [Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, Boston, Los Angeles] - but, in the 2016 election, the Hillary Cabal did not anticipate the massive suburban and rural turnout - which required in the next election the creation and delivery of after-hours supplemental bogus votes - which were employed in 2020. |
Trump calculated that globalists were planning this coup following Hillary's loss in 2016.
Based on Hillary's clearly bogus urban popular vote count in 2016, Trump quietly signed
Executive Order 13848 in 2018 which
[Imposed Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election],
it considered the activation of a State of Emergency should foreign meddling occur in the US election
[Congress endorsed this EO assuming the democrat candidate could win in the next [2020] election].
Obviously, foreign meddling did take place, especially by China, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Canada, Ukraine, and Germany (CIA had an office in Germany coordinating the computerized vote count
(most of the CIA perps in that office were subsequently arrested by Military Intelligence Special Agents; they were interrogated and identified the entire CIA network (of which they were knowledgeable), and are now incarcerated in Guantanamo in exchange for not being executed for treason).

Because the most important part in the meddling would occur in Italy, via the US Embassy [Rome], this was facilitated through Leonardo, an Italian government aerospace defense company
-- which the Conte government allegedly authorized to run this operation.
Thus, it was an attack against the US sovereignty by a foreign government!

In January 2021, the centrist party Italia Viva withdrew
its support for Conte's government.
Although Conte was able to win confidence votes in
the Parliament in subsequent days, he chose to resign
after failing to reach an absolute majority in the Senate.
When negotiations to form Conte's third cabinet failed,
This was one of several foreign prongs of the Deep State attack mechanism against President Trump.
This mechanism was set in motion to oust President Trump - but had been monitored by Admiral Rogers' NSA [and disclosed to Trump and General Flynn].
To be clear, ALL communications of the Deep State planning process were monitored, employing the Cray computer [Kraken] at Fort Huachuca which was programmed for continuous surveillance of all coup participants.
[The Kraken was decommissioned in 2014 from Oak Ridge National (nuclear) Laboratory, after which it was transferred to Fort Huachuca, AZ by [then Director of DIA LTG Mike Flynn] for Intelligence operations].
[The Kraken Cray capabilities could easily manage the task assigned to it:
developed by Cray specifically for supercomputers, with a peak performance of
1.17 peta-FLOPs [a PetaFlop is a thousand trillion floating points per second!]
2) It contained 112,896 computing cores (18,816 2.6 GHz six-core AMD Opteron processors)
and has 147 TB of memory.
3) It has a 2.4-PetaByte raw parallel file system of disk storage [1 PB = 1 Quadrillion bytes].
4) The compute system is composed of
a) 9,408 compute nodes,
b) each with two 2.6-GHz hex-core AMD Opteron processors,
c) 16 GB of memory and connections via Cray's SeaStar2+ router.
[ Ed Note: I [Spookd] was a Reseller for Silicon Graphics, which owned the early Cray computers, so, I have first-hand familiarity with Cray capabilities.]
Meanwhile, the Deep State presumed, in 2016, Trump to be merely an easily-overcome impediment to their scheme; after all, major bumps in the road, like Truman, JFK, and Reagan were all targeted for assassination, although only the JFK assassination was successful; the others failed because of a combination of luck and Secret Service bumbling.
Trump recognized the hazards of challenging the Deep State, and his measures included keeping the Secret Service solely for publicity purposes. but not close enough for them to pull the trigger as they had with JFK and Reagan.

Initially, the Deep State scheme was to orchestrate Hillary's Russia-gate hoax to falsely depict Trump as Putin’s puppet and thus destroy Trump's candidacy.
1) Italy played a fundamental role in creating the False Flag documentation, while
2) (Then)-President 0bama weaponized the US Intelligence Community [IC] to spy on Trump
and plant bogus evidence to falsely incriminate him.
3) The FBI launched the "Crossfire Hurricane" scheme at the direction of former President 0bama
to use illegal espionage against Trump to fabricate [non-existent] collusion of Trump
with Russia.

all focusing on the objective to overthrow Trump.

Two Ukrainians, [Yevgeny Vindman and his twin brother], born in the
US to Soviet [communist] parents were amazingly accepted in the US
Army, promoted to senior ranks, inexplicably were granted Top Secret
clearances with SCI access, and inserted into the National Security
Counsel staff, where they created chaos by accusing Trump of making
treasonous calls to Ukraine.

[There was a time when foreign nationals with family still in Communist countries/the USSR, would never have been granted security clearances.
It appears their placement and careers of these Ukrainans were guided throughout their careers to be emplaced in the White House to "advise the President."]
[It's been disclosed that Alexander Vindman was offered the post of Minister of Defense in Ukraine - three times.
As a footnote,
Ed Note:
Yevgeny Vindman was promoted to Colonel in the Judge Advocate Corps at the Army Communications-Electronics Command at Aberdeen Proving Grounds [which coordinates all Army classified communications world-wide].
He led the prosecution of 1LT Mark Bashaw in a Court Martial, finding him GUILTY. The charge was that Bashaw disobeyed an order and was found guilty of "working from home, without wearing a mask and not submitting to a CV19 test."
The Judge imposed no penalties for the conviction, apparently not wishing to escalate the case to the status for review as an "unlawful order."
Vindman gleefully tweeted that he was "Proud of the prosecution team for 'securing a first in the nation conviction" [of an Army officer for not wearing a mask while working at home during the Covid 19 scam].
