[the following blogpost is an excerpt ("US Presidents I've worked for" from my upcoming book]
Periodically, I reveal a few pieces of my personal history as a means to explain the actual history that I've witnessed. As the key US Southern Command Intelligence Officer in 1983-84
(I was selected, by name, by the former DCI (Vernon Walters), the DDO/LA, and GEN Paul Gorman) I was tasked with briefing Vice President Bush [then Reagan's Drug Czar] on US SouthCom counter-narcotics operations in Latin America [e.g., Peru and Brazil].
At that time, I was unaware that Bush was the White House mole depicted in Tom Clancy's "Clear and Present Danger" novel, and that Bush was relaying my Top Secret briefs to the Colombian Cartel in 1983-84.
[Bush had started his CIA career as the liaison officer in the 1950s with the Colombian Cartels to move narcotics, weapons, and Human Trafficking victims throughout Latin America. leaving that post briefly to manage the Dallas assassination of President Kennedy - after which he coordinated with the Colombian Cartels to move heroin through Burma to Vietnam - to be mixed with Marijuana smoked by 3.4 million GIs - who returned to the US as Opiod Addicts.]

[My recruited Intelligence sources (Latin American Military Officers) advised me of this linkage, but, I dismissed that as disinformation.]
{In retrospect, I was bewildered by the demands of the SSCI that I reveal the names of ALL senior foreign officers my Intelligence organization (DCS) had recruited
(I destroyed the files lest that information be revealed beyond my control)
[This was followed by the DIA General Counsel being replaced by a CIA lawyer, who insisted that we report all payments we made to recruited Intelligence assets in foreign countries to those countries' Income tax offices.

The official story goes that Bush had his TBF (Torpedo Bomber) crew bail out since it was certain to crash due to "fuselage damage and leaking fuel",
McCain dutifully launched his plane in an unauthorized mission, flew to a point near Hanoi, and ditched his plane in the Trúc Bạch Lake - within swimming distance to the Hanoi Hilton, and immediately surrendered to bewildered NVA soldiers. He was fished out of the lake, screaming that he was defecting.
[Seal had once stopped by the US Southern Command HQ in Quarry Heights, Panama and offered to provide me with significant "special information"; I suggested he return with an information sample - but he never returned. As many of you now recognize, the Bush family, once admired for their heroism and dedication to America, turned out to be a family of corruption, from drugs, to the assassination of JFK, to the orchestration of 9/11, to a world of Human Trafficking and Pedophilia.

GENEOLOGY
George H.W. Bush was the progeny of the merger of the wealthy and politically connected Bush and Walker colonial families of New England of the 1600s,
which engaged in the global Opium Trade.
George Herbert Walker Bush was the son of Senator Prescott Bush, who [like Admiral McCain] managed his son's publicity as a "war hero" to create and accelerate his political ascension, and likely connected him with the OSS, which morphed into the newly formed CIA in 1947.
[Bush's fellow pilots condemned him for forcing his crew to bail out over Japanese territory where they were tortured and killed; George, with a lightened aircraft, returned unscathed to his aircraft carrier]
Prescott Bush’s father-in-law’s investment firm, the G.H. Walker & Co., provided the international prestige Walker sought.
George H. Walker eventually became the president of the W.A. Harriman & Co. investment firm and assisted Averell Harriman in acquiring the Hamburg-Amerika Line.
After his WW2 "wartime heroism", George H.Walker Bush would later spend a good deal of time with newly formed CIA, as the "liaison" with the Colombia Drug Cartel supply chain and financing, as we pieced together his history from the 1950s forward.
For this segment, I'll focus on George H.W. Bush, the "War Hero" whose image was created by The Company and Prescott Bush to guild his future political career.
As luck would have it, I had the pleasure of meeting a former US Navy pilot [Lieutenant Commander Elsworth Thiem (ret.)] who served with Bush in the WW2 Pacific Theater;
Thiem would attest (with vehement rage) to Bush's bogus Military Service [such as it was].

Bush convinced his crew that he was about to crash, and to bail out over Japanese held territory;
(This filming was a fairly unusual action given this combat zone was not privy to professional camera-men].

-- that lightened his load, conserving fuel and enabling him plenty of fuel to personally return to the ship.
Oddly, he actually landed his unscathed and airworthy TBF in the water and walked across the wing to his ship [not to a submarine, as claimed].
Not disclosed, until more than 50 years later, was the fact that Bush's crew, ditched in the ocean, were all captured by the Japs, who tortured each crew member horribly, to include eating one while he was still alive.
All that disappeared in the "hero worship stories", and the US Navy brass gave Bush laurels for his "heroism", compliments of Senator Prescott Bush.
[This was much like Admiral McCain creating the "hero story" of his son, the Manchurian Candidate defector,
(McCain was scheduled for a court martial due to his prank on the aircraft carrier costing the lives of more than 100 sailors, and horrible injuries of the more than 200 surviving sailors.;

McCain's dad, Admiral McCain and CINCPAC (Commander of US Forces - Pacific}, was alerted by his Annapolis classmates that the Pentagon was preparing Court Martial charges against his son due to the massive damage to the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal, the horrible injuries suffered by nearly 200 sailors, and the deaths of more than 100 sailors.
Admiral McCain reportedly advised his son to fly his USN fighter to Vietnam, then fake being shot down, surrender, identify himself as a defector and the son of a very important US officer, and remain in the Hanoi Hilton as a POW until the war's end, after which he would be remembered as a POW hero and not the murderer of the USS Forrestal sailers.

After NVA doctors attended to his minor injuries, McCain requested he be bundled up in bandages to persuade his fellow POWs that he was seriously injured and to gain their trust.
Once accepted by the other prisoners, he learned their secrets and disclosed them to the the NVA interrogators.along with the KGB
McCain would become a US Senator
(who blocked all efforts to rescue US POWs remaining in North Vietnam); he and Senator Kerry blocked all Intelligence reporting on sightings and locations of US POWs, and neutered the US MIA/POW office in the Pentagon - destroying the careers of the officers (e.g., Sedgewick Tourison. a linguist proficient in most of the Vietnamese dialects who had debriefed hundreds of NVA defectors and prisoners) in that office to ensure they would "tell no tales".
[In my role as an interrogator in Laos, I was advised by NVA officers that McCain was nicknamed "SongBird" because he revealed so many highly classified secrets - which became fodder for NVA and KGB interrogators to break captured US pilots.
At the time, we could not determine who managed the narcotics traffic in Southeast Asia, but it was assumed that was a back-room faction of the CIA running these operations using "Black Helicopters" to transport narcotics from Vietnam to "refugee camps" in Thailand.
I later became the civilian CIA [Lion] Regional Intelligence Advisor in Northeast Thailand, advising [i.e., supervised] the Thai CSOC [Communist Suppression Operations Command] and informally coordinated with the USAF F4 Phantom Wing and AC-130 Squadron at Ubon AFB ond intelligence and security threats.
Surprisingly, my CIA base chief got a call from the US Embassy CIA Station Chief
For the sole purpose of these briefings, I periodically occupied a small office near the VP's office in the Old Executive Office building - next door to the White House.
His host, the CIA Station Chief {Joe Fernandez}, persuaded him to pose for a photo with Contra Comandante Zero and his lieutenants, and the following day, that photo appeared on the front page, above the fold, of the Washington Post -
The common denominator in these two exposure incidents was the CIA, and most likely the disclosures were coordinated by Dewey Clarridge [Deputy Director for Ops - Latin America] who had requested me, by name, specifically for my assignment to Southern Command to repair the CIA and MI HUMINT operations in Latin America.
Shortly after assuming the Presidency, Bush inexplicably launched operation "Just Cause" in December 1989, - the invasion of Panama, to arrest the dictator of Panama [Noriega] for drug trafficking (which had been an open secret).
Following 9/11, I met with Ed Meese [Reagan's White House Counsel and Attorney General (and a Colonel in the Army MI Reserve)], and we outlined the restructuring of the Intelligence Community.
I was deeply gratified to later learn that former President George HW Bush was arrested, tried, and convicted of a host of crimes [to include planning and orchestrating 9/11], and was
The 17th MI Detachment (500th MI Group) was ordered to put three [3] armed Special Agents on the USAF plane carrying the released POWs to the US - because his fellow POWs swore to kill him for his Treasonous activities in the Hanoi Hilton.
McCain's fellow POWs were warned that if they uttered a word about McCain's treasonous activities [e.g., participating with the NVA and the KGB], they would be charged instead with Treason and would lose all their VA benefits and they would be imprisoned.
McCain would, as a US Senator, block all efforts to rescue the 2,000 remaining POWs, and treated the POW-MIA families viciously - even having one of his staff assault a family member in his office.

[Of note is the fact that McCain participated in many of these interrogations to ensure US Pilots' "cover stories" were destroyed - after which the pilots would be tortured.]
[These NVA officers also noted that rather than being tortured, McCain was an "honored guest", complete with concubine to "comfort him"- producing a child, in his second floor guest room, overlooking the lake where he had landed his Navy plane.]
[ED NOTE: McCain did not die of Brain Cancer;, he was arrested and tried by Military Tribunal in Guantanamo, and found guilty of TREASON and MANSLAUGHTER; he was condemned to be be hanged by the neck until dead. (there are no unclassified documents to validate this information; it is posted for the families of US POWs who remained in VN due to McCain]
But, enough about McCain, the Traitor, let's move forward in history to discuss the larger Traitor, GHW Bush.
Historical Coincidences abound:
From the early 1970s until the Obama administration, I found myself frequently and unknowingly pitted against a mysterious hidden official (who turned out to be GHW Bush) who managed narcotics and human trafficking operations - none of which I discovered until subsequent years, when the unconnected dots of past years began connecting to form a distinct picture.
[What I was aware of was that, in Panama, I, and my family, had been targeted for assassination by (then) unknown persons, whom I assumed were tied to the Contras; I thus moved my family back to the US and moved into a small, anonymous apartment.]
[Clancy's novel {Clear and Present Danger} cites a high ranking White House Mole, whom I would learn many years later was Vice President Bush - whom I routinely briefed on our USSOUTHCOM counter-narcotics operations in South and Central America; thus, our operations were frequently and inexplicably compromised shortly after i briefed him. The scene in the movie depicting the ambush of US SpecOps troops by the Cartel was quite accurate - clear evidence of a Mole at the highest level; sadly, that ambush was based on my detailed desk-side brief to Bush - the MOLE.)
A few examples follow:
I didn't realize the Bush role in the Vietnam War distribution of drugs - which was officially [but falsely] declared (by CIA narcotics operative Bush) as a KMT [Chinese Nationalist Kuomintang] Golden Triangle narcotics operation.
[Bush also created the term: Golden Triangle to focus attention on the origin of the drugs originating in Burma - and not Colombia].
[In fact, this was a CIA/CCP sponsored PsyOp designed to undermine the KMT credibility since they were a barrier to China's goal to gain control of all IndoChina;
it was the KMT (and Hmong warriors) which blocked China's invasion of Laos and Thailand in 1975.]
Back then (early 1970s), I worked closely with the BNDD [Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs] replaced by the DEA after the Director of the BNDD was discovered to be in the pocket of the Colombian Cartels
(but George HW Bush was still an invisible actor at that point).
Narcotics were moved throughout the region to "Refugee Camps" in Thailand, from which the narcotics were innocently packaged as Military Supplies, or inserted into Military corpses, and shipped into the US aboard Military transports without Customs inspections - arriving in - and distributed from, McGuire Air Force Base (Fort Dix) in New Jersey.
These issues were reported by Counter-Intelligence agents in the 17th MI Detachment [500th MI Group]; these same agents reported that the marijuana being smoked by US troops in Vietnam was laced with heroin - unknowingly addicting roughly 2.5 million US GIs to heroin.]
(These MI reports were dismissed by CIA as rubbish by Military 'rank amateurs'. In post-Vietnam years, investigations would validate those reports - with Bush being quietly acknowledged as the creator of the Opiod Epidemic).

That would have been the internal faction directed by
George H.W. Bush, still an invisible Cartel drug traffic manager.
Back then, Bush was a mid-level CIA operative, following his stint as advisor to the Colombian Drug Cartels. The Colombia Cartel linkage had its origins via the Company [aka the Virginia Company - a spawn of the British East India Tea Company which reportedly ceased operating in 1874 (later to become the global Shadow Government which had engaged in the Opium Trade globally from the early 1700s forward).
The Company eventually used an element of its subsidiary, established in 1947 as the CIA, to manage its global Opium distribution.
Bush's career as CIA's advisor to the Cartels segued to the Vietnam War;
(preceded by his management of the assassination of JFK in Dallas in 1963).
[Amazingly, Bush was the only US citizen who claimed he could not remember where he was the day of JFK's assassination
(although he and W appeared in Dallas news photographs on that day, and both met with the local (Dallas) sheriff that day)].
[but that's another long and complex story].
[Years later, during the early 1970s], I was detailed from the 500th Military Intelligence Group to the CIA, based on my comprehensive clandestine intelligence training, language and area skills, combat training - as well as knowing from which end of the gun the bullets emerged. ]
My saving grace was my informal sponsorship by Willis Bird, Sr, the former OSS advisor to the Communist Chinese [Operation Dixie Cup] and Mao Tse Tung; he had established espionage networks from India throughout Southeast Asia during WW2 to combat and sabotage the Japanese Army.
Thus, he had influential connections throughout Indochina - to include North Vietnam, and he connected me with the remnants of this network - and with Air America executives in Laos.
Initially, I had been in a diplomatic (military attache') cover role in Laos, working with the Lao Military, and later with the Hmong (aka: MEO) tribesmen in unconventional operations [but that's also a story for another blog post].

As my official civilian position was the equivalent of a brigadier general, I had considerable influence - and the USAF senior officers were quite deferential
[Since I was only an Army Captain at that time, I needed the leverage of the position to accomplish my mission;
so, I counseled them to not make any reference to my "Brigadier rank"
lest I become a terrorist target; thus I needed to display no official credentials .]
I also provided "training missions" to the AC-130 commander tasking him to track insurgents (using highly advanced surveillance technology) infiltrating the region after the 10:00 PM Curfew.
In one of those missions, we detected a Black Helicopter spotted en-route from South Laos to a "Vietnamese Refugee Camp" in Thailand, and we suspected it was carrying a drug shipment from Vietnam.
After refusing to identify itself in response to repeated AC-130 communications, we forced the chopper to the ground; the occupants scattered to the woods after we demanded [in Thai, Lao, Vietnamese, and English] that they surrender. With no apparent occupants in the helicopter, I suggested the pilot fire a few rounds [20mm and 40mm] with his Gatling Gun for target practice; and the chopper disappeared in a burst of white smoke and tiny metal pieces.
I sent a jeep to investigate and found "mysterious" piles of white powder blowing in the breeze and figured we may have created junkies out of the local wildlife.

[Hugh Tovar] in Bangkok the following day demanding to know what we knew about the incident; naturally, we all pled ignorance, and our Thai counterparts
were certainly not going to 'fess up' since they were sick of the CIA drug trafficking.
Notably, from that point forward, there were no black helicopters seen in our region, but the incident confirmed the
CIA linkage to narcotics movements.
[In retrospect, it would appear I was poking the GHW Bush "Bear" long before I ever knew Bush existed - or that he was the covert drug czar.]
But, Bush's addiction scheme worked, as a sizable percentage of the 3.4 million Vietnam Vets returned to the US hooked on heroin-infused marijuana. But, the US marijuana noticeably lacked the kick of the Vietnam marijuana, so our former GIs segued to heroin and coke, and the addiction crisis was created, orchestrated by George H.W. Bush [serving as both a cash cow for the CIA as well as the means to destroy the integrity of the US Military].
Somewhat later, I served as Special Intelligence Advisor to General Paul Gorman at the US Southern Command HQ in Quarry Heights, Panama, [1983-84]; the SouthCom mission included operations against the drug cartels which manufactured cocaine and heroin in the jungles of Brazil and Peru.
My coincidental duties were to provide monthly desk-side "Eyes Only" briefs to President Reagan's Drug Czar [i.e., Vice President Bush], on our operations.

There, I would brief the VP and his legal counsel C. Boydon Gray, a dour looking patrician blue-blood who was in Law School at Chapel Hill while I was there.
[I'm told he was/is a brilliant lawyer, but, I pegged him as a Post Turtle as he sat there, expressionless throughout my brief.]
The pair of them, Bush and his legal counsel, left me totally unimpressed; however, upon returning to Panama, I learned that the counter-drug operations on which I had just briefed Bush were inexplicably anticipated by Cartel operatives, and the sites evacuated only minutes before the strike; all personnel disappeared, only to relocate elsewhere in Brazil or Peru.
I mulled over the prospects of who might be the insider culprit/mole, but discounted the Vice President of the US and his legal counsel since they were "obviously, above reproach"
(if you can't trust your Vice President, who CAN you trust?).
It wasn't long after my briefings to Bush that Barry Seal [of "American Made" fame] showed up at the Southern Command HQ in Panama, and asked to speak with the "Intel Guy" who worked the drug issues. Since I was General Gorman's Special Intelligence Advisor, I became the object of Seal's attention.
I sat down with him in an empty room and listened to him talk blandly about Noriega being a drug and arms runner - an open secret in those days since we had tracked all of Noriega's activities for the previous ten years and it was documented that he was on the payroll of the CIA, the 470th MI Group, and the KGB. Seal then offered to produce evidence of how the narcotics were being transported through Panama, and via Central America to Arkansas for US distribution.
I thanked Seal for enlightening me about Noriega and suggested he return with some documentation of his claims, and sent him on his way. - unaware that he was the Bush/Clinton Mule. Notably, Seal was murdered in Arkansas shortly after our meeting.
[The following day - after meeting with Seal I was somewhat surprised to find my name in a front page news story about my "interview" with Seal, above the fold, of The Washington Post.
The only source had to be Seal [or, C. Boydon Gray] - but I had no idea how he managed to plant the story in The Washington Post, unless it had been a structured CIA leak.
[As I would learn some years later, Seal was the conduit between Bush's Colombian Cartel connection, and Bill Clinton in Arkansas. Clinton was protected by Vice President George HW Bush from the White House.
I also learned that, following Seal's execution, Bush enlisted the support of the US Air Force to move narcotics packed in wooden crates marked TOP SECRET and transported in USAF C-130s to Texas Military bases where they would be loaded onto trucks and moved to distributors throughout the Southwest.
This element of the process was revealed by Latin American senior officers as well as US Air Force flight officers, bewildered at being ordered to pick up crates marked TOP SECRET from guerrillas in Central American jungles.]
After that, I kept my distance from Major Ollie North who visited frequently from the White House to engineer support for the Contras. [Barry Seal was murdered to ensure he would not leak further information about his narcotics operations, and/or his linkage to the White House (i.e., Bush)].
I did link this event to the later doxing of Colonel #Bill Comee, the brilliant SouthCom J3 [Director of Operations], who was tasked to manage the Contra military operations.
[Comee, previously selected for accelerated promotion to general, was immediately moved from the Command and was removed from the Military - at the urging of Bush. ]

[Clarridge was newly assigned (from Europe) as the CIA Deputy Director for Latin America operations (DDO/LA)]. I was selected based on my expertise on Central America; Clarridge had difficulty finding Nicaragua on a map!).
[I routinely communicated with him, coordinating briefings with operational elements on the SouthCom Secure (STU) phone.]
And then there was also Joe Fernandez [aka: Tomas Castillo] CIA station chief in Costa Rica, Clarridge's secretary at the Langley headquarters. I met with Fernandez periodically to discuss Clarridge's instructions. (I pegged him for a drug dealer since he was bedecked with a gold necklace and gold Rolex.)
[Fernandez was originally indicted in 1988 on four counts of OBSTRUCTION AND FALSE STATEMENTS (Attorney General Thornburgh later dropped the charges due to potential disclosure of "Methods & Sources".]
Bush later pardoned Clarridge.

The movie "American Made" about drug smuggling into Mena, Arkansas, alluded to Bill Clinton's involvement, claiming a White House connection; but, the movie incorrectly alleged Reagan as the culprit in the White House.
The CIA Mule was Barry Seal [portrayed by Tom Cruise] in the movie "American Made".
The White House culprit in this movie, to whom the movie alluded, was, in fact, Vice President George H.W. Bush, who had been CIA's connection to the drug cartels dating back to the 1950s, and who orchestrated the JFK assassination in 1963; in the current Netflix series {Narcos - Mexico)
[but, that's another story].
[My background with a BA in Latin American Studies, Spanish Language skills, and Latin America Analyst at the Pentagon and State Department (INR), plus my HUMINT operational background, labeled me as General Vernon Walters' recommended specialist to implement the programs of the new DDO-Latin America {Duane Clarridge}.
[As I would later learn, Clarridge (who had neither experience in Latin America, - had only recently transferred from an assignment in Europe, did not speak Spanish, and had no understanding of the history of Central America or of the political situation in and of those countries].
{He was a favorite of Bush [as was Bob Gates], who was the source of a considerable number of leaks regarding the Iran-Contra scandal - designed to undercut President Reagan with the intent of forcing him to resign -- thus facilitating Bush's ascendency to the Presidency.]
[As I assessed a number of years later, the Iran-Contra Affair was a GHW Bush/Mossad False Flag to disguise the movement of Cartel narcotics through Central America, aboard USAF cargo (C-130s) planes, to US Military bases, thus avoiding US Border Patrol Police, Customs Agents, and News Media; initially, this operation was coordinated with Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton. I have spoken with pilots of these cocaine planes - although pilots regarded the cargos as suspicious, they were unaware that the crates were filled with cocaine.]]
Shortly after assuming the Presidency, Bush inexplicably launched operation "Just Cause" in December 1989, - the invasion of Panama, to arrest the dictator of Panama [Noriega] for drug trafficking (which had been an open secret).
As the Director of Operations of the Defense Clandestine Service (DCS) [1984-90], I had two HUMINT assets in place in Panama City who were able to provide almost minute-by-minute accounts of the US invasion; we also had independent recruited assets there, one of whom lived in the high-rise apartment building, in the luxury condo next to Noriega's discreet hideaway overlooking the private airfield.
Noriega was fully briefed by Mossad agent Michael Harari of the coming invasion and was in this condo during the invasion so he could monitor the the covert SEAL infiltration (who coordinated Noriega's narcotics trafficking.] - directly into an ambush where the SEALs were killed. Harare also alerted the Jewish community in Panama of the impending invasion and warned them to remain in thier compound.
CIA knew of Noriega's location during the invasion, and the US 193d Infantry Brigade was stationed only a few miles away. Bush wanted the invasion as a rationale for his "arrest" of Noriega.
[My asset was then rolled up, interrogated, and tortured by Bush assets to insure the asset never revealed the inside information on the invasion rationale].
[In retrospect (with periodic revelations), I concluded that the objective of the invasion of Panama was solely to arrest Noriega and to gain control of Noriega's international network of 325 front companies - a highly classified revelation on which I had briefed Bush in 1984].
Noriega was jailed after being convicted and became the proxy manager from his Florida jail cell of his front company network for Bush (and for The Company).
[Coincidentally, the Clancy novel:
focused on Bush's role in the Colombian drug trade
Later, while directing the DCS operations, I recruited a senior foreign officer [now long since deceased], whom we debriefed. One of our questions related to the movement of narcotics into the US.
Our recruited asset responded:
"How can you Americans be so ignorant! Don't you know that narcotics from Colombia are delivered to Panama, where they are transferred to USAF transport planes, by-passing US and foreign Customs, off-loaded onto Military trucks, and delivered nation-wide in the US?"
To save face, I responded that, certainly we were aware of this process - but wanted to see just how widespread this knowledge was among the Latin American Military.
He responded:
"It's common knowledge throughout Latin America. Your CIA and USAF, and 193d Brigade are totally corrupt. No one trusts the US Military as a result!"
Given the content (and mysterious deaths of informants tied to similar intelligence reports) which we were required to coordinate with CIA, we subsequently disguised the identity of all Clandestine sources before submitting our Intelligence Reports.
Interestingly, though, I subsequently came under extreme pressure from the Administration to retire.
[Recognizing that my primary mentor [General John Vessey] had retired, and was replaced, in succession by two incompetent flag rank officers; and worse, the new DIA Director was a West Point Artillery officer [LTG Soyster], with no Intelligence experience. - I decided to exit the Military in 1990.
Nonetheless, I still had a powerful ally in the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Bill Clark [son of legendary WW2 General Mark Clark] who advised that since I had created the solid foundation for the Military Clandestine Service, it was safe for me to retire.]

1) In 1990, prior to my retirement, I had been selected as the Intelligence Advisor to for the Under-Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low Intensity Conflict [SOLIC] - {James R. Locher}. When I reported for that position, though, he informed me that the position was filled only days before I left my previous position - with no notice to me.
2) After retiring from the Military/DIA in 1990,
a) I had been selected for [and hired] as the Intelligence Advisor to Bill Bennett for the newly formed [1989] ONDCP [White House Office on National Drug Control Policy];
b) Bill Bennett was the new Director and we had a pleasant chat, followed by a direct
job offer by Bennett.
(1) When I arrived to start work the following week, I was informed I no longer had a job, and
(2) that Bennett had been replaced [shortly after our meeting by former Florida governor
Bob Martinez, who would likely ignore/accommodate the Bush-Clinton drug connections.

3) My next prospect was from the former Deputy Secretary of Defense
for ORSA whom I had frequently briefed while I was the Black Book editor; he retained non-voting status on the CACI Board of Directors until he left the government; he had
offered me s position to create and head CACI's proposed Intelligence Division when I retired from the Military.
(a) I contacted him, and he asked me to start the following week.
(b) When I arrived for work, his secretary advised me he had been fired as CEO and
from the Board [and the company] - and I no longer had a job offer!
With more similar such instances, it was clear I was being black-balled,
but, I assumed it was the influence of my CIA adversaries since the DCS which I had created was a clear threat to the CIA's future.
In retrospect, I assessed that Bush had not forgotten my role in the counter-narcotics operations in Latin America; and, in the ONDCP Intelligence slot, or any other Intelligence related role, it would not take me long to figure out his connection to the Cartels.
By continuing in the Intelligence/Counter-Narcotics arena, Bush assumed I would eventually connect the dots leading me to Bush's involvement in the narcotics trade; thus, by blocking me from the Intelligence Community (within or as a contractor), he was safe.
In the intervening years, I engaged in teaching and later in private sector entrepreneurship in the lucrative computer industry.

That plan included the elimination of the powerful position of DCI {Director of Central Intelligence/Director of CIA), to be replaced by the DNI with a small staff of no more than 50. The restructuring would ensure there would never again be an Intelligence gap to allow an attack such as occurred on 9/11.

[In later years, I consulted on a project to successfully repair the operations of a failing US transportation company. The company VP was a former USAF C-130 (cargo) plane navigator, with whom I discussed our concurrent service in Central America.
He commented that he always wondered why his plane would land in remote areas of El Salvador, after which "guerrillas" would emerge from the jungle carrying wooden crates, stamped Top Secret Materials, to be loaded onto his plane.
Once loaded, the plane would then fly to a Texas USAF base where USAF airmen would unload the "Top Secret" cargo into Military trucks - which would then depart the Military base for parts undisclosed.

[With much of his history now exposed, I was stunned to learn of George HW Bush's history as a Pedophile, where-in he sexually abused his own children [W and Jeb], as well as being involved in Human/Child trafficking on a global basis, to include the Epstein scandal.
[Part of that Trafficking process included the use of Noriega's global operation of 325 front companies on which I had briefed Bush in 1983-84].
