What/Where are the DUMBs?

[The following information has been drawn from a variety of websites,
many of which obtained their information from Whistelblowers with
direct access, such as Phil Schneider, [whose efforts were rewarded by
his unique "suicide", during which he managed to inflicted on himself
signs of torture and severe beatings, after which he strangled himself
with a rubber tube, wrapped three times around his neck. He was a
deeply troubled man to inflict such horrors on himself in the midst of
his tour speaking about Extraterrestrials and DUMBs]
There are more than 129 Deep Underground Military Bases [DUMBs] situated under most major US cities and Military bases, as well as some below FEMA Military Training Camps and DHS control centers. There are also many DUMBs under Canada and underground in foreign countries.
Almost all these bases are more than two miles underground and have diameters ranging from 10 - 35 miles across. These facilities have been under construction and in use since the 1940s and are basically underground, multi-level cities connected by high-speed magnetic-levitation [mag-lev] trains with speeds up to 400+ MPH. New tunnels were drilled using huge, advanced technology drills which can cut through granite as it were butter, opening swaths 25'wide x 25' high, at seven to ten miles per day.
A number of these facilities became underground dwelling places for some ET species [Greys and Reptilians] whose bodies were vulnerable to Earth's solar rays. These DUMBs provided hidden, protected space for laboratory facilities, and imprisoned animals and humans on which they could conduct genetic experiments to develop hybrid races which would easily adapt to Earth's atmosphere end solar environment.
Among the products created was Adrenochrome, which the ETs needed to adapt to the Earth environment. When used by humans [e.g., the satanic cults and Epstein's followers], they found that this substance was the famed "fountain of youth", reversing the aging process and rendering their appearance youthful.
The US government was, of course complicit in this process since the trade-off was for advanced technology.
[Historically, hybrids were created through interbreeding when the ETs were regarded as gods due to their technology, but, the hybridization failed after several generations, destroying both the god-images and the civilizations which had grown around them.
Otherswere abandoned in the 1970s and later as Cold War tensions eased, they were discovered and exploited by the Human Trafficking network which traded primarily among pedophiles and satanic cults seeking hidden venues for their rituals and human sacrifices. Participants included politicians, Military officers, local judges and Supreme Court Justices, Police officials, Intelligence (e.g., Michael Aquino) and Law Enforcement officials, and a large number of government bureaucrats; kidnapping and transport of children was facilitated by truckers routed through Tennessee.
Initiation of new members included taking videos of of them having sex with small children [even infants], escalating to human sacrifice, and torture [Hillary Clinton's brutal video torturing a child caused the NYPD Chief to throw up]. These videos served as blackmail to assure the secrecy of this satanic element. Interestingly, these cults teamed with alien elements to provided them with kidnapped children on whom to experiment and extract blood.
The mystery of the enormous Military budgets [more than $12 Trillion] is now easily explained given the massive expense of building these underground facilities. The ultimate goal is the covert infrastructure of the New World Order which has become more visible with the Covid scamdemic - which paralyzed the world's population with fear of an unverified virus.
This DUMB conversion effort was begun by former Vice President GHW Bush while he was Director of Central Intelligence [DCI], and continued under his Presidency. Following Bush, Bill Clinton and his collection of corrupt flag rank officers continued this covert effort, charging the massive costs to construction and maintenance of Military vehicles and aircraft.

Airport [DIA] is over 22 miles in diameter and goes down over eight levels.
CIA relocated its domestic operations division headquarters in Rosslyn, Va, to Denver, CO.
Masonic symbols and bizarre artwork of dead babies, burning cities and women in coffins comprise an extensive mural as well as a time capsule – none of which is featured in the airport’s web site section detailing the unique artwork throughout the building.
DIA airport now serves as a cover for the vast underground facilities that were built below Denver. There are acres of above-ground fenced-in areas which have barbed wire pointing into the area as if to keep things in, and small concrete stacks that resemble mini-cooling towers rise out of the acres of nowhere to apparently vent underground levels.

The underground facility is a massive, multi-level, 88.3 square miles in capacity.
Basically this Underground Base is eight cities layered on top of each other! The holding capacity of such leviathanic bases is huge. These city-sized bases can support millions of people - newly created cyber soldiers, clones, kidnapped children, and resident aliens.

New Mexico
Dulce is a small town in northern New Mexico, located at 7,000 feet on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. With only a motel and a few stores, it's not a bustling resort town.
Dulce's DUMB is deep below the brush of Archuleta Mesa; and its function is reportedly the research of mind related functions, genetic experiments, mind control training and reprograming. There are over 3,000 real-time video cameras throughout the complex at high-security locations and more than 100 secret exits near and around Dulce, and as far east as Lindrith. Deep sections of the complex connect into natural cavern systems.
This DUMB was partially constructed and described in detail by Phil Schneider, a whistle-blower found strangled [a suicide?] in his apartment after disclosing details of DUMBs and of a firefight between a Special Forces team and a large number of Large Gray aliens in the Dulce DUMB. He confided to a friend:
“If I ever ‘commit suicide - I’ll have been murdered.”

The levels have been described by workers and visiting bureaucrats as:
Level 1 – garage for street maintenance.
Level 2 – garage for trains, shuttles, tunnel-boring machines and disc maintenance.
There are many Mag-Lev subterranean train networks that stretch from the these complexes and go out to other underground bases [e.g., LA, Dulce NM, Ft Riley KS, etc.]
Level 3 – All those who enter are weighed, in the nude, then given a jump suit uniform. The weight of the person is put on a computer ID card each day. Loose change in more than three dollars requires a physical exam and X-rays.
Level 4 – Human paranormal research– mental telepathy, mind control, hypnosis, remote viewing, astral traveling, etc. The technology apparently will allow them to to manipulate the ‘Bioplasmic Body’.

The facility includes a tourist-accessible tourist Emergency Operations Center and chambers for the House of Representatives and the Senate, and a larger room for joint sessions. These are located in the “Exhibit Hall” of the West Virginia Wing, which includes vehicular and pedestrian entrances which can be quickly sealed by blast doors. They don’t even hide this one, and it’s even a tourist attraction. The Underground vault was built to meet the needs of a Congress-in-hiding; not visible are the three connected DUMBs which are fully staffed and operational.

discovered by a USAF pilot patron) near the rest rooms in the basement
of a famous DC restaurant leading directly to the White House, allowing
elite VIP pedophiles easy access to captive children. Videos of these VIPs

would forever be coerced through blackmail by the Deep State
